Service was awful! Check in was slow and the receptionist didn’t give us his time. Didn’t smile once 😏 As soon as we got to the room we couldn’t work out the safe so asked reception for someone to help (Straight away Sir) waited 30 minutes and then gave up and left. At the pool, we asked 5 times for towels and still nothing. We gave up and decided to go to the beach hoping for a better service. That was the biggest mistake. It was much worse, waited for a minimum of 20min every time we ordered a drink. Empties were never collected. The beach was scattered with empty glasses and bottles. A total shamble!

It’s been about a week since being home and we’re missing this lovely hotel and all the beautiful people we met here. Thank you so much for having us. Staff are so kind and helpful. Definitely a holiday to remember! ☺️

Me and the wife just got back from a 1 week all inclusive rooms were great with a very large bed it is low season and the staff were working very hard. Pool was great beach was quiet just what we wanted it gets 5 stars from me. Not a kids hotel.

A wonderful facility and a good team on site. It is a very special facility — especially because of the details and the architectural style.
The beach section is one of the most beautiful in Tunisia. Wide, clean & thus a lot of privacy. Also on the security in the hotel and outside the hotel — strict attention is paid.
Outside the hotel I can still recommend Hammamet Yasmine for a nice walk.
Sousse is 1h away by car.

Scam in the true sense of the word, hotel not worthy of 5 stars cockroach found in a suite, buffet very limited and not good, non-professional manager vis-à-vis customers and c… very disappointed with my stay.

Very bad plan I would never go back,
A hotel not worthy of a 5 I would rather give 3 euros we paid dear thinking that we will spend a stay in a luxurious and comfortable, but very disappointed finally. Doesn't deserve his name or his five stars.

I share my experience at this hotel.
Evening of 14/02/2021 the hotel is full at the level of the restaurant it displays full without any respect for sanitary procedures (no temperature taking at the entrance) the queue starts with the lobby.
some of the staff do not wear bavettes.
until 21:40 have not yet been able to eat.
The restaurant is full there invited us to go to the restaurant a la carte a cold room and the waiter that allows the customer to smoke near the window and we have to support the draft.
I thank the hotel for this catastrophic organization.

Room very poorly maintained, I paid 530d for a suite, we could not sleep because of the air conditioner that makes a tractor noise. No one answers when you call the reception. C too expensive and mediocre.

We had a great Weekend, a lovely staff very attentive. A much-loved meal.

Wow Wow wow! Super chic, clean, tidy and plenty of space everywhere (3 Pools — top). The food is a dream, fresh, varied and delicious. The friendliness of the staff is outstanding, you just feel only probably. Water sports directly at the sea and also the Fitness to, for example, with Aqua Sport who would like this.
