La douchette des toilettes est cassé. J ai demandé une vu piscine j ai vu sur la patogeoire des enfants. Le ménage est fait très tardivement. Je suis arrivée le mini bar était vide. J ai demandé une infusion j ai reçu du thé vert. La musique du resto est trop forte le dîner en devient stressant. Les frites ne sont pas assez cuites elles sont presque crus. C est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je suis déçue car c est la 3eme fois que je viens et j ai pris un séjours plus long que l an passe mais ma fidélité n est visiblement pas payante. J ai demandé a changer de chambre pour avoir une meilleure vu j attends toujours. Est ce de cette façon que vous récompense ou fidélise vos clients?

The biggest problem, the language barrier, if you do not know French or Arabic well or English, will be problems, navigation in Russian language is not, although 1/3 of tourists are exactly Russian understanding. Although the hotel's facilities look top notch, the quality of service and treatment we're absolutely appalling. We waited for over 3 hours to get our reserved room. The breakfast was very disorganized with a lot of queuing. They switched off the breakfast lights exactly at 10.30 after I had waited over 20 mins to get cooked eggs. The room cleaning service wasn't up to standard. Really terrible experience despite the ridiculous prices they have for the rooms.

Room was clean. Staff was attentive, especially at the reception. The food really liked. Waiters could be more quick and welcoming.

The hotel is great but the staff do nothing unless you tip. And in the rooms and tips are cleaned so-so.
In the morning, if you come to breakfast not to the opening, and an hour later, almost all the tables are littered with dirty dishes. And those that are free are not served. The waiter can be called for a very long time. He waves his hand, I ll bring it, and does his own thing.

A good hotel for a relaxing holiday. Smiling and friendly staff, especially if you leave a tip! The hotel fully justifies its five stars.
Of the pros:
1) A large sandy beach where there are always free sunbeds
2) Good and varied food
3) A large range of drinks
4) Nearby town and shops
5) Several large pools
Of the cons:
1) The bartender sometimes has to wait a very long time, because they prioritize customer service for cash (that's my opinion)
2) At the pools all the sunbeds are occupied
3) A small assortment of appetizers at the beach (sandwich and fries), at least for 3 days I have not found more
4) Very bad with repairs, broke magnetic lock on the door (an hour stood in front of the room until the door opened) and another 3 hours waited until the lock was repaired!

In general, I recommend to all who need a quiet rest on the beach!

Besides the immaculate facilities and great organization, I would say the highlight was the stuff. Incredibly kind, friendly, helpful and professional people. Can't stress out how at home this made us feel. Congrats on keeping the Mövenpick standards so high in Sousse and for offering such a quality stay. Excellent hotel layout and kitchen. I do not want to recommend, for the reason that can come compatriots and change the atmosphere of the hotel. 3 and 2 years ago, the hotel was in the concept of "Relax Hotel. " You could go out to the terrace and quietly enjoy the quiet noise of the surf and the rustle of the palm leaves. In 2018 there were families with children, which parents did not particularly look after. And quite a normal situation when you sit on the chairs on the terrace, and other people's children choose your chair as a very comfortable place for hiding. And they hide behind it every three minutes. T. E. Is not a relaxation at all. It's the same on the beach.
And in the lobby of the hotel before it was possible to sit quietly and listen to music, and this year had to listen to music through children's screams.

Food 5, Staff 4, Sea 4. Good value for money. Not for families with children! Sometimes it is a bit of a decline, but slowly! But there's a ruin in the neighborhood! The best hotel in the District! Fresh fish, strawberry is delicious!

Returning to Movenpick is always a pleasure. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. The hotel facilities are beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. The extra security provided at the hotel entrance was reassuring, although I never felt uncomfortable or threatened while out and about in Sousse. Plus, the current exchange rate against the TDN makes it incredibly good value for money to visit Tunisia.

My wife and I rested from 22 to 30 April 2018. We really liked the hotel itself, the food and especially the attitude of the staff. All the hotel staff, with whom we had to contact were polite, professional and attentive. Special thanks I ask to transfer to Madame Basme, who helped us on any questions. The only wish: the presence of a preschool who speaks Russian.

Hotel 5 stars opening 2010 year. 618 rooms have 5 restaurants and 6 bars. Spanish Japanese and sea restaurant products ala Carte. The lobby bar is open 24 hours. Wi-Fi is free. 3 Outdoor swimming pools (for children with sea water and fresh water).

Bad Internet, bad parking. Room was never really clean, there was a lot of dust everywhere. We stayed 2 weeks and had the same food every day, breakfast like dinner. And that's why this 1 star, just name nothing else special about this hotel.

From then 2009 my family and I are always well received well served, as pleasant memories.
I think its major advantage is the kids club with the possibility of babysitting in the room, in addition to its beautiful beach, its beautiful swimming pools and its sublime decorations I have a particular inclination for its beds and pillows.
Not to mention the SPA which is excellent.

Except the first day of my arrival where I have been treated a little bit briskly by the cashier of Tapeo for my lunch, I have been welcome warmly everywhere. Traveling alone, even boundaries have been set by supervising staff when needed.

Adel, Lotfi and Raouf, Yassine at the reception, Laura, Sana and Assia with the Spa. Nothing was ever a problem. Hotel Splendide with a remarkable welcome, thanks to the chef for his sumptuous meals and impeccable service, I would point out just a little effort to make at the spa level for some therapists in the investment of their work and the staff who Organizes care to allow more flexibility in the hours of care.

Only negative: Yasmine has "scammed" us from 40 DS. As soon as we arrived, she asked us 180 DS for a visit that we could never do, because of our care (reason for our trip).
We claimed our money, but there was only 140 DS in the envelope (girl from the witness home). Yasmine was not at our departure as promised, and left us a bad memory…

Very good value for Money and excellent view from the room. However only one outside pool was open. Breakfast was perfect. Always nice with the omelet guy preparing your omelet.

Our stay at the Mövenpick definitely was worthwhile. The hotel is extremely fancy and treats its guests luxuriously. Especially the employees are very nice and do everything they can to make their guests feel comfortable. The hotel amenities are always fully functioning and make the experience at Mövenpick a quite spectacular one, adding to the simply stunning location by the sea. And all this one may find for a very reasonable price.
My only criticism would be the poor strength of the internet connection, which barely suffices to check your emails.
But apart from that, everything was perfect.

The best hotel in Sousse in my opinion. Just an oasis of civilization among the surrounding infrastructure. Quality architecture and design of the hotel. Good restaurant, everything is tasty and varied. The hotel area is compact, thoughtful and beautiful. Three swimming pools: children's, adult normal and adult with sea water. Very neat and well-groomed beach with snow-white grained, like flour sand. A smooth sunset in the sea. On the beach sits a 24-hour security guard. Great hotel, as all the hotels of this network.

We stayed as part of a U. N. Delegation business trip recently. Overall, we enjoyed the place. Summary: The Good: -Great location. Suggest requesting a 7th floor Sea-View like the room we had! Beautiful sun-rise -Professional staff -great Pools including a sea-water pool -Amazing beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas set up. Wow -Free Wifi / Reliable The Bad: -our TV didn't work properly at all -the food (buffet) daily was disappointing, especially if you're vegan / vegetarian like my family. They actually put Meat or Tuna in the Salads, yuck! The fresh citrus and lemon fruits were plentiful though -SMOKING is allowed and encouraged indoors unfortunately throughout the hotel (Disgusting). There are ashtrays and people smoking in the lounge and there was an ashtray in our hotel room.

The service in this hotel is top-notch. The resort is big with a few different high quality restaurants of which the Japanese restaurant Sendai with the teppanyaki was the best. Rooms were clean and there was a free high quality Wi-Fi in the resort grounds. Heated seawater pool and the spa was nice but nothing special. The concierge service of the hotel was also very helpful with a great, happy attitude. I would visit this hotel again.

A special thanks to the concierge service — they really went an extra mile every time we asked for help. The spa services were not marketed very well and the sign stating that the pool is only for spa guests, even on the days the hotel was pretty empty in the middle of the week was not really welcoming. Breakfast was ok — apart from the fact that hot water for tea was not hot, more like lukewarm almost every morning.

For about 30 years I have been on the road — worldwide, so I also have corresponding experience in the hotel industry worldwide. In my opinion, the hotel is really great in every way, with very competent, customer-oriented and helpful staff. Many restaurants offer many opportunities to eat healthily and vitamin-rich. For this reason, I am very surprised that holidaymakers from the former Eastern Bloc criticize the hotel gastronomy and the hotel itself. I also know the hotels in Eastern Europe that cannot be compared with Mövenpick — I am not talking about international hotel chains in these countries, but about "national" hotels — which have to work at the comparable level for a long time to come. And guests from these countries, of all places, lament the level of the Mövenpick. I have been to Mövenpick 2 times this year as a guest — I was very satisfied and now I am even planning to book as a privatizer in Mövenpick about 7 days next year.

Was 4 days in October for work.
The hotel is served as 5 and outwardly looks at 5. But terrible service in the dining room (you can wait 30 minutes while remove the table and put the appliances), there were huge problems with the check in, also from the jacket in the room stole the money, probably the maid. Be sure to use safes. The room was of a luxury category (with factions terraces) and a view of the sea. Tunisia itself is very dirty. A lot of armed police. For my family holidays in this country exclude.
