All seasons hôtel is very nice, calm, with a good and friendly staff. Good service.
I ll return again next time.

It is the worst hotel I have ever seen! the rooms are very small, the hotel is old, and the service is toooo bad! it does'nt deserve to have a star! Also it is near from Emergency, so, you are always bored because of the ambulances.

For approx £50 + breakfast a night for a family room it was clean, tidy and came with a warm welcome. Standard buffet breakfast was good. Can't complain. It's close (5mins) to tram line, (and shops) which we found was the most easiest and quickest way to access heart of city (cheaper and quicker than taxi). Would consider booking again if in that part of the world.

It's like a 3 star hotel. The personnel are good people and friendly, the location is good and you can reach tramva station in just 1 min. The breakfast is good. There were no sliplers, no tooth brush, no toothpaste in the room. The room was small and no view from the winfow.

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The rooms are not like the pictures. Located in a bad neighborhood. I wouldn’t recommend it to families with kids. The breakfast is bad also.

Receptionist and staff very kind. It is a quiet place in spite of noisily Istanbul. The only issue is the call to prayer from Mezquita close to the hotel it is 4 30 Am but to me ir is authentic. It is a good hotel to spend a couple od days in this large city.

Good hotel for fewdays visit, one minute walking from findkzada tramstation and bus station from where you can go anywhere in istanbul, the breakfast is good but same options everyday, the staff are friendly but they dont all speak english.

I really enjoyed it. Very tasty breakfasts. Located in the center, next to the T1 tram. It is easy to get to the bazaar, wharf and museums.

Hotel was 4 stars when was build, know it seems more of 3, you can see all is old and not refinished. Hotel staff 5 stars, they are very friendly and helpful, they explain how to go to different locations. Rooms are cleaned every day.

Very good location. Small but for reasonable price.

Great hotel, especially the location. The breakfast is very tasty and varied. You can choose to your liking. Staff polite. The rooms are maybe not quite spacious but clean and comfortable to stay in. Thank you.

One of the best hotels in Istanbul.

Nice hotel I stayed there for a week and it was with a tour from iraq so there was open on breakfast.

I think it is a 3 star hotel not more.

A quite place with clean tiny rooms and normal breakfast. Easily accessible tramway was the best point. Hotel is not far from historical places and by using tramway you can get to many of historical places easy and fast. But it's not suitable for people who has a lot to do in Taksim square. Most of the staffs don't know English.

Breakfast sucks the rooms are very narrow c not as you see ds this picture.

I have just came back from my holidays in Istanbul and my experience with this hotel exceeded my expectations they are very friendly good breakfast good Wi-Fi.

It is amazing and I loved it.

I stayed there for 5 nights from 13april to 18apr 2014, pretty nice hotel, quite neighborhood, larz roads, 50 m from findikzade tramway station, clean and stylish rooms, kind staff.

It cannot be a four star hotel only because of its location. In the US, its more like Two or Three Starred at best. But its pretty decent, clean. The buffet breakfast was pretty decent as well. I would rate it 4 out of 5.

The room is too small for 3 people.
