Great hotel, rooms specious and cleaned every day. If you want to have a surprise left by the cleaners leave 2€ on the bed (it's worth it). All day entertainment, the team involves everyone which is great. Food — everyone will find something. Great place for families (mini club open all day with arts and crafts and films (in Russian unfortunately), mini disco for kids in the evening (my kids loved it! ) and good place for young (no kids) people (they regularly organise nights out to local clubs)
Couple disadvantages : In the reception they mainly speak Russian, the music by the pool is very loud, and it would be great to have watermelon and more fruit in the snack bar, and the same by the beach bar.
I would still recommend it and I would come back! ️

Hotel is renovated and it has 4 stars. Clean and confortable rooms, all-inclusive meals and beverages, small pool with waterslide, some activities organized by entertainment staff, private beach with free chairs and umbrellas. Some snack, water and soft drinks available for free on the beach as well. Quite and noise free, although it was full of kids (september). Only thing we didn't like is that hotel doesn't have AC in lobby and corridors, elevators etc. So inside hotel, if you are not in your room can be very hot and humid. Every room has own AC which you control.

The hotel is just wonderful with lovely staff and great chefs. Rest in August 2018. They put us in the 6th building. It's quite a tolerable number. But we asked modestly to the main hotel. And the next day without any problems we are provided with a room… We loved it very much. However, the balcony overlooked the courtyard where the dining room. But we enjoyed watching when people were in the dining room. And how the staff wipe their feet at the tables. The boys are good. Removed from the tables quickly. I loved the food. There's a lot to choose. Do not like those who eat red caviar for breakfast lunch and dinner. The two are great. And what cakes are baked. The area is cleaned on the beach. The only thing I didn't like… it's a smoking area. There are tables around the pool in two places. And everywhere they sit and smoke. In the evening, too, it was eager to sit by the pool to get some fresh air. I had to walk around the city. A friend has sore legs. That's the only thing I didn't like. And so the hotel loved it. And the sea is close enough. (it is helpful to walk around after lunch) and the staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice. And cleaning was done daily even changed underwear. I advise this hotel to everyone. Come be happy!

The hotel is clean, family-friendly, beautiful. There is a main building and 4 more small enclosures across the road. Near the main pool is the Large and small children's pool. There are also charging, contests. There's a bar nearby. The bar has so-so drinks. One huge minus smoke everywhere, there are no separate, isolated places for this.
Near the other four buildings there is a "quiet" pool children's and large and there deeper than near the main building. There are always enough loungers. The staff are polite, hardworking. They feed well, almost round the clock after breakfast and lunch near the pool serve flatbreads and all sorts of harmful types of fries, sausages, burgers, drinks, night soup.
Every day since 19.30 cartoons for kids and from 9 to 10 baby time, animators entertain the guys. Everything is provided for children. Two playgrounds with swings, slides near the main building and another near the rest of the buildings. There's still a claim about cleaning the rooms. They lived in the main building and I had to wash the floor after cleaning and the floors were mostly only swept and the dust is not wiped.

Very good hotel, 7 minutes to beach, 2 swimming pools, excellent food, gym, spa, disco. Minus is sluggish Wi-Fi connection.

We rest with a friend and children (1.2 and 1.6 years), the room is standard, the 6th floor of the main building. The view from the room is lovely on the sea, mountains and Alanya. Asked for a cot and a kettle, provided without problems. Feeding a child in a restaurant is not difficult, eat a lot of vegetables, meat, pasta, etc. When the children wake up for lunch, we make porridge in the room. The beach is 400 meters, but it is not difficult to walk, you go and admire nature. The sea is storming, but we're swimming. Animation in English. The hotel is nice with children and without rest you can.

At the breakfast you have to pay for orange juice. Positive things: rooms are clean, Hamman is very nice but very expensive in compare with hammams outside the hotel. Private beach is 700meters away and you have to pay for drinks. We had a lamp in room 411, not posible to swuitch off, we mwntionned 4 times at reception, lamp is still switched on… Hotel is at 6 km from main city, My recommentation is to look for a hotel at Cleopatra beach, Regards, Diego Mateo.

OMG the worst hotel, worst vacation ever! Basic check-in takes at least 45 minutes, the beach and hotel has 500 meters walk. Although it's all included, it's not in the beach, you have to stay in the hotel, if you want to drink beer. You can drink water or juice in the beach area! I don't want to mention about the size of the pool! We have bigger pool in our apartment complex! Forget about enjoying the food, they are only edible, you can only survive by eating them. Rooms are so old, you have to pay deposit for AC remote control, God sake how much this remote controls, what happens if 10 of them lost per yer or month. Does it worth for that bad reputation. Overall, it's the worst hotel, I have ever seen and experience! If you want to enjoy your limited vacation, pay little bit more and go difference hotel.
