Really good staff and entertainment team especially dauli and saff and the two girls, top pool beach and reception area, see you in October for round two THANKS SO MUCH.

Where do I start. food. They don't cater for the English no butter for bread or rolls only in morning we lived on salad all hot food cold. they cater more for the Germans and French. waiters not interested in English when asked for something but jump to attention for germsns and French holiday makers. hotel should be 2 star not 5 very old looking needs work done to it. only positive is the rooms very spacious. would not come again.

Amazing view of the Mediterranean sea.

This hotel enchants us so much that we extend our stay by a week. Our room facing the pool and the sea is very large and very clean, from our terrace the view is splendid. The staff is super nice, and goes ahead of our desires, the food is varied and very well cooked, the 2 themed meals are high-end with candles and flower petals.
Everything is done so that the few tourists, cause covid, make the most of it. The evenings are lively, with very good music, the private beach is very close. As for the pools it's a real joy.
I would recommend this hotel at 200 per cent, thank you and congratulations to all the staff so much spoil us.

Staff are very nice pity about the quality of the food I do understand due to pandemic there is not a big selection however it was tasteless have been at this hotel many times but the food was not good to many young chefs that cant even make an omelette.

The condition of the hotel and rooms leaves much to be desired. After the rain, part of the dining room and a section of the corridor on the third floor flooded.

The furniture in the room is badly worn, the table is broken, some parts of the furniture are swollen with humidity, the fridge door is cheerfully crooked.

The plumbing in the bathroom works poorly, the shower watering water is everywhere except on you (after the first shower, had to collect water on the bathroom floor), also a problem with the faucets in the sink and bathroom. The bath cannot be taken due to a malfunction of the mechanism of closing the water drain and cork is not available anywhere else.

The door to the balcony very strongly wedges, a fragile girl to open it will be very difficult.

The walls in the room are dirty, following the residence of previous tenants.

All the dishes included in breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious! There are no complaints about the kitchen at all.
Beef, chicken, fish, seafood all cooked perfectly! Tunian soup is just flying away.

In Hungary its a *** motel, but the meal is *****, the crew is nice. If we have had got an air conditioner I d given it four star. There were good programs, the own beach is close, clear.

Average hotel in terms of rooms, food and entertainment that do not comply with 5 stars service and unprofessionel staff particularly those in reception.

Not perfect but attractive to get your traveling. I would to say that it is so clean, several services, not bad feeding. But I think that they need to enhance some important things (equipments in room, …).

Good visit and a pleasant stay at El Mouradi Palace.

The El-Mouradi Palace is awarded 5 stars by the tour operator but at best deserves 3, 5 stars. I was already in 4 star hotels which offered better cuisine and service. When a tourist has booked the HP, one feels as a person 2. Ter class. Although the palace is elitist, the level and charisma go back. The palace lives primarily from its interesting interior design in the hotel lobby, as is the relatively friendly staff.

It was my first time at the hotel this past September, travelling from the United States and my first time in Tunisia as well. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at El Mouradi Palace. The staff was excellent, extremely helpful, kind, and going out of their way to make my stay the best it could possibly be. There was one individual on the staff that went above and beyond, and for that I believe he deserves to be praised. A man named Naim, who worked as a lifeguard on the staff. His character and helpfulness made my stay an unforgettable one, at that. His English skills were very good, so it made my transition easy. All the families that I talked to felt the same, as he was so welcoming and always had a smile plastered on his face. For someone to be so selfless and accommodating under all circumstances, helped make my time enjoyable, comfortable and for this reason, I will be coming back. It is unlikely for me to revisit a place, but I have already booked my ticket for this September and hope to encounter the same tremendous service and friendly staff, such as Naim, or as he jokingly said "Mr. Brown". We arrive from an all inclusive stay in this hotel (* * * * *). We give you a general opinion and any staff on this stay that was sold to us by the travel agency SUNSHINE specialized for travel in Tunisia.
A) it starts badly! For a departure from Nantes we land in TUNIS (about 160 km from our destination), while MONASTIR Airport is only 1/4 hours.
B) Hotel and environment correct (probably does not deserve its 5 stars but we saw worse), hotel staff smiling and rider. The rooms date and are to be refreshed (mini-bar down, floor carpet with cigarette burns, bathroom with bathtub and no shower, handle and door lock completely "HS". On the other hand very positive (cleaning very well done, and sheets and towels changed every day). We were occupying the 317 room in upgrade (but as a personal, I do not see any differences with others that we visited otherwise a small cut of fruit on our arrival)
C) The main bar (we had been told an extensive panel of alcoholic beverages or not, except the choice of 5 to 7 bottles of local liquor, a few sodas and the coffee machine aieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
So! It can be said that this is more of the ' ' Neighbourhood Bistro ' '.
D) and we get to the worst of the worst!

I went to stay at the El Mouradi Palace Hotel from August 29th to September 12th, 2017. I must admit that I was a little disappointed of Tunisia which for me is nowhere! It's a dirty country. For the hotel, the rooms are decent and comfortable. Nevertheless the bathroom would be to renovate. The carpets of the hallways and rooms is dirty and would have to be removed, all this is unhealthy. The pool is fine. (where I do not agree is to bathe everything dressed and mainly Algerian women I think). The bars is OK and the staff is friendly and charming (pool, bar, housekeeper, etc…). The restaurant: There is a big problem: Meager buffet: Few choices and very repetitive. Many people use it abundantly and leave more than half of the food in the plates: disgusted to see all this waste. It would take someone behind the dishes to serve. We are in Tunisia but a lot of pasta and pizza served on the drop account. An infinite time to use. And we meet people who walk around the hotel and at all levels with food plates, drinks. I find that unacceptable. You spill it, you don't pick it up, it's disgusting. The safes in the rooms are nice and free. The Wi-Fi (free) : Not very good quality: very low network. A bancontact is fine but a Visa card is necessary. In the room it is quite quiet. Once 23 hours, there is no more noise. I went once to Tunisia but I will not go back.

Unfortunately the hotel was very relaxed, 5 years ago were here already and were totally excited This time we were greeted with a dirty blanket without cover. (don't want to know what happened here) Hole in the door (was probably knocked In) Versiffter Carpet. The food was repeated in the morning, at noon and at Night. You couldn't see it after a few days. As a snack there were crepes every Afternoon. Ice only a few days in the evening and then no more (especially children are looking forward to an ice cream). The service and also the people at the reception were very nice and helpful. If you just give a little tip you will be served very well and friendly. Also the cleaners are very busy but if you don't have proper vacuum cleaners you can't suck properly. The pool is very clean, the couches should be checked regularly, some were Defective. The beach is beautiful, crystal clear water and sandy Beach. All in all, we were very disappointed because of the food and the rooms and wonder how this hotel still has 5 stars (plaque missing at the hotel?! )

Monotonous Food. Mold in the dining room. Very noisy hotel. Absolutely not recommended.

My husband and I have travelled to many places in the world but we have never been to such a filthy and disgusting place like this hotel. We arrived last night after midnight with our 3 kids, the hotel was a huge shock for us as we've booked in what is supposed to be a 5* hotel. All the carpets in the hotel rooms and corridors are dirty, burnt with cigarettes and iron marks. The intensive foul odor fills the place, furniture is old, broken and full of stains. The bathroom is filled with hair from shaving by the previous guest. Towels are old, over used and suspicious! Believe it or not but you can find dirty cotton buds thrown in the corridor too. We thought that a higher grade and more expensive room in the hotel might be better for the night as we are planning to check out in the morning, so we checked all the floors and several rooms but they all look the same and with same low standards. The food for the open buffet was already partially served in the dining are at 3 am including the scrambled and boiled eggs! We are not able to walk barefoot because of the disgusting carpets and bathrooms. Don't even think of coming to this hotel. d.

Very friendly staff and overall great hotel although not entirely remodeled, pity that the indoor pool in the summer time is not working.

I stayed at the El Mouradi Palace Hotel from 09 to 19 August 2017. It's far from being a 5 star. A 2 would suffice. First the bedding is dilapidated, the springy crunchy. The mini bar does not work. The pool is chlorinated and is not to sea water as it is claimed. The TV is full of 5 stars, a very old model with a hump. There are only free TV channels; So to look at the Classico you had to go to a café in town. The kitchen is not bad and varied but the drinks are served at room temperature in the month of August! The towels are only changed on demand and again, we do not have them until 5:00 pm. So after the morning swim, we manage. And the restaurant staff downright unpleasant. Really to avoid! It's better to opt for a 3 star, we're disappointed.

Very very very very dead hotel… it doesn't even deserve 1 star, idle service, people are listening to you, it's like a motel in Ohio. In short did not put the foot.

These hotel has 5 stars it doesn't even deserve one. The food sucks, if you drink there waster you get sick four a month, the service is ok, our room has a whole in the door and they resist to fix it. But the location is perfect, you have a pool right outside your door. What sucks, the pool tables are all broken, the table tennis tables are broken, TV's in the rooms are broken, you can buy your own towels but the guy that sells them like to steal them so if you dont find your towels they are probably stolen by that guy. O jeaha if you are traveling with Tunis air dont eat the food because​ its horrible, and bring some sanitised paper to clean all the descousting seats. (you will thank me later) Ok these is the end of my review.

The reception is not very friendly. It smells bad in the room because of the carpet that is not well maintained. Moreover the servers of the restaurant ignore the Tunisians in favor of the tourists (Russian). In my opinion it does not deserve 5 * It must be renovated by cons The gastronomy is not bad.

Our room was really great clean with a half view on the sea and tranquility 5 stars. The restaurant serves international meals so lack of taste you would have enjoyed eating a little more Tunisian but we understand that it is not everyone who loves spices. The restaurant service is impeccable staff.

Hm. Most helpful review on 1 star, I must enter the time. We were 10 days in the hotel, the food was varied if often Europeanized taste that has English's not reminds me. There's a wide selection of main courses daily, the absolute highlight was the great desert buffet.
The staff were always friendly. Daily animation, yes that's true, but friendly, the animators were all multilingual and could understand is mostly in German, English and Italian. I don't like animation and felt nevertheless at no time threatened. No was no and was accepted.

But what is criticized in the supposedly most helpful review I have witnessed very differently and was the most positive part of the holiday for me.

Terrible dirty hotel. Felt intimidated by algerians who arrive en masse at weekend. Had to ask reception for toilet paper. Toe nail clipings and hair on floor in room at arrival. Even prostitutes in hotel at night. Food terrible. I mean terrible. One night we had profiterolls for a sweet the next morning at breakfast the profiterolls had been deep fried for breakfast honest. A doss house dont touch with a big stick unless you have had a penicillin shot. The pitts.

Very bad experience, this is the most 3 star hotel not 5 in any way. Staff not friendly at all, they will make you give them a tip and then disappear. Main bar is absolute disaster in our first day they use to give us diluted vodka with water, — after big argument this didn't happen again but when you ask for drink you will have a filling that staff has no wages and you should give them a tip every time. Food and fruits is very little choice and is repeatable every day, — at our second week we were going to buy some food from shopping center because could not see same food for 8 consecutive days but there is very limited food options as well. There is no point in complaining about anything to any one as you not going to be heard. Water Sports are different, — if you hire jetski you only drive in straigt line and speed is limited, — second passenger you pay extra, water parashute only 4 min. And so on.

Is no longer el mouradi club in front. Shame.

I rested there in the winter. The end of February. The beginning of March. Not the best time for Tunisia, but still. Even in this time of year it is better to rest than to work. I must say that the hotel is very up to its 4 *. I can even say that in 5 pulls. Everything is new and modern. The modern design. The hotel area is very big. Animation a team, a wonderful, fun guys! the food is also good, a very large area, beautiful cafes, beautiful views. In the lobby free Wi-Fi. Overall personally, I like this hotel very much.

A 5 star hotel the main chain of Tunisia, EL MOURADI, suitable for for families. Huge pool with animation, three tennis courts, indoor pool, soccer field, Thalassotherapy Centre x good massage draining or energizers to cost 15 €, and for golf lovers 2 18-hole fields. The hotel is located overlooking a private white sand beach is always cool even in the hot sun. Clean and tidy, buffet restaurant with international cuisine. To consider the fact that the staff is seasonal and certainly not by school, but those who attend the Tunisia already knows that the 5 stars are not attributable to European standard.
