A brilliant hotel, excellent location, great spa and pool, beautiful rooms and ambiance, but most of all fantastic friendly staff who provide 5star service. I will definitely return to this gem of a hotel.

It is a very nice hotel in old Istanbul, the rooms are refined in the Sultan style but with all the comforts necessary. We were fortunate to have certainly one of the most beautiful room with a very very large bed, a large TV, a DVD player, a living room, a double dressing, a separate toilet and to top off a Hammam in the room!
Bathrobe, slipper, towel and even iron!
I still want to note the many current cuts.

We had such a lovely stay in this hotel for our three nights in Istanbul, the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and the decor of the rooms was perfect, we loved the theming. The location of the hotel is fantastic for first time visitors to Istanbul, its only a few minutes walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterns and the Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar. My only request is that they alternate the music played at breakfast, three mornings of Glen Mederos on the trot and I had *that* song in my head for the following week.

Staff are brilliant but the hotel is not good enough for what they charge for room. Bedroom are very small, only a door glass devide to the toilet which also it's the shower door, very noisy I could hear every time other people went in to their rooms, shower are not very clean, not good enough.

Excellent service and attention of all the staff. Great Location. A few minutes walking you will reach the blue mosque, the Hagia sophia, the Grand Bazaar or the Spices.

Great Hotel with amazing breakfast.

We stayed there for 3 days last week. Loved the hotel! Perfect location, walking distance from all the famous landmarks including grand and spice bazaar. Beautiful ambiance, very helpful staff. It was our son’s birthday. They arranged a cake and brought it to us while we were having breakfast! If we visit Istanbul again, we’ll deginitely stay there!

About the Sultania hotel and its team: the location is ideal a few meters from the tram. The hotel team is very involved and professional. The room at a decent size with balconies. Very well equipped and very clean. The bedding is comfortable. Wi-Fi with an excellent signal. Breakfast is varied and satisfying. I would recommend it without hesitation!

This hotel is amazing, one of the best so far. They really take good care of the guest and make us feel like Sultan indeed. Staff is extremely helpful and they make sure to make you feel special every now and then during the stay. Breakfast is delicious and they have good variety as well. Location is indeed the biggest advantage, walkable distance from metro and major tourist attraction like Topkapi Palace. Will highly recommend the hotel to tourists. Great location, very friendly staffs, perfect hospitality. This was our first time in Istanbul, we left this beautiful city with great experience. When we were leaving, my son was very sad. He did not want to leave this city and specially this hotel. In this hotel you feel like Sultan. All the staff were very attentive. Speciall thanks to "Gülşen" hanım and "Musa" bay. Musa bay is the chef that all of my family member miss him. He baked the most delicious Gluten free breads and desserts. We are counting the days to be back there.

Great value for money and wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Located in the old city of Fatih near Topkapi, Haig Sofia and the Blue Mosque. Walking distance to the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian (Spice Bazaar) Will definitely be staying in the hotel or their partner hotels which all ajoin, next trip. Great staff and rooms beautiful.

I’ve spent two nights at Sultania hotel, and let me just say. I can’t get over it! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location is great. I didn’t even have to take public transportation. Its walking distance to all main attractions. I felt like a princess, the room so perfect. Price is great for what your getting. Best location, lovely and friendly staff. Staff like Gulsen made our stay so pleasant and comfortable. Very clean and big rooms. Breakfast had several options. Near by shops and restaurants right in front of hotel. hotel have their own restaurant which serves good food at same price like outside restaurant. spa experience was also amazing. would surely recommend family and friends and would visit again.

A great hotel in every sense. Situated quite central to everything, tram station, local shops, a short walk from The Blue Mosque and local eateries. Room was clean, housekeeping excellent and staff very helpful. The buffet breakfast (free) was enjoyable and our stay here was without fault.

The perfect place to get to know a city like Istanbul. Comfortable, nice, close to everything and well catered for.

By and large, there is nothing to fault: everything was like the photo in better. But the overall feeling of "ustavshesti" rooms, loud noises from the street all night, the smell of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was very good.

I dont need to mention about the location, it is great, really central and near the tram station. Room that we stayed was spacious and fresh. However there were some stains on the sofa and quilt cover. There was spa and swimming pool but our stay was really brief so we didnt try. Reception guy seemed quite unhappy to see us, he was really grumpy. Other than that, breakfast was good, many options. Overall, it is fine place to stay. Stayed November 2016, traveled as a couple.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel, with lovely Turkish theme. The staff is truly helping. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. Sometime it seemed as if they were more loyal to the guests than the hotel. The hotel manager advised me to get my USD changed to Lira from the money changer in the street rather than the hotel, because I would get a better rate. Amazing!

Hotel Sultania lives up to the name, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top notch place near Hagia Sophia. The staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms are decked out with beautiful art and decor and a very comfortable bed that even comes with accent lighting. This is the only hotel I've been to that I can actually call sexy. And in a tasteful way. Beautiful place!

We had a four night stay at Sultania. The place was nice and located close to places of interest in Fatih.

I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Sultania in March 2016. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. My room had a window facing an internal corridor and the cleaner daily tied back the curtain. It was directly opposite the bathroom/toilet door, embarrassing if you forgot to close the curtain and didn't close the door! All the staff were excellent and the hotel is only 20 mins walk to many major attractions such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar and Basilica .

Hotel very clean delicate, small service was warm, stay 3 nights free airport pick up service in Europe, must be booked at the official website, this is very important. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the first floor or roof on the top floor, where the environment better. Hotel location is very convenient, is near from the Gulhane station.

Our first night in Istanbul, staying at Hotel, we think the best and have a great experience, and feel the joys of this unique hotel. This is a real treat, you should enjoy.
