Superb hotel, super clean, very well located the beach is 5 min the host of the fete was a 10-minute trick tuc … close shop and activity… great stay.

Excellent stay, staff and grounds were beautiful and so attentive. Pool drinks were a great price too.

Just stayed here for 8 nights, loved every second! Staff cannot do enough for you, all beautiful smiley happy people who are an absolute asset to BW, they really do make this place special! The breakfast was nice (if somewhat busy on occasions) lots of choice and variety. We had room service on a couple of times and the food was hot fresh and well presented, we also dined at the restaurant and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced! We had happy hour cocktails every evening and they were lovely too! The rooms are large and well stocked with all you need, I requested extra water and this was brought straight away! The rooms were cleaned each day and were spotless! There isn’t a negative word I can say, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when I next visit Phuket thank you.

Stayed here for 14 nights on honeymoon, rooms are lovely and clean, very comfy bed, complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee in rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel 5 mins away from beach, bars, shops and restaurants.

Poor service and extremely rude staff. Staff don’t understand English — please train your staff how to treat tourists. Rooms had 2 joined single beds, so weird. Ants in the room as well. Bath towels are brown and old. Not a good place to stay if you are a tourist from Western countries.

Excellent service. We asked for a room change and they accomodated our request without hesitation. Staff are always smiling and friendly especially the guy who serves our coffee at the buffet. He has a contagious smile… everyone seems to like him. The buffet caters for all nationalities. The pool is clean and big enough to swim. I had a good deal with Jetstar. The accommodation and daily buffet are almost free. The only cons… the drainage smells but come and goes off. Thanks Bestwestern… will definitely come back… Annie from Sydney.

Excellent location at Karon Beach near all amenities however providing peaceful surroundings. Beaches a stroll away from Hotel entrance. Very friendly staff that provided an excellent service. Rooms are pretty comfortable, all appliances work and house maid service is pretty thorough. Three swimming pools properly clean, maintained and serviced. Excellent value for money. Definitely come back for a relaxed holiday on my next trip to Phuket.

The hotel is nice, I recommend my money is worth it, the staff are great, the 5th floor of the room was, the view from the balcony is just gorgeous on the ocean and the palm trees, the balcony is large, the air conditioning is running perfectly, the only big negative is the corners of the beds all the legs about them recaptured by the whole family And so quite a great hotel, to the sea 5-10 minutes walk all close by and very convenient.

Steps are a challenge. Pools and room good but no cloth to wipe bathroom sink bench. Very good range of TV stations.

Though bit dated, clean and peaceful. Wish the dinning is air-conditioned. Helpful staff, nice views, decent swimming pools.

Got to this hotel because our favorite hotel 3 months before the trip was on the foot! Many people wrote about the steps, it didn't scare me. Breakfasts all praise, yes, a lot of food for all tastes, a lot of fruit, on this trip we almost did not buy them. Of the disadvantages: the hotel is full of Germans and although there are 3 children's pools, the place was not always found. The hotel stands somewhat away from the active center and stomping over a bottle of water in the store for heat-problem. And the main one! As soon as we arrived, I was struck by the smell of dirty socks at the reception. I tried to gallop through there. But, then the guide is waiting, then the bus on the tour, — there is a delicious coffee in a free coffee machine. On the 2nd week of vacation I was attacked by a terrible weakness, two sips of not strong alcohol were knocked down. They began to rot their eyes, crusts in the nose. We went home to the doctor. Legionnaires' disease, untreated air conditioners. End of vacation on antibiotics. More there, of course, not a foot.

Not recommended for persons who have difficulty walking as there are many stairs you even have to climb a few stars to get to the lift. Maid service excellent. Lobby bar was ok but did depend on which staff were working. Pools really clean and grounds well maintained. Had pool snacks which were lovely and breakfast had a great variety. Staff were really good.

My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Karon Phuket. This is partly due to the Amazing staff at BestWestern ocean resort Karon. They were so helpful, friendly and polite especially Efren B. John R. Jolly Ann G. To name just a few.

Very bad, they don't respect privacy. I had an accident with a scooter and they gave the owner my room number. I later had dispute at the police office. But the fact remains they gave out information, I don't know if this is their normal policy or if they were bribed. The fact remains they gave out personal information and I will never stay at another best western in my life. (For response — Don't worry about my accident and worry about giving out personal information)

Previously lived two times, good location, excellent service, room five or six new, this time passing, the surrounding changes are very large, in the big, it is estimated that it will be completed soon.

It is a Hotel with good facilities close to the beach and the shopping centre. Stands out above all the attention in the restaurant and the quality of the food is of excellence.

Great place to stay. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk. On the beach, rent a sunbed 100 baht per day. The breakfast was very good. 3 round-the-clock swimming pools. From the minuses-near the road passes, therefore it is noisy. Also march 2018-nearby noisy construction. Cafes and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away.

We had a nice holiday. The house is clean, the waitress friendly, breakfast plentiful and well outside the house, rubbish, rubbish, rubbish!

At 300 m from the beach, 2 swimming pools (late afternoon there is no one), cons big rush at breakfast. Room for 3 spacious with king size bed.

We were on this hotel in January 2018. We got nice room on the upper building with a big balcony and beautiful sea view. This hotel has a lot of stairs but you can take it as a good exercise. Very good situation, near the beach Karon and the city. The room we were given was quite big and the bed was king size. 10 points for the water bottles which were filled up every day, no plastic waste. Pool bar served a good, tasteful portions: soup, pizza, peanut chicken etc. Morning breakfast has a wonderful man waiter and we call him as "the coffee boss". He were so helpful and keep smiling in every morning and have a nice way to serve the coffee! Overall this hotel was worth of money. Next time I would hope that all the Russian people would know how to behavior and follow the rules has made as the others do.

The house is very clean, breakfast is good and adequate. Unfortunately, you have to say that when you leave the house, it stinks everywhere and there is rubbish around.

It's OK, we live in a critical layer, with elderly children, inconvenient stair climbing, 10 minutes walk from the beach, the hotel with a swimming pool children like, the waiters are also friendly.

Excellent resort, very friendly staff, large comfortable room and bed and a great variety breakfast. Perfect time in Karon beach, will come again. Thai hospitality at its best.

It's a long trek up to the rooms. Lot's of steps. Hotel lobby is nice looking and has free coffee. Resort as a whole is old, nut clean. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is very pretty. It's clean, it's beautiful. The rooms are freshly renovated. Huge balcony. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. There's a free coffee machine in the lobby. Pleasantly surprised that settled early in the morning, not waiting until 14 hours.

This is the sixth time we've come here.

Yes it is a dated hotel, but still wonderful… The staff cannot do enough for you, peaceful, clean and spacious… I would definitely return to this hotel …

Not a bad option, a good service for Thailand. A variety of dishes at breakfast, the rest of the time the restaurant indulges in good international cuisine. The area is well-groomed, green, interesting landscape solutions. The hotel is located on a mountain, for many it can cause difficulties with moving. Who is not afraid will be rewarded with a beautiful landscape and daily "fitness — hall "

This is a very nice place to stay. A real relaxation. The hotel is very competent and rationally arranged. The staff are very friendly. Breakfasts are great. Great view from the balcony. Great pools. We will definitely come again and not once.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The rooms are no longer the latest, but it is all clean and functional.
The beach and restaurants are just a few minutes ' walk away. Unfortunately, this hotel (as well as almost everything on Karon beach) is directly on a busy road.
We stayed at the Best Western from 26th 12th to 3rd first 18 and only noticed at the breakfast buffet that the hotel is booked out. The room is rather small and uncomfortable for the many guests, but we did not have to wait.
The buffet itself could be better, although there is plenty of choice, but most of it rather dull and bland.
In the lobby there is a coffee machine with free coffee and specialties.
Overall we were very satisfied and would come back due to the very good value for money.

A nice hotel with good service and breakfast. If I get it right, the network's best western franchisees try to follow the standards. The rooms need to be renovated, but so far tolerable. A good restaurant at the hotel. Sea 10 min. Great view from the upper floors.

Stayed at these premises a few years ago now. The Room was Fantastic as was the View from the room All the Staff and Amenities were Excellent including the Pools always clean and ready to swim in. The Buffet Breakfast was to die for. And all the Staff were so helpfull and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. I Would and Have Recommended this Establishment to Others and on my Next Trip To Phuket I WILL be Staying with them Again without Hesitation.

Good service and location. There is No lift and to reach the bedrooms you have to climb several stairs.

Clean rooms, nice facilities like a gym and swimming pool. Friendly staff with good English speaking abilities (ground staff speak little to no English). Location is nice and quite, but close to the beach with shops and bristol’s just around the corner (8-12 minutes walk). If you want to eat in the food is good but expensive. Great traditional Thai food on the menu with English food also available like burgers and pizza, pasta etc. Overall I would give it a 7/10 rating.

Close to the centre and the beach.

Good location, near the sea — 5min at a normal pace, decent rooms simple but spacious. The room has a kettle and every day renew the tea and coffee sachets, plumbing in working condition. The balcony we had a spacious, there is a clothes dryer. Canopy (roof) above the balcony is small, does not hide from the sun or heavy rain, so during the day on the balcony not sit, however things dried very quickly. The rooms need to climb the stairs, the elderly and parents with young children will not be very comfortable, strollers and small children will have to raise/lower arms. In the reception area for free access is the coffee machine, during the day you can always drink coffee or cocoa. Opposite the hotel there is a lake and a small Park, it was very nice to walk around the lake in the Park. Breakfast is not diverse, but you can find everything you want: bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, soup, yogurt, Thai food. Fruits: watermelon, papaya, melon, pineapple etc.

Staff are good, nice ambience, good maintenance, for Indian vegetarians it will be difficult as no options available for eating.

At the moment we are at 30 degrees air temperature & 28 degrees water temperature on Site.
The hotel is located at the beginning slightly above Karon beach, in 2 minutes you are also directly on the clean fine sandy Beach.
The centre with many shops & numerous restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes on Foot.
Our room is located on the 5th floor 3304 with fantastic views over the Sea.
Everything is available from the kettle, hair dryer and good air conditioning.
My brother-in-law, who accompanied us, even upgraded to a double room with sea view, Thank you again in this way.
All the staff is very friendly and attentive!
Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel free of Charge.
Conclusion: here is the price, — performance ratio & we would return at any time!

So I was with my wife in the time of the 11th — 27th 10.2017 ion this hotel Geswesen and wanted to give a short feedback in this way.
The best Westwern Phuket Ocean Resort Kliegt about 200m from the beach Entefernt. The room was clean and although the room has come a little bit in the years, the room was cleaned every day. The room has everything to offer for a nice erhlosamen holiday the bed was very comfortable and big enough to sleep with 2 people in it. Air conditioning, safe, Hair dryer, fridge in the room. Disadvantage here TV only with english, Spanish and Thai channels would have liked me a German TV Station. Free wireless internet in the room and in the Hotel. Breakfast buffet plentiful and in great selection, the staff is very helpful, friendly, and Diligent. The hotel grounds are very clean and tidy with 3 pools. The sports room is unfortunately a little small and the equipment a little outdated and would have liked to also have a few sport mats in a fitness room, otherwise ausreichnet. The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel with awesome air-conditioned rooms that really help with the high humidity. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would recommend for anyone who visits Phuket.

I had the pleasure to stay at this hotel and it was amazing. Good location right in front of the lagoon and beach. 5min walking distance to all the local shops and restaurants and a short tuk tuk ride to Patong. All staff extremely helpful and friendly and great rooms with amazing view of beach. Pool was right outside our room too. Fresh drinking water in rooms every day and great breakfast and room service facilities too. Can't wait to have the opportunity to come back!

It's difficult to call this place a resort, it much more closely resembles an oversized Motel in America from 60 years ago. There is no seclusion in the rooms or grounds whatsoever with lots of traffic noise in the ocean facing rooms, each of which have very little separation from the adjacent rooms so privacy is essentially nonexistent. There were several spots of blood (or some dried dark substance) on the curtains in the room. There is a strange open vulnerable feeling while walking around as you pass in front of hundreds of rooms and traverse thousands of steps. There is no privacy in the pool area, and changing rooms appear to be a complete afterthought with super low ceilings that make you feel like you're in a basement or bunker. The entrance lacks any welcome, privacy, feeling of exclusivity, or decoration of any kind beyond overgrown plants. The breakfast is the most pathetic I have ever experienced in a hotel, motel, or resort, with an extremely limited selection of poorly prepared food that seemed to have no relation to either the Best Western franchise or local flavors. The attendants were also unable to communicate that I needed to show them a special breakfast card, so our breakfast was rudely interrupted as soon as we sat down to eat rather than before we entered the dining room.

Nice hotel, very clean, staff very welcoming, room spacious and clean, bathroom correct.

Amazing service and well looked after rooms.

We have just had 12 nights stay here and its been a lovely place to stay.
3 large fresh water pools to choose from and all exceptionally clean as was our deluxe room with balcony and very efficient aircon.
Room was immaculatey cleaned every day and the super king size bed perfect and lovely to sleep on.
Breakfast wa superb with so much choice and staff were awesome and super friendly.
The resort is perfectly positioned with just a 5 minute stroll to lovely Karon beach and shopping of all sorts.
Our stay was from the end of August to Sept 5th and the weather has been awesome and would recommend the off season at this resort as it was only at a guess a quarter full which meant that the pools were virtually all ours and restaurant no queues.
Cant recommend this resort enough.
We will be back!

Perfect. Relaxed environment. Great service, quiet, clean, nice food, lovely pools, near the beach and local restaurants. Could do with a bit of refurbishment but not an issue.

It's quite dated I expected a little more from Best Western. This hotel is far from luxury but it's functional and we'll run. Decor needs urgent work but room sizes are generous. Bathrooms are a bit of a joke the bath is extra high making it very odd and uncomfortable.

Great value for the Price. Nice hotel. Unfortunately 200m to the Beach.

Very good hotel, my only complaint is the amount of stairs you have to climb. Breakfast very good other prices of food not to bad. Staff very friendly, just feel very sorry for them having to cart all the bedding, water and other goods up ALL those stairs. 3 Pool's and gardens are well maintained. This is a quiet part of Phuket and quite a drive to Patong where it is very lively. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Very good for the holidays.

Excellent value. Lovely older hotel, well maintained. Food at the restaurant was very good. Service was very good, location was just slightly away from the main drag. There is a lovely walking trail just in front of the hotel that surrounds a lagoon that goes to the sea, and the beach there is much quieter. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Average hotel good for family stay. Nice people but very far away from happening streets. For family stays it's a good hotel… if going with fends find another one close to the streets!

The hotel is nice, Breakfast is modest but nice. Near the hotel is a pond where you can feed the fish, the hotel pleases the number of animals from small giconv to Gibbons screaming in the backyard in the morning. Very comfortable and good location as penny and to Patong, and the tsunami has somewhere to hide.

A good hotel. Plus, what's a little remotely from the tourist zone. Not so noisy. Location, several kinds of hot dishes. 3 swimming pools and 1 pool for children. Minus, it is of course the step to lift) but this is a minus for the lazy. Vacationing with young children. Happy.

Wonderful. The pools are perfect and the rooms very nice. Although the air-conditioning in the room had two settings. Extreme noise and cold or off. Recommend you don't bother with the restaurant in the resort. 5 minutes down the road will give you much nicer and cheaper food.

Overall a good hotel: a large green area, clean pools, friendly staff, room was nothing, private good air-conditioning-cool-what you want, free Wai fai all visitors (per password should go to the reception)

ants in the rooms, as people say animals there are in the whole of Thailand, so resigned

-flaying 400 p for washing in the day of departure, there was no time to swear, gave up and left, sat 3 Polo, stated it was 1 kg linen = 40r.

Air Conditioning too noisy to leave dozens of stairs and then the Elevator to get to the room the room to put snacks, will attract many ants, but the room had a balcony facing the sea.
