the staff is just perfect from the cashier to the waiters it is a very nice establishment.

Hotel dilapidated, the food not very good, tasteless, and so greasy, very noisy, and not very quiet as in the description, the staff is overwhelmed by the world, but nevertheless helpful, the mini bar in the room that should be filled every day dixit the description, l was twice a twelve days, the beach is not directly accessible, and it is very dirty, let's not talk about the toilets at the pool that are only cleaned once a day in the morning, this hotel is not a palace, and it is not worth 5 stars either. On the other hand the animators are very nice and warm.

I've been going to the Radisson Blu Palace Djerba since 2017.
Warm welcome, smiling staff, managed in the rules of the art by the inevitable Mr Mohamed Djerad.
All the rooms have been renovated, and do not miss the "Djerba Music Land", (Every summer the first weekend of the month of August) is an electronic music festival bringing together the best Tunisian and foreign dj's by the beach, this festival is spread over 4 evenings bringing together several styles of music confused between House, Tech House, Afro House Progressive House, Techno & Oriental house.
Not to be missed 😉

Very beautiful hotel, very friendly personal, smiling and pleasant, the rooms are beautiful, the buffet very varied and the food is really good, beautiful beach, places are available at the beach as at the pool. Only downside of the stay that bothers us arrived early in the morning before rooms are ready, and knowing that it is all inclusive we did not have access to the breakfast, to remove the bracelets on the last day at noon but we start the evening a little limited, too, but the more surprising it is to pay 50 a dt if we lose the bracelet
Suites at our notes we had the right of access to the buffet for lunch on the last day, good catching up, but not enough. Given the price of the stay, these small details which do not pass.

Hotel building great, Pool good, Food ok for local standards BUT Service ZERO! Wi-Fi is terrible and service people are always tired — eaven in the morning. No drinks, no clean tables and ques on every food station because of 100% mismanagement. Just a pain!

I had some problems with the room and the staff was indifferent … I know that in Tunisia it is necessary to be patient and to adapt; but when you pay for a room in a five star hotel and there are problems with electricity, no air conditioning, problems with the shower and toilet etc … it's too much. The staff at the Radisson is not trained to the rules of services of large hotels … Disappointing…

Located directly on the beach in Djerba, the Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Thalasso offers a gym and a spa with an outdoor sea-water pool, a hammam and a whirlpool. It also has 5 restaurants on site.  
The air-conditioned rooms and suites at the Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Thalasso include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bathrobes and slippers. They all offer a view of the sea or the landscaped gardens and some of them have a spa tub as well as a balcony.  
Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Thalasso offers 4 restaurants and 5 bars, including an Italian bistro and a beach-side outdoor cafe-bar. A buffet breakfast is served daily at the hotel.  
The relaxation activities offered by the hotel include massage treatments and sauna in the spa area, as well as daily sports activities such as dynamic yoga and water sports.  
The Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Thalasso is a 20-minute drive from the Djerba-Zarziz Airport and a 10-minute drive from the Souk Houmt. Finally, there is a free private car park at your disposal.

I experienced 3 perfect days there (February 2018). I specially liked the well maintained inner pool. Personal very friendly and helpful.

Very nice resort. The staff are attentive and very friendly. However, it is often necessary to ask several times before the application is followed by effect.
We are at the end of December, the comments reflect the price paid (about €50) and the period, the atmosphere is calm… Finally almost, a noisy evening forced us to change rooms so we could sleep, which was done quite naturally. Thanks to the staff.
The rooms are spacious, everything is not perfect, some elements of taps are stung, the jumps are rusty, or there are qqs stains on the walls.
The curtains are not obscuring, which, with this sun is a great pity.
But overall, rooms, although aging and it shows, and services are very satisfying.
The restaurant Le Flamingo offers typical dishes, too bad it is not open at lunchtime.
The buffet did not tempt me, I did not test, except in the morning for breakfast.
Disappointed with the coffee, lyophilized and by the hot chocolate, not good at all. And the hot milk that tasted like burnt.
The rest of the buffet is very good, pancakes has the orders, omelets the same, fresh orange juice, milkings, fruits, bread, pastries, salted buffet.
The pool is grand, the beach very nice.
The indoor pool, only really passable in this period, is nice, but not very clean. And for some reason, some walk around with their shoes.
The sauna was cold, 40 degrees maximum.

We will go back to the Radisson Blue Palace in Gjerba this year. Pure relaxation.
Just fantastic. You have to be absolutely not afraid. It's all peaceful. I have been going to Tunisia for the last 18 years and I will be going again and again.

Enjoying the summer holidays in this place is something different!

Beautiful hotel on the edge of a beach of fine sand and turquoise water! Perfect for a stay in the "relax" Mode. At 10 min by car from the city center you have to plan to eat at the hotel as not really a restaurant nearby (on foot), or take the Taxi. The staff are very nice and the Photos are Consistent. The spa is very beautiful and the quality Care. Small downside for the facial or I came across a beautician not very soft which rather poorly managed his time (facial care of 1h but curled in 35 min, so she let me put the mask for 25 min) but it must depend on because for my husband this has Trè Went Well. The rest of the care was very correct. Little attention for my spouse who celebrated his birthday we had the pleasure of finding in the room a big birthday cake offered by the House. I would recommend it without hesitation!

One thing, there is too much security.

Very clean and friendly staff. Only downside, food in the restaurant lukewarm or even cold which causes many Inconveniences. The Thalassotherapy Center is at the top for both the care and the friendliness of the staff. A lot of improvement to do to bring back the French Clientele.

Not bad. Nice rooms (deluxe). But very small toilets. The service in the dining room is disgusting. Food selection is scarce. All inclusive in this hotel solid a misunderstanding.

Wonderful building, staff pool very helpful and very nice, the beach is more "cold" but still Helpful.
Great choice in the buffets of the restaurant and the dishes are renewed every day, the quality and the freshness are at the Rendezvous.
The rooms are very nice and the staff are very helpful. All in all the staff is very attentive to the clients (services, Information) and even very responsive and comforting, indeed my in-laws (86 years) have greatly appreciated the fact that your staff, in every trade, always pay attention to their Comfort.
My stepmother made a slight discomfort following a heat stroke and 4 members of your pool staff immediately reacted: call your doctor (only 10 minutes Waiting) and transport inside the hotel cool with fresh water. Your doctor has informed us very well and inspired confidence in addition to the good care Provided.
Small flats: parasols too small, damaged and too heavy for your staff who move them according to the race of the sun, some renovations are necessary on the building, add staff in all the trades to relieve a little that already in Place.
We unfortunately found that "some customers" were very rude and even unpleasant with your staff.
My 2nd visit to you but surely not the last (i wrote you to receive your rates for 2018) again thank you and Bravo.

A terrible experience, I don't recommend it. The setting is idyllic but the other side of the scenery is unearthly. Staff of the establishment incompetent, no training in the world of catering or tourist. Real trap galore. The weekend is worse since the hotel members invited their local families or friends to squatting in the pool. They ignore you cheerfully, the room was properly done only once. It does not replace towels or sheets. A horror for the price it cost us. I strongly advise against that. Don't let yourself be bluffed by the romantic side of the place. Dust and cockroaches at the rendezvous.

Although the hotel is full it still a bit quiet and relaxing.

Great hotel very very friendly and helpful staff whether it is by the pool, beach, room or eating. You've been Super. The only criticism is that it is all inclusive, because you have to pay attention to many things. Location is quiet and nice as you don't immediately hang out at another hotel. It's a decent hotel. Good staff. The kitchen is great for both children and gourmets. Bar drinks are slightly scant. Hotel for a quiet, peaceful stay. Thalasso center better to take at the hotel will not regret. We vacationed with family and friends from June 1 to June 14, 2017. There was no children's animation.

Hotel and Talaso in the tourist area of Djerba. An interesting décor and live music in the hall. Spacious rooms and some connected to each other (for families).
One of those places is sad not to have enough time to enjoy them.

Good hotel, excellent staff and service. Some maintenance is needed in some of the rooms. Also, there is no coffee facility in the room.

We were inside the hotel during our wedding. This place is magic really. Magic room with spa system, air conditioner and room services. The breakfast was awesome: saucisses, traditional omelettes with eggs and saucisses, fruits, … the pool is more than big and beaytiful. 5 stars hotel.

Very nice hotel. Excellent position with a great balance between seclusion and activities. The Spa is amazing. The pool is very nice and the beach is ok. The staff has exceptional service. The breakfast was good but the selection was below 5 star standards. I also did not like the fact that (at this high price for the region) we had to buy water bottles in the room! Why would Radisson Blu diminish my experience because of a 0.1$ bottle that they sell at 4$? Not smart! At this price they should be able to afford it and not create a ridiculous nuisance. The pool restaurant had great food/service.

Stay in October 2014. Where to start… Some external parts feel garbage (for example the breakfast terrace), bottle of water only on the day of arrival (€ 2 2 after), rooms with smoke or musty smell, pool but that firm has 18 h 00, room great breakfast but with a seedy buffet, bathroom very far from the luxury promised by the hotel, air-conditioning popping and inefficient, offer "wedding night" which boils down to a breakfast free room… also speaking of free, a hand Wi — Fi, you won't find anything free… The pizza is good but the price of a restaurant in france… Only the SPA is of high quality. And for good reason: it does not belong to the hotel. Great common area worthy of a Palace, in even more contrast to the mediocrity of services. Employees are generally friendly, but the service is bogus. The curtains are torn, dirty, smelly…

+ big and very nice rooms, I recommend the ones seaview ones + very wide common spaces, pool, beach, sitting areas don't feel crowded at all + very new and clean look + good value for money — food underwhelming, not that much choice for a 5* hotel. Limited variety of fruits and bakery for breakfast, no decent coffee, unimpressive dinners — sunbeds not on par with the rest, old and cheap plastic.

Beach avoid, otherwise impeccable (well stocked buffet, Nice staff…)
