Totally Unprofessional And Reeks Of Vileness In Hospitality! Refuses To Change A Dirty Room & Left Guest Sleeping In The Car! I have stay in numerous chains of Hampton by Hilton both in the U. S. And other continents but this is so wrong on so many levels! They would not even entertain the simplest of request; it’s like asking them for a loan! The reception Benay gave me a dirty room with stains on one bed and long women’s hair on the next bed! The room with the clean room sticker peeled opened! The General Manager stood behind me and signalled his staff to turn down my request for a room change despite many rooms were available!
The most disgusting and vilest of service by any Hospitality standards and definitely not that of the Hilton! They left me sleeping in my car!
Staff’s impertinence and insolence is a reflection of bad management! Seriously, both the management and staffs needs to go back to the drawing board of what hospitality is all about!
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!

Staff here is very friendly and helpful.

The manager is friendly in on the day of 14th June 2019. He alerted us about the possible road hazard we may face as we make our way on foot from hotel to the nearby mall. The room is well equipped, with great Wi-Fi access speed too. Unfortunately the mini bar in the room is empty and no alcohol to be found. The shampoo and shower gel are great. The TV Channel guide however is printed wrongly though.

This is a 4 star hotel Is spoilt fridge a thing in turkey why does every hotel have no working fridge.

You have to handle your own luggage and carry to your room. Self serve. The breakfast was good.

Nice hotel in Bolu. Bolu is a transit city between Istanbul to Ankara and v. V. Stay for one nite in a new Hotel, good facility and good location. Room are big, clean, new and modern. Bed are comfortable with a good linen and pillow. Bathroom are big space and they also provide a ironing for a guest, something rarely seen in Turkey small city hotel. Just walk for 5 minutes you will found a new shopping mall and migros supermaeket inside.

Although my stay was only for a night, it's comfortable and comes with a very chic bathroom. A little cramped but still a clean and well organised room.

The name 'Hilton' hotel is already welcoming of a good place to stay. Indeed, Cosy, nice bed. Great dinner and breakfast too. Forever remember this place because it's my first ever seeing/playing fresh snowfall.
