Bada Bing Hostel Hostel

My stay in the BadaBing Hostel, between 17th and 27th april 2015, was truly pleasant and better than I expected. The purpose of my trip was to attend an international congress (the WCS) and I had spent 5 days in this hostel. The BadaBing staff were very professional and helpful. I was assisted since I arrived (10 min) nearby BadaBing around 3am, M. Samet met me and helped me to go at the hostel. By the way, he helped me also at my departure to look for a taxi. M. Soner and M. Vahid were very professional and their supports were quite useful for transportation and guidance within Istanbul. By the way, I had to book more weight for my luggage and M. Soner had contacted the company airline for that, thank to him. Just to tell that in addition of the very good aspects of BadaBing, like the convenience, very good situation, good price, good food at breakfast and diner, cleanness of rooms and bathroom, the availability of a computer and the Wi-Fi connection, and others thing, the kindness and the professionality of the staff make of this hostel a very good choice to discover Turkey and the magnificence of Istanbul. Thanks to Samet Dursun, Soner Dursun, Egamxulov Abduvohid, Emirhan Magu, Balent Magu, Volken Inkaya and all the team.

We have been there one week and all I can say is great :) Staff is very friendly and will make sure you are feel just right like at home :) Hostel is located in very good place, very close to tramp, metro&tunnel and ferry just a short walk. Been in few hostels already but Volkan's has great atmosphere and I just cant recommend more! Thank you for all, Marcin&Sara.

Bada Bing was Awesome! It was the perfect location between the Old city and Istiklal street. Rooms were nice, Wifi worked well and Volkan, the hostel owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hostel is great. Good atmosphere, common rooms to chat with other guests and the staff is very friendly. We had booked a shared room and when we arrived we were told that there was a private free, so we changed it without having to pay anything. Highly recommended!

Badabing Hostel is an extremely chilled out place and it's located perfectly for daytrips to many relevant sights. The rooms have all the backpacker needs, the showers and toilets are OK. The staff is really helpful and cool, and the rooftop lounge is the perfect place to get known to other travellers. We had a lot of fun when we did the BadaBing Pub Crawl with the other guests from England, Aussies, Singapore etc. Its located close to the Galata Tower, a nice place to visit the Istanbul nightlife, and also close to the Galata Bridge, where you can get absolutely fantastic fish sandwiches in the evenings. (Get them from the small stands, not from the shops). I can just recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful place. Extremely comfortable beds, pricing is nice, employees are knowledgeable and super helpful. Fantastic place.
