We just spent 9 nights here and we had an absolutely amazing stay. Not only are the rooms fantastic and the infinity pools, the view and surrounds and beach were great! Food was good and the staff were next level, so happy, helpful, funny. They bent over backwards for us, spa treatments were fantastic. We will definitely be back next year!

Everything was good except the service at reception. Check in took really long and during the check in we don't even receive welcome drinks while other foreigners get them. The price we pay is not worth for what we get. Really unprofessional as 5 star resort. My first and last stay in this resort. The first impression ruined everything! I feel really discriminated.

The location of the room that sees the sunset is very beautiful. Unfortunately, only the clouds come to cover on the day of stay. Clean rooms, courteous staff. Especially the shuttle driver takes very good care. There is a chance to stay again and will recommend others as well.

Beautiful & Peaceful If you're looking for a relaxing place, surrounded by the beauty of Kata, then this is the place for you. The resort is family friendly, and also has the most welcoming staff. Everything from the location to the services on site are perfect for a relaxing holiday Away from the hustle and bustle of Paton, Kata is definitely the place to get away from it all.

This is our second visit to The Shore. The first time we weren't blown away by our pool villa and, now coming back with even higher expectations, we are delighted again. Most places in Thailand offer great service — it's in the nature of the people — but the staff at The Shore are the best of the best. We again stayed in a pool villa (up one level to 3 this time) and at day 2 of 3 we are relaxed, happy and delighted. I just returned from Serenity Spa here and have to say that my experience was amazing. I get massage weekly when I can and the massage I had today was up there with the top 2 or 3 of the last few years. They currently have a special — 90 minutes for around $120AUD — expensive compared two outside the resort but based on my experience today super value for money. We will be back — next time in think we might make it four nights just because.

My family and I completely and totally recommend this place for families as well as couples a like. This resort is located at Kata Noi which is the second best beach in Phuket. I like the fact that it was the last resort in that partof the island. It felt exclusive to it's guests. There were several pools and a whole lot of accommodation location to choose from. One might be happy with the fact that the gym, the kids club and the water park is located in close proximity from each other. We got the best, modernistic rooms of all! We were in awe! The comfort room got a bath tub, shower and has a moving door/ window that can open up. In that way if someone wanted to use the tub and while watching TV outside the toilet, it can be done. The toilet and shower had a glossed door for privacy. The interior design is great and the colour combination is muted. They provided us with cloth bags that with beach towels. On our flight back to Singapore, they provided us with packed breakfast. The breakfast box was full! The kids and I loved it so much! Great selection of food items, fruits and drinks. It truly is a 5 star hotel for me!

The shore is a great hotel with a small specialized experience and attention to service. Having said that, I felt they were lacking in a few areas and don't deserve a full five star rating: first, the property is located acjacent to both the child water park / play area, but also adjacent to the wedding / event venue. We essentially listened to screaming kids all day and then terrible wedding band music each evening. Second, while some of the rooms have spectacular views, others are less so. This wouldn't be an issue if you could select, say "beach front" separate from "Sea view", but they are all sold as "Sea view" and your view will varry wildly. Third, part of the allure of the rooms is privacy, however you have none here — most rooms have other rooms looking directly over each other via side windows. I think issues two and three could be addressed by the hotel, but the first is an issue of placement on the beach and I honestly don't know what they could do to fix it. Having said that, the service is wonderful, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and the food is very good with plenty of great places walking distance away as well. I would recommend this place because I love Kata Noi, but personally I would rather spend the same per night and stay at a royal suite at the neighboring Katathani Beach resort. If you greatly value an in-suite pool, then perhaps you'd prefer the shore however, so this comes a bit down to personal preference.

The location of the beach: on a bike from Patong 15-20 min. Beautiful views, clear sea, white sand. There is a choice: paid sunbeds or a free place in the shade of the swing and Stones, where, for a minute, for 20 baht You can get a password from Wai Fai (go to the café and ask).

We spent 7 days at The Shore for our honeymoon and every staff was super friendly and attentive. We had a pool villa and it was great having our own pool in the room. Complimentary breakfast was great with good selection, fresh fruit every morning and daily specials. There was also daily complimentary tea time every afternoon. We ate mostly at the Harbor which is the only restaurant at The Shore. It's more pricey than restaurants on the streets but with good quality food, friendly staff and a fantastic view of the beach/sunset. We also had couple's massage at the Tew Son Spa in the sister resort and it was very relaxing. One thing I have to stress and recognize is the staff at the Shore as everyone is always smiling and willing to help. Their "Shore thing" philosophy makes the staying a very relaxing and pleasant experience. I called them the "A team".

Looks like an amazing place to stay. Came here to attend my friend's wedding. The beach is tranquil without the hustle & bustle like Patong beach.

Wow! What can I say about this amazing place. This is the best place we have stayed in Phuket and if you are travelling to Phuket then this place is a must stay. From the moment we arrived we were speechless of how amazing this place is, the customer service from all departments is outstanding and my wife and I cannot thank the team enough. We will definitely be back and highly recommend The Shore. We could not fault anything and the food is amazing! Thanks once again to all the staff. The resort is articulated on a hill facing the sea with a free beach of about one km. The beach is not crowded and, wanting, you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds. The resort does not have because a recent Thai law has banned the concessions of the beaches. There are electric cars with free driver available that climb up the hill to bring you back to your room.
It has 6 restaurants of various kinds that I have never found crowded, where you eat great.
Also in the "village" you have the opportunity to taste the local cuisine: a lunch consisting of two appetizers a main dish coca beer and water less than 1000 bath… about 25 Euros.

What can you say about this place, it radiates perfection and im not kidding. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, they make you feel like you are family rather than on holidays. The food selection was amazing with revolving special menus. The facilities were of the highest standards and nothing could be improved. The relaxed atmosphere that we experienced and the homely feeling I highly recommend this to anyone thats thinking of staying here. Special thankyou to all the staff but special mentions go to Mr Smart, Bam, Jai, Woody, and Alex and Ms Minne, Melanie and Jessie for making every moment matter and last forever in our hearts. Amazing honeymoon in this resort. Staff were friendly, rooms had the perfect view, bed was massive. We were blown away with the food. We ended up eating at the restaurant on numerous occasions. The Tom Yum soup was the best I had in 3 weeks on the island.

Good has what justito for your holiday, something to eat, something to drink, sunscreen shampoo, gel and souvenirs. To pass in a hurry we will.

TBH it didn't start off great — I arrived for them not to accept my credit card as my old one had expired and I had a brand new one. So they insisted on re-billing me the entire amount — which was fine as I had it but if I hadn't this could have been a BIG problem. The did refund the previous payment on the old card and it came back to my account 3 weeks later. I should say the manager was extremely apologetic and really trying to please me — not a easy task after 13 hours traveling. Once settled in the place truly is 5 stars. Service is superb, staff friendly food great and they simply cannot do enough for you. The rooms are large and spacious, beautiful views — prob one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Simply outstanding — just make sure you take a matching credit card!

The place is amazing, I have been all over the world and this place is absolute bliss compared to most. The staff are unreal and friendly, the facilities are perfection, rooms are great and staff take a lot of attention to detail. Made for the most perfect honey moon stay.

Celebrating 25 years together we were looking for something special of our time away from a cold winter Adelaide mark – about a one-week stay at the shore at Katathani gave us a life long memory will be forever appreciated! From the moment we went to reception and welcomed with flowers, chilled towels and a refreshing cashew tea BREW, we were treated like the Royal family! At the reception Sopita our every need, with the best attention to detail maintained. Accompanied it after room 8851 in our buggy, we found our room with flowers attracted and the bed decorated with Swan like heart-shaped figurines as a welcome gesture! Also we saw photos upon arrival (and back to us to fund as a momento of our stay) do not quality as in Thailand. In fact banks surpasses our stays in the Grand Hyatt HK, Grand Hyatt Shanghai, just a few to mention Langham in London. The fit is. Great work Peter Heppell 7 stars and the incredible cleanliness.
