The front desk consultant named Merve… is rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate… with a attitude like hers, she should not be at front desk at all… everything else was perfect, including all other staff… I suggest management to consider send that person for training on politeness to Guests. She will ruin the reputation of the Hotel… that's my opinion and all of the tour group as well… she was also rude to our tour operator.

We are staying in 2 rooms here and the hotel was recommended by Turkish airlines … the whole night rooms air conditioning didn’t worked and despite of calling reception n asking to fix the issue again n again, no one responded. We couldn’t sleep. Very uncomfortable stay and non responsive staff. Highly not recommended.

The hotel was extremely beautiful! Food selection was ok, but I only ate dinner their. The room was top notch. It suited all my needs. The bathroom was spacious and the view from my window was beautiful.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 days, and it was great from start to finish. They've designed the hotel to give it a modern look, which really matches with the area in which it's located. I booked a room with two beds, the room has a luxurious vibe with a proper lighting and equipped with impressive technology. The room service is pretty decent. My stay involved an open buffet for breakfast, it was well prepared and inspired from the daily Turkish food. The staff there is friendly and not to forget that the reception speak several languages including Arabic which made things easier for me.

It's nice place and everything fine in the hotel. Only one thing the road from streat to go up to the hotel doors is very defacult and make every one tierd and upset must get some things to get easy for the vests to be more comfortable when entering the hotel.

Management and services. Should be improved more … specially the front office. Our check in took two hours In spite of I got confirmed emails twice one two months ago and another one day before. At checkout they wanted to pay me 1085 lira instead of 1035.75 lira for my extended 5 nights. The reservation supervisor she is v good. Wifi slow and not stable. Very very very very very nice hotel. Really recommend, nice staff very helpful, clean room. Some rooms dont have a good view, if u need, ask them before you take. Direct opposite you have Miniaturk, all miniature turkey (ancient buildings and monuments). Hotel located in a nice and quiet place. Very good breakfast as well… I really dont see any flaws about the hotel. But different people different view…

Good hotel but weak management and services. Wifi slow and not stable. Problems in booking system took two hours to check in with our confirmed rooms which they refused to give us at beginning. Restaurant always full and no places with less choices, during my stay many choices disappeared with days like watermelon and almond danish… etc Entered my room in spite of red light (don't disturb). The rooms kind of small and the service is not that good but the most beautiful thing about it is the see and park view.

Nice hotel to stay away of noise in Istanbul and in front of veryw wonderful view of the gulf and miniaturk. The breakfast was very delicious but the eother meals meals were not :)

Comfortable bed in cool room. Sometimes we wanted to turn the air condition off but it didn't responsible only when we opened the window (the control panel was inoperative) the breakfast was delicious. Everything else was quaint. الفندق رائع ونظيف جدا وتم اخذ سيارتي من موظف اسمه بركان لتنظيفها وغسيلها صراحة كان امين جدا الامانة في جميع العاملين لكن المشكلة لغتهم الانجليزية ضعيفة شوي عيوب الفندق في العزل بين الغرف والسرير والمخدات غير مريحة
