What a bad experience we lived tonight! Disrespectful manager with a rude attitude and behaviour from all the stuff. We had a confirmed reservation since morning but it seems we don't have enough plastic surgeries to be well treated and respected. What a crazy world!.

Superb place magnificent view top service nothing to say.

Unfortunately very disappointed, very slow service. We are forced to consume tapas that we do not necessarily want to take.

They boast the luxurious name…, I just want to tell you about the restaurant, very very disappointing. A tartare of tone as a starter: absolutely disgusting, very acidic and nothing to do with a tartare …, no octopus or sole yet on the menu …, ordered pasta with seafood … I'm still looking for the fruits, really no taste… some small shrimp 3 exactly… I couldn't wait to leave.

Everything was perfect, room, food and service. Professional and kind staff. Highly recommend.

Till now I’m so happy with my experience…it’s really amazing place. View. Service I will come back soon.

Magical place and superb view but tasteless dishes and ridiculous portions. I took simple seafood pasta, there was maximum 50g of pasta, frozen seafood, overcooked and rubbery, a sauce that bathes in oil, shrimp poorly peeled … for the modest sum of 52dt!
Good for a drink while admiring the view but plan to eat well elsewhere before.

Absolutely appalling service. We went for dinner the music was so loud we had to yell at each other. No one in the bar was enjoying the music. People were still eating dinner. I asked for it to be turned down and management was so rude. I have never seen anything like it. They refused and then insulted us. Too bad we had already ordered our food. I won’t be coming back. The managers are just appalling.

Great seating, views, food, service & waiters, great dessert that I forgot the name but not the taste but as I remember that is called corondeir in French language made from biscuits dipped in coffee and other stuff.

Too sad that your night club is polluting the wonderful historic area around Carthage with disturbing music. It is a real discrase and a failiure that no authority does its proper job to stop the ongoing disturbance that neighbours, residence and guests have to endure. When is this night club chaos going to stop?

The most:
— Incredible view of the sea from the heights. Very nice on the terrace at breakfast.
— Top quality for cooking, both for breakfast and lunch. Our thanks to the kitchen team for the quality and freshness of the ingredients and recipes. And also to the team at the indoor service, very well.

The least:
— Crowded in the evening or at parties when the place turns into a lounge bar.
— The comfort of the rooms could be further improved a little to reach the standard of large hotels.

Establishment to recommend without hesitation for a pleasant business stay in Tunis.

Excellent location on a hill Dr Carthage with a breathtaking view, the restaurant presents fine dishes the kitchen is good meat pasta and fish are present in the map, the service is good the frequentation is rather of the kind business diner Cosy atmosphere the staff is welcoming… There is a parking lot reserved at the hotel but few places are available… There is above a parking lot near the cathedral that one can use… There is a lounge which is also very boen with a younger attendance… In fact a nice hotel with a beautiful setting that I highly recommend…

This review concerns only the restaurant! Its a shame such a well placed restaurant is so badly managed. The 1 star is for the view. The food and service are catastrophic. First of all, although we asked for the meat to be well cooked, we received it swimming in its own blood (the first plate is pictured below, I unfortunatelly forgot to take a picture of the second serving). When we asked for the meat to be re-cooked (we barely touched the plates we sent back), we received new meals, but this time it came without any of the side dishes (garniture), it was literally just a fillet put on a plate. We were even more surprised to find the 2 out the 4 fillets still undercooked and dripping with blood. We felt like we were punished for sending back the dishes and when we asked why the side dishes were removed, we were brought a little plate with some of the previous side dishes. After this unpleasant experience we decided to leave as quickly as possible (with a half empty stomach and a hefty check), so when I went to pay, I had one of the funniest and weirdest encounters I could imagine. The waiter (who was the same guy behind the cashier desk) didn't want to give me back the change! (which was around 15 DT). On 3 occasions the waiter refused to give back the money repeating : Merci monsieur. And when I explicitly asked for the change he just said he didn't have coins and gave me just 10DT. It was practically a money theft.

Service remain the issue in villa Didon, been living in Tunisia since 2015 and whenever I went to villa Didon it's always one of the worst and slowest service specially for the premium price you pay there. I have a theory in Tunisia whenever they have a good venue don't expect good service because I believe they think they have a good venue and that's enough.

Only stayed here for dinner to get away from the heat wave, and it was soo cool and fresh to be inside. Very professional staff. Delicious food with a stunning view from the balcony of the restaurant. Very luxurious. Interior by Philippe Starck.

Really this corner for me it's the most beautiful place in Tunisia, perfect security, tayara service, the terrace view is very beautiful, it's the first time I've visited but not the last.
