Good service and good food. Happy hour is 2pm to 7pm and drinks are cheap.

The only drawback is the non existent internet service!

My husband and I would like to thank each and everyone of you. We had the best 12 days while staying at your resort. Hold your heads up very high you beautiful people. Perfect location perfect staff. What you all done for us and our friends birthday was so beautiful. Thank you all so much and we will be back one day. May you all have peace love and happiness always.

Tried to walk to the beach with my children to sit and have food and a beer as have done many times — now can not walk through unless you pay 100 thb this rule is very strange and will see me my family and friends no longer use the restaurant or the bar. Shame as No one in restaurant and No one drinking.

Absolutely loved every minute Fantastic central location (2 mins walk to main hub), great views & drinks from swim-up bar pool, simple, but healthy buffet breakfast included, daily room service for a freshen up is a nice touch. Resturant/main area is ready for some love in the renovation touch up department, but is easily overlooked with such fabulous friendly staff that always have a smile on their face & are happy to help with anything you may request.

Terrible. The hotel was booked by the youor operator Eden. I paid 7.500 euros honeymoon and I was booked this "hotel" from which we immediately escaped. Old, indecent, the front door does not close well, dirty with mold in the roofs and bathrooms. The reception girl also begged us not to put bad ads. Bad I highly recommend…

Good location, It is near everywhere. As for the resort, the beach near the hotel is beautiful, with a great view. The rooms are clean but, I suggest to make the pillows a bit softer and the bed as well. They shouldn't charge more money just for an extra bed. The bathroom provides hot water, shampoo, ect. Each room provides, tea, coffee, internet access, but sometimes the internet does not work. The facilities such as the swimming pools are clean. The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious, but there aren't many choices of food.

Now I know what a 3 star hotel in the 1970s was like. The staff that work here are fantastic, I bet they get tired of seeing disappointment on people's faces when they arrive and see how dated this place is.

Excellent location near the center, comfortable room, varied buffet breakfast and the hotel has sea-access, perfect for resting.

Room is decent, no bugs, showers are hot and clean, Wi-Fi though is horrible. Hence the 3 stars, when it is working you have to sign in couple times a day. And that is just when it is working. The location is awesome though, and the pool area is nice.

The hotel is very… Didn't even take a photo. Mine is much worse than the internet. See for yourself. If it is absolutely necessary economy on the sea. This is your option.

Clean. Centrally. But grottos bad breakfast.

Staff has moved us to another building due to the previous guest has extended their stay. It’s cause us to rescheduled 4 nights and 3 days program. However PJ, the operation manager has support and provide good recovery. The security staff is very nice and friendly, Audio Technician is very helpful. Overall I am satisfied with the service.

The hotel in general liked, of course it is not new, some where abrasions, cracks, chipped, but it trifles, for the 3 stars excellent, the sea nearby, breakfasts are decent, and watermelon and pineapple and bananas and hot dishes and eggs in different variants, hot milk, yoghurts, tea and coffee, vegetables Fresh, sausages in general, we were not hungry. Clean rooms Usually, floors can only not wash every day. The room is not small, TV with 1 or 2 Russian channels, toilet paper put a lot, hot water through the flow heater, the stream is good, napooa enough. Washing accessories are available.

Even though we didn’t stay due to my wife having an Retinal detachment emergency procedure a week before our stay resort had fully understand and fully refunded our money back Thank you so much we will look forward to stay at another time.

This "resort" is horrible! The service is absolutely shocking! The staff are very rude wouldn't even give us extra towels for our kids, had to put up with attitude and rudeness everyday somedays they would say they are bringing the towels down and then they wouldnt. We had to argue with them to get extra pillows for the kids because apparently they only put 4 pillows in each room even though there was 5 of us. Mattresses were like rocks with springs in them. 2 of us got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant which was confirmed by the dr there. The breakfast was horrible we had pre paid and only went there once. The staff rip you off and claim you took things from the bar fridge even though you didnt.

If you like compulsory new year eve dinner at thb 3500 per head and stay in rabbits rooms without any shadow on the beach from any trees try it… we had tried it and happy not returning to it…

Great location, walking distance to central festival. Service is good. However, Wi-Fi can be improved.

Great great value for money. Close to everything, right opposite Central Festival and all the bars etc. Fantastic location, front desk was great. Only complaint is perhaps the breakfast is not very good.

Nice hotel with in the Budget with beautiful swimming pool bang on the beach. Perfect beach resort. Staff are very helpful, they welcome you with their smile.

Nice hotel in the middle of the interesting places of samui. Rooms are good rich breakfast on the beach. Good place for families.

The best thing is the location, right on Chaweng beach & close to other bars & fireshows. Th rooms are poorly serviced and often dirty. Wifi very sporadic. Overpriced for what you get. There are many other hotels to choose from.

Would not even have to think about not giving this place 5 star was a pleasure to stay here rooms are 2 minute walk from beach and town swimming pool had an amazing view staff were so nice and helpful would definitely recommend this place.

This was a very nice resort. We relaxed very nice. The staff were friendly and were trained well to do their job. The restaurant is right on the beach and has a perfect view to start your day. Starting with a great buffet. The rooms are neat and tidy. We will be back. Thanks for hosting us for the week.

I was and very enjoyed, the room is clean and aesthetic, the hotel is excellent. The service is very good and the staff is great. I'll be back there again.

Nice resort and location but very poor staffs service.

Otel′samyj bad to Chaweng bič′. The worst thing is that the hotel's Beach stretch of dangerous swim, the wave of permanently and perpetuated. For 10 days of my vacation 4 person requested assistance and rescuers pulled them. A stretch of the beach was not cleaned, they have very little, and half of them are in need of repair. Vacationers have to go to the sites of other hotels swimming and sunbathing, and it is not always like the guards of these and they are expelled. Hotel nazyvaûtt. K. Greedy landlord not to care for plants, covered all the concrete and gravel. Rare plants that were planted in casks not watered, and drums provide a garbage URN, because ballot boxes there. Lingerie zastiranoe and often leaky. In my room shower viset on a hose, not a single holder for shampoo and towels, everything otlomano. You have to pay for using the Internet, in the neighbouring hotels this service free. Hotel with 3 star pulls-2 it a lot.
