Really bad hotel!
No toiletpaper, dirty rooms, staff don’t speak english, really bad service from the staff!
They don’t have our room ready when we arrived, we will never use this hotel again.
Great value. Location perfect, staff very servicefriendly and nice. Clean good sized room, waterpressure and temperature in shower is very good, better than in a lot of more expensive hotels I've stayed in in alanya, and the same goes for the air condition.
