I stayed here 3 months. Lots (hundreds? ) of apartments in one building, they're all one bedroom studios, nicely furnished. There are guards and parking under the apartments (for motorbikes in the back) Two entrances into the building are secured by a fingerprint scanner, elevators at each. There is a small gym, small pool, nothing special. Noise and smells can be an issue sometimes if you like to sleep with open windows. The kitchen has a built-in electric stove and usually a microwave oven. The living room has a TV. The bed in the bedroom is kind of hard which takes some time getting used to. There's a 7/11 and plenty of restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. The nearest supermarkets and malls are about 10-15 minutes with motorbike from the condominium. The nearest beaches are 30-45 minutes by bike over the mountain. You can take a tuktuk. A motorbike is a must have, you can rent nearby for cheap and reliable. Overall it's a nice condominium though the apartments feel overpriced.
