Most Guests were extremely boisterous to the point of nerves wrecking and total exasperation for me! The rooms which they left behind after checkout were in total disarray and chaos!
Only a handful of staffs from the morning shifts from the reception, mainly Faeme tried his best to assist me. The night staffs, however, were extremely unsympathetic and Unaccommodative to my difficulty in getting to sleep from the boisterous neighbours next door; throughout the entire night! My pleas for a change of room fell on deaf/ death ears! In fact, I’ve got the feeling, Oscar — one of the night staff, was trying to patronise me by deliberately inserting an entire noisy family next room to mine on my last night! He refused to change me to a quieter room and was very rude, caustic and impertinent in his reply.
In all my 4 days stay, I had only one night of peaceful slumber whereas the other 2 nights I had to sleep on the floor of the fire exit way.
DEFINITELY Not the place I would recommend for the discerning business travellers or those who wish to have a peaceful holiday.
