Disappointment! We 'beginners' went here to get some wakeboard experience. The website looks promising. However our whole experience was really disappointing. We asked for coaching (the website promised options for coaching) but the person at the counter hardly spoke English and we understood that coaching was not possible. Then we were left struggling alone with minimal support. The operators also spoke poorly English and their help was far from professional. Of course we tried to make the best of it but it was not satisfying at all. Meanwhile the owners were just watching from a distance not trying to put any effort in helping their customers. I believe that when you are an experienced wake boardes you can get arround quit easilly but it is not suitable for beginners at all. We witnessed another customer struggling the same way we did. The overall experience was very poor and therefore wo do NOT recommend to visit Wakepark Phuket to prevent desilliusion.
Our little one loves it. Bit old facility and food so so… there is another wake park more close to laguna which is nicer.
