You can't lock the toilets which is unfortunate. But otherwise cool stuff and good position in the city. Would recommend it mostly for pairs not for social events though.

Great stay with the most breathtaking view. Staffs make sure customer is satisfied. Customer care is very important to the management. Polite staffs and very helpful staffs. Rooms are big and very clean. Enjoyed the stay to the max. Will stay in this hotel again. Worth for money.

I lost some of my luggage from my room while my absence. In this hotel I lost secure and management didn’t take serious action and the didn’t communicate professionally. They didn’t do any investigation or any good checking. The mean point: someone stole my luggage, No Secure accommodation in this hotel and staff and management are not professional.

Friendly and well equipped house-ventilation can only cool in summer and only heat in winter. Were there in the spring and it was too warm in the room.

Very good service from all the staff. To be 5 star, should improve way to make the room. They stretch out your bed and leave it unfinished, CN the shroud down. Breakfast food, I think Q could be expandable.

The room so small and not very clean.

The two good things about this place are liocation & Wi-Fi. Otherwise, a choice that I really really REALLY regret. This is not a 5 star hotel on any scale. Especially with the cleanliness level. I stayed there for over a week. Here's what I got: No clean glasses and cups. The cleaning ladies & guys just wash them in the bathroom sink and put them back in! I saw them myself! No vacuuming! I had baby formula powder spilled on the floor that I cleaned but still needed to be vacuumed, & even tho I asked eepeatedly for vacuuming, no one did! Repeatedly left the trash in. Bathroom door needed to be pushed hard to close. No bathroom ventilation! Humid! Vinegar smelling old towels! Rotten old barquette. Rotten old carpets! Humid, smelly corridors! In a word: a very, very, VERY bad experience. Not a Mercure standard place at all.

Staff disrespectful, no sense of customer service, guests disturbing other guests. It appears mercure has no value the basis of hotel hospitality. My opinion would be to find a 3* hotels which would definitely perform and provide better services than mercure.

“Average hotel” I stayed at this hotel several times and the last one I have been moved to is from another hotel, actually. So, it wasn't my choice. I was given a very small room at the and of the corridor exactly at the fire exit stairs. That door was always open and I got terrible noise all that nights. The food is good. The rooms have old furniture if it is important. They charge the same prices as other newer hotels around. I wouldn't stay there again. Room Tip: Don't accept rooms at the end of the corridor.

The hotel was really nice, the rooms big and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the cleaning lady even folded my clothes! Awesome service! Didn't like the restaurant on the top! But it's not necessary to go there anyways. The only I thought was annoying that it's a little bit far up from everything. The metro is further away and to cab it is senseless as there are traffic jams everywhere! But in general a very pleasant experience.

Not good as Chinese hotels, but we feel comfortable.
