Room, cleanliness, location, staff, SPA very nice. Breakfast very poor. Located in the hotel some group of people which are from different country and they all need to be stay at hospital instead 5* hotel. Wanted to sit with family to have a drink tea and coffee, seen them felt bad myself, looks like hospital. I’m understanding all these people and hotel loosing respect of people. During new year nothing organized. Evenings very bad no any entertainment.
