Things to know about this hotel: — A place to lose your money — EXTREMELY RUDE treatment A very horrible experience. The receptionist and the staff overall are very rude and uncooperative. My mother's room was very hot and the air conditioner was not working. We had to call three times and personally go down to the reception in order for them to fix it. On our way back from Kizilcahamam, we discovered that A GREAT sum of money has been stolen from us. 100 Dollar from my aunt in addition to 300 Tl from me. We didnt want to jump to conclusions even though we are 95% sure the money disappeared there (I never left my bag anywhere except in the room to go down to the hotel's own turkish hamam. Same is true for all my family members) so we called the hotel to reach a middle ground. No one speaks english. The receptionist didnt want to direct us to the manager. We spoke to her and she refused to help. She even refused to check the hotel's cameras to make sure no one entered our rooms while we were away claiming that they dont have cameras except on the reception (what hotel can you think of which has no surveillance of the lobbies of its floors? ) We are not writing this review accusing them of theft (even though our percentage of doubt is minimum) but we are writing this review because of the very rude and inconsiderate and unhelpful treatment we got.
