Spotless. I highly recommend especially if you have children and plan to stay long. You 'll find a grocery shop and a restaurant to have nice tiurkish breakfast very near to you.

Nice place and people, save, clean good location.

Nice view, but the room isn't 5 star. No enough info provided to park the car in the right parking lot. Moreover, after going to the parking couldn't go up to the room as their is a security gate and the provided key didn't work. I had to look for another person to open the door.

This is an awesome hotel, we really enjoyed it We have been greeted with Mrs. Serap She has been super helpful and cooperative Loved the stay and will most definitely visit again.

There is many facilities spa sauna and fitness. Staff are very helpfull specially Serap and Zuhtu very friendly by the way Aydin and Kurti best bellman and driver in Istanbul. You should go even one time.

When I plan vacation, first thing I check is if there is Fraser there, Barcelona, Singapore and now Istanbul All 3 of my stays with Fraser has been fabulous Staff at Istanbul was very helpful.

Nice area everything is so close to it but I will give one star to value for money. Its too expensive for low quietly room.

I have visited this place 11 months ago exactly and am back to it this year for another enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, hospitality is great and place is great location.

Great place to stay close to the attractions with fully furnished flats with full kitchen dishwasher oven microwave even a washing machine great staff.

Very very friendly staff especially Serap at the reception. Clean big rooms with sea view. Free water bottles at any time. Very nice kitchen with the necessary amenities. Hassan (bellboy) is very helpful as well.

I ve stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was a great experience. Hotel is in a great location nearby remarkable spots in the city and they even offer free shuttle to central areas! Rooms were so spacious and view was amazing. Staff were all so friendly they helped us with everything we needed especially Mr. Yigit was so helpful. Thanks for everything!

Istanbul used to be my number 1 favorite holiday destination for more than 10 years, but unfortunately that changed after my horrible experience with this poorly-managed hotel. I still have nightmares about them calling my room almost every morning with a new complaint about my elderly mother, just asking for extra money even though I paid extra $2500 upon arrival for a disable accessible room. I came with a big family of 10 members and we paid $25, 000 in advance but apparently that wasn't enough. To top it all of, at the last day, I received a call stating that if I want to stay pass the checkout time, I should change this review to 5 stars, which I did then I changed it back to one as I checked out. This might give you an idea about how absurd and childish this hotel management is. We already have a case in the Turkish Ministery of Culture and Tourism, and we are about to have another one in the Turkish embassy in Saudi regarding this hotel.

I am traveling all over the world with worldwide membership of several hotel series including Fraser Palace, but this was my worst travel story in my whole life staying at Anthill Fraser Residence who didn't respect the customers. I've stayed for one month (August 2017) in 2 apartments with big family including kids and handicapped person. The payment was paid all in advance so I couldn't move to other hotel. Too much bad things happened for example: Cleanliness was horrible (my 3 kids had viral infection from the play area and sheets  I took them with my wife to hospital and then I bought new sheets and pillows, staff attitude, lack of services, delay and delay and delay where you have to wait for literally days for small service, slow and limited internet access which doesn't cover main bedroom (I had to buy portable internet modem), they don't have business center so if you have work you won't be able to print hard copies. I've tried to talk to the manager several times but every time they send me to (Julia) she told me that she is the only manager in top level which explains to me the chaos where one person running all things. Unfortunately she always ask for extra charges, she kept charging me for my stay for (damages!

Variety of food, courteous staff, there is a game room, sauna, swimming pool and more, a shop with a wide range of products.

We had an amazing stay at Fraser Place Anthill in Istanbul. The rooms were clean with fantastic views. The staff at reception were very helpful, particularly Fehmi Bey, he went out of his way to help us. The staff at the restaurant were always smiling, helpful and had great food and buffet. Highly recommend this place to all families and others who are interested.

Very comfortable and. Clean, all facility available restaurant, coffee shops, supermarket … etc. Friendly Reception with smile and well corporation … honestly no negative feedback … all best and fantastic place for family staying.

It was a good stay. I took a one bedroom apartment it was spacious, organized, clean, modern and has a good view. The super market is next to the tower, also a pharmacy and burber shop. And there were many restaurants. The Location was good.

Premium facility with excellent fitness.

فندق جامد جدا المكان قريب جدا من معظم المزارات السياحيه و ليهم تاكسي تبع الفندق يوصل لاي مكان و الاجره بالعداد زهيييده ، و في باص للاماكن السياحيه ببلاش بس تحجزه الاول، الفندق آمن جدا نظيييف جدا و الفيو سااااحر، وجود كارفور تحت الفندق مميز و لما طلبنا اكل ف الغرفه من مطعم الفندق اولا مش غالي و كان احلي اكل اكلته ف حياتي ، المكان آمن جدا للاطفال و التعامل راقي جدا.
