➜ To stay here for a month or a couple of years, this is a great place. The condo is equipped with everything necessary since the delivery of housing. Each apartment has a washing machine, two air conditioners, a stove, a refrigerator, a TV. The room is not large, but very comfortable. For two, this is the perfect option. Of the cons-the quality of the repair is not super, unstuck places wallpaper, swelled paint, tap water is impossible to drink. There is a water machine on the ground floor. It is better not to buy an apartment here, but for a long lease chic. The swimming pool is accessible only to the occupants, gym. There are no playgrounds here.
➜ For the second winter I rent a place here. The condo is conveniently located across the road of Family Mart, the condo has some kind of gym and a small pool. Surveillance cameras in the corridors. Here or in the neighboring café you can rent a bike. The owner is honest.

Normal condo. But the old one already. The pool in the shade is already after 13:00. The gym is old, the simulators are small. But there is a very tasty and inexpensive café nearby.
