Really great room and good facilities clean, good location to the beach and restaurants and the people are so friendly.
This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and in my opinion it's perfect. Bed is solid (Asian style) and pillow is comfortable. Room is very clean. If you're a light sleeper — ask for a room facing the backyard. Price is great. Its a budget hotel so don't expect The Ritz — but honestly the quality vs price ratio can't be beat. Take note when booking — there is 2x places by same owner (I assume). There's Check In and Slowlife Beach… I stayed at Check In which is the budget hotel. I could only find Slowlife beach when wanting to leave a review. Ladies at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating! I was arriving after their closing hours — gave a call to inform them — they stayed open to accomodate me. Its close to many restaurants (great french cafe next door), massage is next door and the beach is 10 minutes walk away. Airport is a 10 minutes drive away (200tbh and no more). There's also a market which takes place around the corner from here on the weekend. Rooms fit 2x people — if you're a family than book a couple rooms. I was travelling solo and this was more than enough room for me. Side note: this is a quiet area — great for some much needed rest and relaxation. Beaches are clean and water is clear. Not alot to do unless you rent a scooter and boot around.

The water in the sink and bathtub were various shades of yellows, greens and blues, so when we asked, they just said that all the rooms had this problem and they were trying to fix it, they then said there was nothing they could do and we had to deal with it, then they said that that’s just the way all the water is in the hotel, and lastly they said that the light in the room is causing the water to look those colors. This was all in 8 minutes they told me this. There was a maintenance guy that came up and said he wasn’t sure why it was that color, so I don’t know…plus the couch had stains.
