Review of The SIS Kata, Resort - SHA Plus 4*

We had a very nice stay (5D4N) and would most definitely come back! The hotel is super clean and modern, exactly what I was looking for. The room service food was good and at reasonable price not to much more then you would find outside. The best dinner we had during our trip was the Twilight Dinner at the hotel OMG the lamb was to die for, so soft and tender! The best feature of the hotel had to be the pool, the water was so clean and clear, with the most breath taking views of the islands and boats. I would recommend anyone to swim in the morning in order to take the best pictures and videos when there is like no people around for in the evenings it can get a little crowded due to the BBQ pool parties with live DJ Epic. This can be a negative but it depends on how you look at it… but for us it was a good thing for we got a lot of exercise from it for the hotel is on a very steep hill so you will have to go up hill after you do some exploring in the town. But for the luxury of the hotel and amazing view is most definitely worth the climb. In regards to the staff they are ok, they forgot to give us our welcome drinks upon arrival and they didn’t really talk to us much and could of tried to interact with us a little more. The location is really good it is literally less then 5 minutes walk to a restaurant that is on the beach front. About 15-20 minute walk to Kata Night Market. Great restaurants, motor bike rentals and souvenir shops all around the area. I would highly recommend this hotel and most definitely stay here again.
