I rarely review but I had this horrible experience where I could not place and order because of the color of my skin, I was shocked from staff racism and asked for manger. If anything he made it worse.
Please don't go there, racism has no place in tunisia and this awful place is bad representation. Shame on all of you.

Restaurant of poor quality: unsy/friendly service, errors in the menus… and no knowledge in cooking a fillet of beef!
I will not stay at this restaurant again.

Great hotel in the center of La Marisa, 10 min cab away from Sidi Bou Said. Great facilities. Good food — especially dinner, breakfast is ok. Swimming pool is refreshing. We had a sea view room which was spacious but I’m glad we packed ear plugs because the water front is lively at night :)

Excellent hotel with an amazing terrace with excellent sea views. The staff is very caring. Gastronomy is also at the top. The outdoor swimming pool is excellent especially during the day. Only downside is the prices that are a bit pricey.

The spa is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful! And the rooftop restaurant bar and pool are a great place to chill out have a drink and watch the beautiful 360° veiws of la marsa!

Sun Terrace Guest at the top of the Hotel. Great view of the sea, service with booze. Really a great place for an aperitif.

The food is very good, It takes 40 to 60 DT/Person without the wine.

Modern hotel I La Marsa, the staff are vwry friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast can be very good when the food is fresh. The restaurant on the roof is great when it isn't busy but the dishes often came to the table cold to luke warm, despite the excellent plating and produce.

Superb! Spacious and elegant room, pleasant balcony possibly Sea view (a little more expensive but very beautiful) overlooking the beach and the palm trees. Perfect breakfast in a modern and pleasant setting. Spa very nice but you have to book. Excellent Care and massage service. The restaurant bar is chic and lively, the meal delicious with a nice view from the rooftops. I'll be back.

Hotel clean, quiet, good music, but it is always the SERVICE that poses a serious problem in Tunisia! Should try to be more warm and welcoming!

I really liked this place, the view is incredible, the service is great, the food is delicious and the band that was playing on a Wednesday was excellent!

Amazing hotel that offers you great service. Makes you feel very velcome. Also have such amenities as bubble bath and music in the bathroom and complimentary slippers. And amazing sky lounge with sea view.

Lovely hotel. Probably the best in La Marsa. A great rooftop pool lounge with great view on Safsaf and the beach. Worth the price and worth checking it out. Best timing is around sunset but make sure you book your table as it gets busy.

The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are hood but the reception and security staff are real nightmare and harassment seems part of their job, the pool is always full with people all around it and that's make it impossible to use for a swim,

The taste quality of the food is very average, advertised gourmet like nothing. 175 DT for two (entry + dish + desert without alcohol), really excessive.

Unfriendly and overpriced but they sell alcohol and have a nice terrace.

As a world traveler I find this establishment to be Pretentious and uninviting. Service is horrible. Attempt to be trendy and fashionable but fails miserably. This is an overpriced and under serviced establishment. Decor and location are great if the service matched the pluses then this would be a five star review… management need to take a lesson in customer service and drop the exclusivity facade.
