Location was great, a little bit difficult to find. Breakfast is excellent. We did get a room in the basement and didn't get any daylight, but I'm sure if you get another one the experience would be great. The room was cozy and clean.

The location is great. It is just a little bit difficult to find, because it is no easy to see sign of the hotel and the alleyway is narrow. Breakfast is excellent and our room was cosy and clean. Unfortunately we got a room in basement and didn't have any daylight but I think if you get another room it will be even better.

Good and inexpensive, there is that eat for breakfast. On the contrary was the renovation. I couldn't sleep in the afternoon.

Excellent location and value for money. Rooms a little bit fair but refurbished and without carpeting. Totally recommended.

V. Good according to price with very very good room seving and good place near metro station But tooooooo small rooms which is ok for 1 person with good price.

Good hotel price/quality this next to the station of Sirceki Mu well located to 200 meters of the Topkapi Palace, 300 of Aya Sofia and 450 of Blue Mosque and 500 of Grand Bazaar and 300 of the bazaar of the spices and bridge of Galata, in an area full of Turkish and Ottoman food restaurants.

Excellent location, not bad breakfast, rather cozy rooms, friendly stuff. The only minus is that rooms are not soundproof at all! In case you decide to stay in this hotel don't choose 15th floor, because of the alarm being out of repair and ringing often in the middle of the night.

It is good value for the price, the room was cleaned every day, and people at the reception were very nice and helpful. The location is very close to tram and metro. The historical center of Istanbul is also very close. The view is not very nice, because it is located in a narrow street, but because of everything else, it is not so bad.

Hotel provide good services, but, pls be ensured that you dont book room at level 6 as there is no lift service at that level and hot water pressure was very low esp during weekends.

The problems started long before our arrival. We were told that we would have to stay at another hotel due to technical problems (but the expenses would be covered buy just in). However when I email them to ask for the directions of the new hotel I was told that after all we would be saying at just in. Upon our arrival the rooms were dirty and the sheets were unclean. Also the room was never cleaned during our stay only the beds were made. Sleeping can be impossible at times due to the noise from the other rooms an the light that comes from the lamp just outside your window (yes there are no shutters at least you can't call them that). The breakfast was also very lacking. The staff barely speaks english which makes arguments kind of impossible specially when they kept trying to recharge us the hotel bill over and over again and we showed them that our credit card had already been charged. The prices for transfers vary between the staff members. We also asked to have the safe fixed to no avail. On the positive side the Wi-Fi is excellent and is close to the main city attractions. Overall it was a disastrous experience.

The location is good (close to sultanahmet) and the Wi-Fi is fast. But that's about the only good points of this hotel. The problems started even before we got there: first we were told by email that they had changed our hotel; a few days before the trip when we then to confirm the address of the new hotel they told us we were actually staying at Just Inn, though no one has bothered to inform us. When we got there the sheets were dirty, as was the room. Later we found out the "cleaning" consisted of making the beds and emptying the trash can — they would't even clean the toilet. The safe was not working — we were promised the repair man would come the next morning but he never came in the six days we stayed there. The breakfast is passable, although for two days they were out of butter. When we were leaving we requested a transfer and the price changed depending on who was at the lobby — they didn't want to give us a receipt for the transfer and the one we got said we were charged 0 euros when in reality it was 45€… and while we were on the way to the airport we received a call saying that they weren't able to charge the stay when they already had charged the first day we got there! Also, most of the staff barely speak English and the noise from the hotel and light from across the street make it almost impossible to sleep. I would only recommend this hotel if you want to test your patience and are not troubled by a dirty room.

Attention — during my stay 300€ were stolen! I think one of the staff members entered my room and searched for money. Only 6*50€ notes were stolen. The rest of the valuables were left. This is only possible if you have time to steal the stuff… That's why I'm sure the money was stolen in the hotel room!
