I choose this Hotel because This hotel is a part of Marriott Bonvoy I arrive at the hotel at night at 11:40 PM and complete my Check-in with the unprofessional front desk. He also told me we " the hotel do not participate for Marriott Bonvoy member " even though the hotel website tells you different things. This hotel has the Marriott logo but clearly does not recognize the Bonvoy Marriott status of its members, so if you are a Bonvoy member just don't waste your time and money here. (Please do not tell me to go and check on Benefits at Participating Design hotel I already read and show it to your front desk he just ignores me) The room was so small like a joke and I can really tell you if you are looking for a design hotel you can just skip this hotel and you can't really get a good phone signal on the 1st floor (my room). So I only stay in the hotel for 15-20 minutes and decided to Check out without asking for a refund and run to another Marriott property in the town during curfew time. Best part of this hotel is " leaving time " I have been call customer service and write an email to complain several times but I didn't receive any call or email from them. Good luck with your stay if you decided to book this hotel.

Nice boutique hotel with a lovely view of the Bosphorus. Although it is in the Taksim area I did not find it loud, as it's on the edge of the park — — away from the noisy area. I appreciated the wood floors instead of wall-to-wall carpeting inside the room (easier to keep clean ;) ). The option of a waterfall or telephone showerhead is great too. The lobby is tiny though (practically nonexistent), and it's a bit disappointing that their room service only offers western food.

Lots of pros about this hotel! No cons! I hardly ever write a review, too lazy to find/remember my password. Reviewing this hotel was worth the trouble. The staff are amazing group of people. Everyone from the door man to the restaurant staff went out of their way to make my stay a great first visit in Istanbul. A big thank you to the guest service manager Semih, such a pleasant guy. All his recommendations were on point!. I only booked the hotel for 2 days, I wish I could stay… check out is in an hour. The room: bed is very comfortable and room is very clean. Location is great to move around. Ps: check out the Steak Doctor (recommended by Semih), its a good 15 mins taxi ride from the hotel but the quality of meat is worth it.

The hotel is great! This applies to both location and design and service! Yes, the room is small, but it is very cozy, ergonomic and stylish! Very quiet. Great beds, pillows, cosmetics. I liked it!

I can’t forget the ten days I sepnd there with my love it was my sixth time in trukey and my first time in this hotel and it was the greatest trip I have till today.

Nice hotel. Great location, next to Taksim square with direct connectivity from the airport by Havabus. The Havabus stop is right next to the hotel, but just have to cross the Taksim park opp the hotel and its on the road just outside the park.

One of the best hotel at istanbul, so close to taksim sq then good location, very nice garden, very kind staff, clean room, it’s recommanded.

Hello Gezi hotel is the best hotel in Istanbul. I can’t imagine that I stay in another hotel. Gezi has the best location, the best view, the best rooms and the best staff. Specially Mr. Oktay he is very friendly and he help me every time. ESRAA from Saudi Arabia.

Manzarali odalari cok iyi fiyat /performans oteli taksimin gobeginde sayilir. The hotel has very nice rooms with the view. It is a price /performance hotel located in the middle of the taksim square.

The furnishing and fixtures were nice and the hotel is conveniently located. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast it good. My particular stay was plagued with some difficulties though. The heating in the room wasn't working, the room next to mine was excessively noisy, and with one hotel broken getting to the room was a challenge in the evenings.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff were exceptional. Especially sedar and yilmaz. They went the extra mile for me. The view from the hotel room was amazing too. Nice clean affordable comfortable. Cant complain at all. Thanks again.

Right opposite the Taksim Park, Near to the square with lots of Shopping places, Restaurants. Nearby metro station. Very convenient location. Clean & comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

Very cheerful and multilingual staff, excellent room service, big food catalogue but not that tasteful, very warm homely and cozy restaurant. But their fitness room sucks, they have an excellent spa/Jacuzzi/steam room, very relaxing and chill, spent a week and half, was never bothered by any kind of noise.

I just called your reservation department to unblock the amount you had block. Your employee answer was cancel your booking cancel your booking cancel your booking. I'm sending emails everyday but no replies! It's a hotel! You need the guests right?!

I stayed here for almost a week for business, it was a lovely hotel and staff, nice breakfast but not much as choice. I didn't like that the wooden floor had a lot of dirty spots the same for the rage under the bed, it looks like they never cleaned it! but the the rest is clean and in good shape. But in my last day when the room service came to clean the room I asked her to come after an hour, but she never came. The hotel location is pretty good. There wasn't any space in the mini bar to put my stuff and they tried to add some drinks to my bill but I think it's a mistake.

Location is perfect. Taksim square within walking distance as well as Nişantaşı square.

Very nice service. Rooms are efficient and contemporary stylish; seems must have a view — either Bosporus or Gezi, but I can only say Gezi for sure. Gym is very suitable. Spa is nice. Breakfast looked good, but I never went.

Great location with easy access to the public transportation, restaurants and bars very close, friendly staff, and amazing views from my room, overlooking the bosphorus strait and high rises.

We like it. They made a cake for our first anniversary. Also, their staff help us with metro map route and tell us the easy way to get to the place that we want. We really like them and like the room with all facilities it have. I think they do have one big problem, which is it a poor buffet on breakfast.

Tooo small you'd rather pay an extra 10-20 and stay at swisshotel or the other ones around it. Waste of money.

This is not a 5-star-place, but rather a decent 4-star hotel. To me, the hotel is simply too small. Not just the breakfast room, also the lobby, the gym. My room was just ok. It was Bosphorus-sided, the interior is nice, modern furbished, the size of the room is moderate; Probably some 15 sqm plus shower / WC. The service was good, but internet is lousy, switches off any 15 minutes or so. The praised view onto the Bosphorus is OK, if you are able to ignore the bus station right in the front of that view, next to the hotel. The hotel is really nicely situated, close to the Taksim.

Unfriendly staff. Breakfast. A disaster. Also poverty and criminality is on "top" in Turkey just by this hotel… Erdogan "style". Very sad…
