K & J, Germany, couple, 14 nights in February 2017 super accommodation for nature — and peace seekers. Wonderful also for longer stays. Far from mass tourism. Beautiful long and empty sandy beach, with good access into the water.
Spacious living area. Living room with integrated kitchen (couch, small table, TV, dining table, tableware, fan), large bedroom (comfortable bed, 2x bedside table, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning), large, nice bathroom, covered porch. Very clean, well maintained and safe. Towels changed every day. Cleaned every day. Great tiles throughout the house.
Complex consists of 10 houses: Left 5 with covered veranda, table and chairs; Right 5 houses, also with veranda, additionally with back own garden section and view to the green.
Common garden with nice pool, and 3 small covered cottages (1 with table and benches, 2 for lying with mattresses) is also very nice and well cared for.
The owners Ohm and Dirk speak German, English and Thai. You stay in the complex (House 1, on the right). Very hospitable, nice and natural. Give practical and good tips. Breakfast in the complex or Thai in the village. You can decide directly on the spot. Tell me in the morning and it will be brought into the house about 15 minutes later. You can order reliable tuk tuk or taxi driver. In the village there are some Thai Esspunkte. Beach on foot (approx. 15 minutes) easily accessible. Otherwise you can rent a bike or moto scooter in the complex. Everything is straightforward and hassle-less. On the beach there is a very good bamboo food level.
Rented car can be parked directly in front of the property. We rented one for 11 days and made excursions every day. Island and Mainland (Phanga nga). We like North Phuket very much. Thai and tourism-untouched life is tangible here.
For us, this quiet place with great owners was an absolute hit! Excellent!
Another general tip for Thailand: Mosquito spray — Take ointment (for prevention). Not necessary in the House, but in the open air everywhere in Thailand highly recommended.
