I have been there and the slides are amazing and I wish I could of stayed there longer, I also loved the shows that were on especially the man with the curly hair me and my friends loved to touch it, the food is very good especially the pankaces the rooms were alright but the best was the slides at first me and my mum couldn't find them but then we found them it took us about 10 to 15 minutes but although I give it a 10 out of 10

Nice, clean and especially calm, I had nice holiday there.

Tricky staff fill you in the worst room. And then asks for a bribe for a better number. The rooms are not cleaned, only the kind of cleaning is done. The towels didn't change during the whole period. The food is rather scarce and monotonous. There are almost no fruits (only green melon and watermelon). The dishes in the dining room are dirty. The area is good, the beach is not bad either. The air conditioning in the rooms requires cleaning. The hair dryer in the bathroom as well as the TV in the room hails from the 80s. 3 days it rained, the windows leaked, had to continue the towel on the frame and so close the window, otherwise the room was a flood.

The room overlooked the quiet side, cozy, clean, cleaned every 2 days, towels changed and davadi shampoos at our request. When checking in they asked for a quiet room. The food is monotonous, often not tasty. The area is big. A large, clean pool. The sea was cleaned for the first 4 days, then for some reason it was dirty all the time. Location Was here a month, loved it. There are pools closed, open to children, and adults. Also Hammam, spa, fitness, swimming pool, hairdresser, Jacuzzi and so on.
The dining room is just a class! The food is real, everything is fresh, there is breakfast, lunch, dinner for free! I conclude the hotel is good!

Cheap Hotel No hygiene as well at the restaurant as at the pool or we were entitled to a foam day in the pool and a fiery evening! The animation team simply set fire in the pool Hello hygiene. Normally one is stopped to see a sun at the bottom of the pool we have never distinguished. Moreover we got our rooms after 2 hours waiting (we were assigned 2 times from the rooms already occupied). Our room looked out at a music nightclub until 3 hours in the morning (we thought we had the singer in our room so the music was loud).
But the worst thing is that the VOYAMAR agency was perfectly aware of all these desagreations and that it let people book. For information we contacted them as soon as we returned from the holidays on 18 August as well as PROMOSEJOUR who have made the deaf ear These people are just crooks. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, but barely speak English. The food what they serve is is OK, but same every day. So we have to use to eat same things for the whole stay here… The sea next to hotel isn't clean and full of dangerous jellyfish. A swimming pool is good, but without any fun factor.

You can actually call a 5 star hotel, if will give out towels for the beach. Kitchen better than Egypt, animators are slightly weaker. Disco is almost every day, evening animation bar to 24.0000 (this one). Rooms normal when cleaning, do not leave the shampoo and SOAP (only the first time). Thanks to us, have an awful trend and do it only "we" — are waking up at 6 am, take 80% of lounge chairs towels and go to sleep, then breakfast, then sleep, then remember that they have held chairs, come and just pull towels, and people have no place to lie down, ashamed.
And advise the hotel on this line one of the best.

Been here back in 2010 in April when the volcano ash made us stay another whole week. We paid 300 euro p. P for all inclusive. For that money it's hard to have critism on their services. What you pay is what you get. The room was clean the bed very hard. The bathroom was dangerous because there was some loose wiring and the washing rack hanging from the wall was hanging lose and could collapse anytime. But what the heck. You shower 5 minutes in the morning stuff yourself with the breakfast (an freshly made omelette prepared in front of you what could be wrong with that? ) And that rest of the day you chill at the poolside. Enjoying the terrible animation trying to pull you in the pool to play water polo. I flipped two of them animation guys the pool before they stopped harassing other pool guests. There was a bit too enthusiastic young Tunisian guy with a camera photographing girls in bikini and tried to sell them these photos. Not everyone was charmed to be photographed on the pool side. The same happened with the animation team guys who tried to hit on a lot of girls in the evening. Very inappropriate for staff if you ask me. In the evening you could see people sword fighting with baguettes in the dining hall. Funny as hell ;-) I could recommend this hotel for younger couples because of the nice pool area the beach isn't that good. The food was OK. So if you like to stay in the hotel you're good here. Because most monastir and sousse aren't that interesting to visit.

If I could give 0 star I will … Room : A/C not working (temp outside is 39) you can imagine inside how much is the temp, smell is horrible and its really horrible smell of shit and piss in the hotel walkways between the rooms, full of ants, dirty bed sheet with traces of dirt on it, 10" TV 90s model, they wont change the bed sheet. Only one electrical plug on the room not grounded Parking : no available parking for 2 days only outside the hotel without security Wi-Fi : no Wi-Fi only in the reception Service : over priced items for a 3 stars hotel (example : price of a marlboro is 8 tnd which is the same price in a 5 star hotel) no coffee machine in the hotel only for "all inclusif custormer" which is the worst coffee I have ever tried.

Came to this hotel in may 2010 and had a brilliant time couldn't thought the hotel coz we had such a great time we booked to come back sept 2014 so where do I start on arrival we met some old friends who work at the hotel welcome us back with open arms got booked in went to our room got settled. We went for dinner in the evening which the food was a load of crap husband went down with an upset stomache which lasted about 4 day's, Entertainment through out the day was rubbish it was a hit and a miss room had a leak from the ceiling which got reported but was not sorted only got a coat of paint room got flooded from a downpour of rain had no electric if it wasn't for our rep I don't think anything would have got done, witness the hotel owner shouting at a member of staff in front of the guest which he reduce to tears would not go back there again thompson haven't even got this hotel on their list for next year I wonder why. Would just like to thank Ben Fritz and Aymen for making the best of a bad holiday.

Love his place. I'd come back every year without a doubt. Restaurant staff are excellent. Ask for Ali. Stayed with us everyday. Brought us drinks without having to ask. No1 else got this from him lol. The pools are lovely and cool u can just jump straight in without getting the shivvers. Entertainment team are fun and friendly. We joined in with the water sports ie water polo and aerobics. Also beach volleyball. Lots to do outside the hotel. Camel riding. Quad biking. Pirate ship ride. Jet skiing etc. 7 days just weren't enough for us. Only downside to our honeymoon was the air con was leaking which they failed to fix. Other than that an excellent place to go.

It's a lovely place. Your holiday is what you make. If there's any problems reception will sort it out. Brilliant pool and even better beach. Everyone works hard all day going back to houda in a couple of weeks.
