I stayed in July and scored a great room overlooking the pool for $350 with breakfast included. Two free bottles of drinking water included per day. The breakfast is a large buffet with a wide variety of food and drink. There is a staff member who will cook eggs for you however you like. It's fresh and good quality. There are two large pools with plenty of deck chairs. They do fill up quickly in the morning. The on-site restaurant offers a large range of western and Thai dishes at prices that are generally cheaper than the surrounding areas. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Be sure to tip your room cleaner a couple hundred baht a day. They work hard and deserve the tip. Highly recommended.

Were in May 2018, with a small child 2 years old, loved the hotel, but the stroller on the territory is impossible to use, many steps, we did not need, the stroller was rented at the reception, the repairs in the rooms are fresh, there are no insects in the room, a huge plus Children's playroom, good location, to the beach kata a maximum of 5 minutes walk. The food is not varied, but the hungry did not leave. Maybe we'll come back again. In terms of price and quality, it's a great option.

A great resort for those who don't want to spend too much on 5 star accommodation but still want luxury. The rooms were clean, housekeeping were thorough, the pools were well maintained with a decent bar. The breakfast was acceptable but cannot compare to the 5 star resorts. Food variety was ok but didn't really change and after 7 days was a little frustrating. Location was awesome, convenient, right near the beach and restaurants, etc. Overall a nice experience.

It's a nice hotel. Not to say that super repair in the rooms, but everything is neat. It's all clear. There is more of a panoramic window. The room has a huge air conditioning. The staff are very humble and friendly. We took only breakfasts, the choice of dishes is not very large, but there were juices, and yogurts, and fruits, vegetables, meat, porridge, potatoes. In general, no frills, but anyone will find what he likes and everything is cooked very tasty. The pools are very clean: both the bottom and the water itself, chemistry does not stink, swim comfortably. The location of the hotel, though not on the first line, but very close to the sea and to a bunch of shops and restaurants. In general, there were pleasant impressions, I recommend!

Excellent location. Large rooms in 3 housing. Helpful staff. Clean. Breakfasts from 6.30 to 11.00. Two Pools with zones for children. Gym. NO toothpaste, brushes and combs, slippers and robes. Cleaning of the rooms in the afternoon. It is crashes and needs to be re-registered. Audibility Terrible. There is Russian channel Russia.

Great location, affordable, beautiful, and staff was helpful. Slept 4 in a double room. It's fine if you're comfortable being cozy. Spent ฿750 getting here by taxi. Take a metered taxi from the airport.

The hotel is nice. Good breakfast. At the beginning of the holiday we were allocated in the category above, but with a lame view (on the roof of the neighboring knowledge). We asked for another and we were given our category with a great view of the pool. For cleaning of rooms there is no certain hour (sometimes will be in an hour, sometimes in three, sometimes in five-we were inconvenienced). The hotel grounds are clean. The pool is clean. The rest was pleasant.

Great hotel in all settings. Now I don't even want to move to another beach and another hotel. Everything is comfortable, nice, good. Nice rooms with regular cleaning, rooms after renovation, tasty breakfasts, great Wi-Fi which is kind of a rarity for Ty. Convenient location: Close to the beach, shops, cafes. Do not stay in this hotel. Worst service ever. The staff did not inform us that our tour pickup has arrived. Was waiting in our room but the call never came. Went down after 30mins to check, the staff was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at me and said I am late, the pickup came 3 times and has left. Why was I not informed of this?! Failed the most basic due diligence to reach out to hotel guests. Her attitude was nasty and unhelpful. Constantly frowning and waved me off like a nuisance. Missed the tour with no refund, 7500 baht down the drain. Completely ruined my holiday, extremely upset. Will never stay here again.

It is ok, but expensive for what you get. Pool seats fill up fast and families stay a long time holding the seats. Whole area caters to Russian families. Nearby nightlife is hard to find, so if you're not into the public beach you may be bored. No tissues in room or front desk. First hotel in Thailand I've been in that doesn't give you any complementary daily drinking water.

Great pools. A varied breakfast. Friendly staff. In the evenings, various buffettes range from Mongolian cuisine to seafood. Not cheap, but the quality of the restaurant.
Convenient location. Close to two beaches.

Wonderful and lovely hotel. They lived high, climbed on two elevators, but the silence is complete. The room overlooks the palm trees). Thank you to the owners for not overcosting!

The hotel is awesome! The staff is friendly, they are always smiling. The rooms are well furnished, large and clean. The hotel has two pools, both of them have bar which is not expensive at all. Neither the food or the beverage. The location could not be better, the beach is just one street down, and there are some markets around like 7eleven. The breakfast is also good, fresh. I recommend this hotel. We would come back again.

Very good hotel. Yes, there are cons: a lot of stairs on the territory and the road to the sea 20 meters to go without pavement. But there are at Katia hotels much worse at the same price. It is convenient that there are many shops, exchangers and massages on the way to the beach. And those who overpaid for the first line, are unhappy with their hotel, as you still have to go to the shops that are located above. The rooms are almost all normal, except the right side of the 3rd building: 3107, 3106 and respectively above them, there is a view of the wall. We stayed in this hotel for a few time and it was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing View. Good amenities. Good staff. Chef ball is amazing. One downside is Kata Area is not much lively as Patong area.

I join the reviews. The room was located next to the road and was very noisy from the transport. There was no squat to the instrument. Towels were changed themselves at once at the front desk, a separate sad story with dinner for the New Year. Tip: by all means try to refuse the offer of a tour operator to buy dinner for the New Year! It's clearly not worth it.

The room was very nice. Two swimming and Legushatnik. A lot of Russian Paketnikov. Small gym. Generalizing all above said hotel on 3 +, as lucky with the room, whether I wanted to return again probably but only for the location.
Many ladders and elevators (which break down) with small children and kaljaskami not very much. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. But crashes every 5-6 hours have to constantly reenter.

Beautiful Resort a Stone's throw from the Island's most famous Beach. Great rooms with great facilities, nice view on the front but bad at the Back. Frequented mainly by russians, almost absent the Italians. Good prices, they speak almost exclusively in English. Absolutely unsuitable for walking problems (steps everywhere).

I stayed in this hotel for a few years. The staff is friendly, everyone is smiling, but in Russian nobody spoke, despite the fact that most of the visitors were Russian. The location of the hotel is not far from the beach, but at the exit of the hotel you get to the road, there is no pavement! Great location and newly refurbished. We found a nice traditional pub called the tavern sport bar not so far away so its like home from home with the sun.

I have been here long time ago and it was really a lovely place to stay. A good breakfast, kind and professional staff, few meters by walk from Kata beach. Quality/price ratio is very good. If you are looking for a strategic spot to travel around Phuket area this the place for you.

Good location and on Kata beach, which are within walking distance (5 minutes). The rooms are simply decorated, somewhat aging and starting to get worn down. We woke up to workers doing heavy work on the neighbour room, so improvements seems to be coming.

Not enough quality for the money We payed aprox 120 Euro/night and stayed 8 night. The hotel staf was kind but shy and did not speak good english. It felt like an hostel, not an hotel. And the standard of the hotel and the rooms was acceptible, not more than that. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry heavy bags many floors. The internet did not work in the rooms, just down in the lobby. Breakfast was ok. Two good things is the nice hotel pools and that the location is near the beach. I would choose another hotel for my next trip to Kata Beach.

December 2016 TOP position at 50m from the first shops, and then even out of that minimum of casino that can be in Kata. The rooms in building 3 where we were we are very large and new. Those of building 1 where they had system initially were quite scarce… But we were immediately satisfied by transferring us. You don't expect European standards but here it is so everywhere, it's all a little scruffy… international breakfast with a nice bit of stuff, maybe a little sweet… I wouldn't know around if there's any better. So ultimately I highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely place and lovely crew! Rooms and outside very clean, breakfast well stocked! And for my birthday they gave me a surprise giving me a room in Romantica Chanalai for 3 days! They make you feel very cuddle and ready to listen every your feedback and needs… Thank you!

I was hoping for a really fancy resort but its really just a hotel.

Good hotel but not 4 * pulls, monotonous breakfasts, we lived on the 4 floor water pressure wanted better, there are two swimming pools for children and adults, in a room in the cabinets found large cockroaches.
