Food and drinks are really good on the poolside terrace, the atmosphere is nice but the service is not that good.

I spent a day at this hotel, I noticed the pool was very dirty. Even using goggles under the water you couldn't see a thing, as the water was so dirty. I order a lot of food, the pizzas were amazing, although the service however wasn't so great. I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 5* at all. Nothing like a 5* hotel. The cleanliness of the facilities need to improve so does the service. Good value for money regarding the food and drinks… Other than this, I wouldn't return to the hotel!

Had stayed here for 10 nights. Stay was comfortable, staff helpful, sheesha is served at the pool side, food is good but menu is short. After evening the pool side goes lit with love music, food, bar and sheesha.

Superb hotel, service to the height of the most beautiful hotels that I had the chance to use during my travels. Chic but too protocolic. The restaurant of the hotel is good, the breakfast excellent.

A horror is the boxon almost every night, between the music on the terrace until no time and the restaurant lounge of the fifth that makes a sound of all the Devils hope not sleep before 12h or 1h of the mat, in short not the ideal when traveling for work. I highly recommend this hotel which has no respect for the rest of these guests.

The Tunis Grand Hotel is a luxury hotel situated near the international airport of Tunis. The Wi-Fi is free in all of its premises.

The rooms and suites of the hotel are comfortable and all feature a terrace or a balcony. They are equipped with satellite TV and have a room service 24h/24.

Breakfast is served each morning. You can enjoy gourmet cuisine in the 3 restaurants of the hotel.

You will enjoy the large swimming pool on site. The hotel Tunis also has a conference room, multi-function and 5 meeting rooms.

The hotel is good, but some of the staff are greasy and if you are not carful they might fool you.

Central location a good city hall.

Used in the past for business reasons, now as a retired.

On the 4th floor Unertäglich Noisy but otherwise OK. Best to bring earplugs.

This is Not a 5 Star Hotel… they have to try harder… but it is definetely a food place to stay in Tunis.

Clean hotel. Equivalent to the European Ibis standard.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable but the party halls being very near to the rooms, it’s very noisy. I could not sleep at all in all the five nights I stayed there. The room service is extremely poor and most majority don’t speak English.

One of the best hotels in Tunis. Staff are amazing, food is superb, the rooms are massive and very clean, would highly recommend this hotel, it’s away from all the noise and bustle, but only 15 mins in taxi to centre and only £6!

Room was very big and decorated by Marble. It was good. But it is not this hotel matter but Tunisia, anyway I am non smoker and any places I need to breathe smoke.

Hotel and top staff at the topdirecteur to the topje am very welcomed and my children are well pampered since 2013 I frequent this hotel and c'has become my home secondairemerci to any l'team to soon inchaallah.

Best place we enjoyed the dinner on the pool.

Very clean pool, lifeguard on the lookout all day, neat kitchen, some pastries offered with coffee … A small flat, service a little slow … Perhaps seen the circumstances of the Ramadhan …

Definitely not a 5*, service can be improved (various depending on the individuals), large room but need a refresh, Wi-Fi ok, got lucky with a great room service food, OK for a shirt trip.

It is a hotel for business or to see a family not far from the capital, if it is for tourism and leisure that is to be avoided.

Really I received a lot of compliments from my Italian friends that they discovered this magnificent Lounge, with a staff they offer a five star service not to mention the delicious dish made with an artistic touch is very hearty, not to mention the choice of music of the groups of artists it sings Life, an audience really selected an unforgettable evening.

A renovated hotel in the residential area of El Menzah. Service is good and rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. A great business hotel outside the city center. Recommended.
