Rooms are comfortable and cleaning services were well done for the 12 days we had in our 8 rooms for our family. The breakfast however, is pathetic. Every part of the breakfast from the service to the selection was beyond horrible. The staff takes long to serve you, then they bring you cold food, a bland selection, and should you require anything else, they tell you its finished. Today, on our last day, they said the crepes are finished, yet when my husband went to the kitchen to enquire, he finds 2 full plates available. Then they serve us black coffee and tell us that there is not enough milk left. When my husband offered them 50Liras to buy milk at the cafe, suddenly they had enough. Chef Muhammed of the kitchen is the actual problem. It seems that management is fearful of him. We spoke to management on a few occasions, to no avail. We will not visit a Ramada Group Hotel again. We are terribly disappointed. Travelling with 10 adults and 8 children, we will not be subjected to such distasteful service.
