Too bad with the luxury of the built the service and cleanliness are too zero, bad experience we had to cancel the rest of our stay and change hotel.

An excellent plan for couple or for family hygiene strict comfort and especially staff aborable and very smiling thank you bcp.

Very disappointed with my visit during this weekend service — — SPA zero: unheated space, lots of outside noise in background music, bath and Japanese massage at the limit is a scam.
-room 2086: to get to the room you need a guide located 600m from the reception and it is without exaggeration a real maze for amateurs, unheated corridors and dusty furniture finally arrived the front door closes with difficulty, balcony door opens even more difficult, phone without, empty mini bar tone, missing the duvet …
On the other hand the Japanese restaurant is excellent.
In the end not to redo and not to recommend.

A woman responsible for the illiterate and misogynistic reception.
An inhumane, arrogant, rude director and thinks he's all right.
This denotes the culture of this hotel that I advise 20%.

Enjoyed a relaxing week there chilling by the pool and spoiling myself in the spa. Very pleasant gardens and impressive reception area. Needs a little update to the rooms but value for money.

Good service, quality meals, impeccable! the price is a little expensive 350dt the night and no entertainment. Nothing! it is necessary to go outside it is very quiet :p 7/10

Very nice. The only thing missing is more information about their services and some improvement in maintenance. Otherwise the attentive staff, the rooms and the food very well.

Very bad experience with the staff at the reception of the hotel who were very unprofessional and there was a complete absence of coordination between the different teams to attend the clients. We had to raise the same request to every staff member separately to be served. They have moved us to a bigger room when our 5 years old kid and 15months baby joined us however there were facilities missing in the room like towels, baby crib, TV not working even though we called them to fix it no one came. The room was full of mosquitoes and the shower curtain was fixed with a tape. It was our second time in the Russelior Hotel but last year our stay was excellent and very pleasant while this year made us regret coming back to this hotel.

A large 5 star hotel but the service is to be regretted. The rooms are not cleaned every day.
There are thefts.
If you have the misfortune to forget something by doing your check out not worth coming back.

Very nice hotel, reputed the best of Yasmine: beautiful rooms, beautiful pool and terrace, very good food, caring staff, tennis courts with serious teachers (Mr. Adel), nice private beach, entertainment just right. A nice experience of 10 days that I recommend rather before the beginning of August because the hotel fills up quickly and the population changes a bit.
I recommend it.

Defiantly it is not a 5 stars services, the guys on reception aren't helpful, the fridge in my room doesn't work even I asked for replaced it, they forget to put water … etc, compared with the price sure there is better choice. Pool is nice, facility in general is great, but the services need to be enhanced.

Hotel is great, clean and what you would expect from something that is supposed to be one of the top hotels in the area. That said it’s only a building though, the staff (with the exception of a few) are unhelpful, room service is a waste of time as that takes 45 minutes to order so ou may as well walk down to the beach and go to the lovely places there. Wi-Fi is a joke (needed as I stayed here for work) this is my 3rd and final stay. As time has gone on the staff have changed and they are quite racist towards English people. The company and I will be taking our business elsewhere going forward and I would never use this place do a holiday either.

Very nice, good service and the pool is amazing and clean.

Basically a super hotel. Strange just that it was almost empty, like all the hotels, restaurants, yes the whole area there, by the way. If you are looking for peace and quiet, gold is right here.

Class hotel, pure relaxation! Had a nice holiday there as a couple for 5 days. However, it could have been boring for longer, as you could hardly go out and the possibilities to do something was limited to the spa area. Otherwise very nice staff, who also spoke good German and English. The food in the Asian restaurant was an experience and very spectacular, and at very good prices! Is definitely worth a visit!

Beautiful hotel with staff devoted and very professional. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bathrooms are a little old but clean and all the amenities needed are there. The sports facilities are suitable and enjoyable. They close alas a little early (19h). The restaurant is nice and serves good products labeled organic. Mode self some nights, the dishes are not warm enough. The exteriors are beautiful. For a luxurious stay and nice this hotel is to recommend!

A light in Tunisian hotels. If you think about Hammamet… Think about Russelior.

I had a great time at this hotel really this is the most luxurious hotels in Hammamet and without exception the spa superb food the true Asian taste kudos the catering team at the reception. I highly recommend this non-existent luxury. A big thank you for the direction for the warm welcome.

Hotel respectable, but the prices have nothing to do with the reality of things, friendly team but I did not understand who serve drinks in the box at the bar…

The hotel deserve 5* for quality if room and swimming pool and food. Nevertheless the reception is really below expectations. The latter deserve not more than 2* which is a shame given the high standard for the rest.

Excellent hotel, the staff was so kind, swimming pool is really awesome. Night time near the pool was my favorite. Food was very very nice. The best value for money. I got one of the best views of the hotel and I'm really thankful to Mme Amel who's been really kind and helpful not only with me but with all the guests. As usual, Tunisia is a great place for leisure.

Incredibly haughty home! Operators who hang up on the nose. Improbable directions of filter of the cars at the entrance I go home and my friends not what leads to a clientele "you saw Me". Establishment in loss of breath … to avoid.

Everything is perfect! We came, we are there and we will return. Allah.

The setting is beautiful with a large garden where calm and serenity reign. The service is impeccable, the staff is smiling, pleasant and totally tuned.
The bedding is very comfortable with pillows both fluffy and firm.

High class quite 5 star hotel.

A perfect hotel. Wonderful garden (coconut trees, palm trees …), friendly staff. Restaurant very very good. Very quiet hotel. The only problem is that it is not directly by the sea (100 m to the beach).

The stuff were very helpful, the lunch also was great.

The service is impeccable! I enjoyed everything: D thank everyone especially montassar :D.

Hotel Nice DaVinci, a good haven, a destination for relaxation and the depaisement.

I booked for a family holiday, but I stayed one night to check out the next morning and cancel my booking for the following reasons:
-bad smell in the hallways
-dînée very mediocre (116 dinar for 1 adult and 2 children)
-pay 780 Dinars per day (€ 385 per day) for a very average performance (1 adult and 2 children).
-Personal unfriendly.
-very long recording (45 minutes at the reception).
-may be the only thing in this hotel is the calm.

MashaALLAH I highly recommend.
