The first impression was "the horror of what area we hit. " But after spending night and walk in the neighborhood, understood. The location of the hotel is super, everything is close by and two markets and all the sights. Everything in walking distance and if you get tired of your feet can be without a taxi everywhere by public transport. Super. The rooms are also great, everything is there. Towels change every cleaning. The breakfast is rich. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One boy at the reception and he works at night. So I had to wait for him all the time to clarify some questions. But it is our disadvantage that we do not know English.

The hotel is small but very comfortable! The service is great! The location is perfect for tourists. I will be in Istanbul again, again I will settle there if there are rooms:-)

For the price you pay this is a fantastic place to stay in Istanbul, situated perfectly in the city centre. Every single attraction/area is within walking distance of this location, making it the ideal spot. Breakfast is average as there is little variety but I wouldn't complain since you're close by to plenty of reasonably priced takeaways/restaurants. Staff are welcoming and especially attentive to your needs. Definitely recommend!

A small and quaint hotel in an excellent location. Not the most modern, but very clean and at a great price. Ample breakfast and coffee/tea around the clock. Really recommended! No unnecessary Scgnickschnack.
One is on 2 minutes at the train station Marmaray, in 5 minutes on the Bosphorus and 10 minutes at the Hagia Sophia or the Blue Mosque, in 10 minutes at the Grand Bazaar… and all this on foot!

Choose this hotel! The location is very central. In the middle between the Galatskim Bridge and Ayia Sofia. Very close to the shops and cafes. By the way the price of souvenirs is the most advantageous. The hotel is very clean, cleaning daily. But the rooms are small. Tomorrow is just right. Enjoy a delicious coffee. The staff is helpful, helped with all our questions.

The hotel has an excellent location, and was the cheapest in the area when we were comparing prices. The room was large enough and the hotel has a lift (although a very small one). The breakfast selection was not as good as similar hotels in Istanbul. The staff was helpful when we needed them. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was very poor, it keeps disconnecting all the time, making it impossible to use skype/viber etc. Overall, good value for the money and will come back to this hotel in my next Istanbul trip.

The location of the hotel is really good to visit the city. The rooms are quite big and the breakfast is not diverse, but with quality products of the zone.

The man who works the front desk during the day was consistently rude every time we interacted with him. I'm surprised he works in the service industry. When we arrived, he couldn't find our reservation and said we could stay because he couldn't kick us out. The staff watches you while you eat breakfast which is kind of disconcerting. They just kind of hang out talking and staring and not really doing much until you try and get a tea or coffee, and then they insist on helping you. The only coffee available was instant. The rest of the breakfast was alright but a bit below average in quality from what I usually encounter in European hotels. The room we were in was very dated. Water leaked from the shower. The hot water was very inconsistent and went cold often. It was impossible to not get water everywhere from the bathroom sink as the faucet was not located directly over the basin. There was some mold in the bathroom and the room was a bit dusty. I didn't like the bed or the pillows. Despite only having a few rooms in the hotel, it was very easy to hear other guests. The hotel was the cheapest we could find above the level of a hostel for our days in Istanbul. The location was good.

An excellent hotel. Good serving breakfast, very hearty, delicious. Nice, clean room, nice decorated. Clean daily. There is a faucet, a refrigerator, a washing machine (family room). Not closely tv, good location near the tram tracks, station, golatskogo bridge. In General, a very nice hotel.
