Needs major update only one plug socket in the room. Food ok, swimming pool warm. Reception very helpful, all staff friendly defo not 4 star I would rate it 1 star.

Had the best holiday in my life people and staff can't do enough for you hotel a bit tired. Food was nice going again for 18 nights £206 wot do you want for the price… it's got heated indoor pool spotless clean. Left the hotel once. The nicest people I have meaten.

It was a very last minute decision to book my holiday, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Even though the flight was delayed by several hours our transit was still waiting for us. They kept the dining room open so we could have our dinner. I had read some dreadful reviews (after I booked, haha) but seriously? At these prices, why are you spending your holiday taking photos of broken tiles in the bathroom when you could be enjoying the sunshine and drinking a pretty nice rose by the pool? 100% will be back. Thank you to everyone who made it so special xx.

There are many fleas everywhere. Be careful! There are no siphons in the bathroom and there is a flood in the rooms, the joinery is from 50 years ago, the air conditioners do not work and everywhere is smoking and there are butts everywhere. There is misery everywhere, their water park does not work and neither do the pool tables. I do not recommend it, you will not be satisfied, the food is one and the same and I saw cockroaches in the restaurant…

I arrived at the hotel and I was told 5hat I would have to pay for a second room for my partner I was not happy but paid AMD also had to pay for a second lot of taxes. Then on the second day my partner went to his room and there was other people in it the hotel had rented it out. They gave my partner another room and again 2 days later he went to his room only to be confronted with more people in his room. Again the hotel had rented the second room out. They offered him a third room like this was normal. This was not the only problem. I am asthmatic and have coped and was put on the second floor. This was not a problem until we were told that both lifts were broken and they remained this way for the whole week. This resulted in me having a 30 minute coughing fit every time I had to go up or down the 60 steps. To top it off the food was not fit for purpose. 8 did not have a nice holiday 8 had a traumatic ordeal. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

This hotel is so bad. First of all the staff is so mean besides the fact that they don't care about what you say or complain. The animation is supposed to be every night the first night it wasn't good they've put the same music genre and they wouldn't change it the second night the speakers were broken and they didn't even try to replace them (ps: the animation staff were sitting not doing anything just drinking. ) and when we made a complaint the reception blew us off Moreover another family made the same complaint and they also got ignored. The food was okay but they repeated everything everyday.
And shall I remind you the staff is just so mean and don't even value their clients they will yell at you, and just be mean in general. They honestly deserve zero star not even one.

The place was okay. Same food everyday nothing different. The slides do not work. Staff tyey are good but not the best. Need to change the food. They have 2 elevator only 1 works bad because theirs alot people and need to wait along time for the elevators. Its needs slot of work done but it was okay but could do alot more to improve the Wi-Fi is always bad the room air-conditioning is very bad.

I work In the hospitality and I really enjoyed my day it needs. A little bit of work doing but they made my stay wonder ful all staff entertainment was fantastic I would come back anytime in fact when I go back to work I will recommend this hotel I thank you for looking after me the life guards where good I eat in the restaurant every day and it was really good I will miss everyone because there hospitality was soo good see you soon.

Absolutely crap smelled in corridor so hot in rooms no air conditioning said only start in June Evan tho it’s very hot. My kids was so hot hardly slpt at night. And the food wasn’t good at all it was first com first serve:

Please DO NOT book this hotel, it is disgustingly filthy. The All inclusive is not a all inclusive and we ate out everyday. Infant we stayed outdoors for the full week so that we would spend as little time as possible in the hotel. The rooms were equally as filthy and I feel physically sick thinking about it. This hotel has put us off from ever coming back to Tunisia. I don’t even know where to start because there is nothing good about this hotel. Please pay a little more instead of booking this pile of sh! t if you do ever decide to go to Tunisia.

Just back after another lovely stay. Staff are so lovely … get waited on hand and foot. Soon as I walk outside someone brings me table/chair AND a drink! front pool is empty but only because the lease from the renters has finished and it will be sorted for summer. Slide side pool was available. Rooms cleaned daily. Love coming back to fresh towels clean bedding and a mopped floor without lifting a finger. Location of houria palace is trulky the best. Only a stroll away to beach or marina or fairground. Looking forward to my next visit in june.

Not even one star! All inclusive really! Paid for upgrade to be able to go to other bars only one bar which daily ran out of wine, beer and was only offered whiskey. If wanted to use the other bar had to pay for drinks Even had pay for bottled water. Same food everyday no snacks between meals. Two pools only one with water which even wouldn’t put toe in. Paid for upgrade for bath no plug and unable to get one. Rust on bath towel rail hanging off. Even had to hire t. V control to watch t. V which was so dated. Only one plug socket. Clean towel everyday which stained. Broken chairs. Night club music playing till 5am good job air con worked to take away the music. Lift worked if you were lucky (stuck in it one day) all Inclusive you would expect a range of drinks snacks on offer throughout the day and not even a cocktail. Paper cups table dirty or half set up. Very let down for the tour Company who led us to believe that this was a four star hotel. On plus side staff were friendly just not helpful.

Só My opinions this hotel is very good. I have akready been here and I was satisfield everything. The hotel is very cheap and compare to another hotel in Sousse not big difference. Almost same.
The staff is very good very kindful the rooms are very clean. The reception are very dear people. The food is delicious. The animator team are very good. But now there are no much people. I undertand it in Summer.
So I can recommend this hote for my friends in my country with pleasure.
