Stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times before and everything was just perfect. This time a total disaster, the service went from 5 stars to zero. First of all many of the things, in one of the most expensive rooms in the resort, are broken and not working and no one even try to fix it. When I order a dinner from the restaurant to the room the hotels usually deliver all together, this one delivered part of the order with wrong bottle of wine (which was ordered even by number from menu and not just by name), then you have to wait 40 mins for the rest of the food. Cleaning become very poor, asked to clean pool area for 2 days — nothing. Used all pool towels and asked for change — nothing. Last day can’t get inside of the villa because the gate is broken. Breakfast order came wrong this morning, asked for 2 eggs on toast with salmon in the end get 2 eggs on toast with ham and cheese. And many other little things going wrong almost every day. I would recommend to the management to train a huge part of the staff much better or just try to hire a professional staff, who’s not gonna talk on phone and fight with other departments using some bad words in front of the guests. As the service we get this time is not something you would expect from a 5 star property. The only ray of light in this disaster is butler Mumu, a special huge thanks to him, he is a real 100% professional to work at a 5 star hotel, but unfortunately he can’t be responsible for the rest of the staff and can’t stay on watch 24 hours a day to prevent all the mistakes and issues. Besides of that the beach and location is just perfect, so would be really upset to take this hotel out of my favorites list.
