We are in this hotel for the third time. The rooms are typical of the country but rather simply decorated. There are 2 pools, one with slide and music more likely to attract families and the other with rippling water and quiet wind chime invites you to relax. Breakfast is European plus various hot dishes.

The room with access to the pool exceeds all expectations for convenience. In this heat is necessary after the road from the sea immediately plunge into the living cool water. The breakfasts for Thailand are delicious and varied, there were always fruits)

No elevator, quite bad airconditioner, verybad Wi-Fi, nice and polite staff.

It's a great hotel! There were 2 weeks in late December 2017 with his wife and son. Choose rooms in the new long-distance enclosure! Cleaning and changing clothes daily. There is a wide range of dishes for breakfast. The staff are very friendly, but they don't speak Russian. We'd love to come again!

Nice hotel, but 2 minuses: could not open the door a couple of times from the room and the internet was constantly disappearing. The rest is fine. Caron Beach is a 10-minute walk away. I liked it more than Kata beach. The room remembers the original sink. And as promised free water (1l per day)

We love it here! Convenient location, 2 best beaches nearby, near shops, market. As for the hotel itself: breakfasts are good, plenty of choice, buffet. We were settled on the ground floor, right next to the pool, convenient when resting with children.

The hotel was built in two stages. The first is the hulls, bungalows and the pool closer to the road. Second, respectively newer, climb up the mountain, passing by the first buildings. Sometimes the staff of the Hotel Jelektromobilchike. The rooms are standard, there is a ground floor with pool access right from the room, we took a deluxe pool view, in a new building on the third floor. The view is beautiful, the room is big clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, between two beaches. Around the café, shops, opposite a great massage parlor. Very good breakfast.

Good and clean resort. Sometimes hard to get through to the staff. Acceptable breakfast buffé.

Location It is very unusual, that for the guests of the room fund on the ground floor it is possible to exit from a terrace of a room directly in a pool Would recommend this hotel to young, because it is not on the first line by the sea, and climb back to the hill to the hotel from the sea is not easy.

A hotel with many relaxing areas with its beautiful swimming pools, a very good deal and very comfortable rooms. And especially on a paradise island.

Just hade some food here and it was food and cheap!

A great family resort. The staff are lovely and the rooms are nice. A great location to explore Kata/Karon and not too far away from other locations in Phuket to travel to. A buffet breakfast is served every morning. Been here four times.

For the 11 nights we've booked we've had about 11 different issues with this resort. Not a good run at all. From hotel not registering our accommodation through a travel agent (until paperwork was shown) even then it took a couple of hours to get us a room, and still didn't get the dates right. Tried to say we only booked until 6th about 5 times before they took a photocopy of our booking confirmation. Even then several hours later they were about to move other people in! We've also experiences blocked shower plugs that won't come up, blocked toilets, the resort lost all running water for showers and toilets for about 12-18 hours, not what you want after a long day quad biking, elephant trekking and white water rafting. The staff hadn't provided the breakfast buffet vouchers (I'm assuming due to their errors with our booking) the room cleaning service didn't come one day and on another day only had bathroom cleaned and not the coffee/drinking water that's provided replaced. Apart from the drivers based at the resort to take you anywhere and are friendly, informative and extremely helpful, this really made it one of the worst holidays ever. We couldn't wait to leave. IF I come back to Thailand, diamond cottage will not even be a contender for our accommodation. And this wasn't even everything just a few sore points.

There are funny rooms with balconies straight into the pool. When compatriots a little grace and calm. The lower "kotedžnaâ" part quite Super. The upper body, but less convenient and more expensive TC in Hill and just body, ibid. Movement with "the dining room". Table normal, varied to the extent possible, who was across the street from the Cafe menu and adequately trehtomnym on prices and food. At the pool bars. Vafaj so-so, medium. Scooter rental 400 baht, without collateral, with experience of 50t. Bat for samples. Located conveniently.

It's the middle of September. The weather is gorgeous. In principle, all for a good holiday there. So it is a good choice.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Everything you need in walking distance. Probably will rest here again.

Went here with my siblings and families. Love the stay. Nice pool for both kids and adults. Nice lobbies. Staff and the people there are friendly. But no free Wi-Fi.

Summer 2013. The hotel very much. Convenient location, near 2 beaches, lots of shops, market. Lived in the Villa — very cool! We will go again.

I do not advise, dirty Laundry and the floors in the Deluxe room, the room is the only way in is through an asphalted mountain, stairs and Elevator.

Did not like the fact that the breakfast food was repeated every day, while the buffet. And in the hull where I lived, you had to climb up the Hill every time.

The hotel is excellent. The service is good. Minus only one — not every day changing linens. (A) in general — place.
