The Manager Steve was a brilliant host and made my stay perfect the facility’s are excellent and Steve was so good with local knowledge a real people person. Made me feel like I was the best guest they’d ever had! I’d definitely recommend staying here nothing is too much trouble.

Have returned here several times. Away from the main hustle and bustle, so a quiet place to relax. Great swimming pools. Helpful staff, particularly Steve Kelsall who is a wealth of local information and always around to assist.

Loved the pool. Staff were absolutely fantastic. Didn't enjoy the breakfast entrees so much but you can get your eggs cooked fresh every morning (wonderful) and bacon is available if you ask. Room Cleaning was also wonderful. Having stayed in japan and sleeping on futon on the floor I commented that the bed was just as hard and staffed quickly changed the mattress for a softer one. Out of the way but not too far from anywhere you want to go. Ibwas very sad to leave.

Wonderful resort, pools, services and rooms, it's really comfortable, clean and dream-like. The pools are big and surrounded by flowers with an enchanting parfume. But keep in mind that there's nothing around here, the shore is not very clean, you can't swim in the sea here and there are no frequent public transports.

If might not be a 5-star Hotel but I had a very nice stay there. Its tucked away so its quiet. It has 2 pools. The rooms are comfirtable and clean. Most of all it's an eclectic Thai-Chinese cousin in the decorations that somehow works.

Holidayed at this hotel in February 2018. This was not our first stay and appropriately not our first, so there is something to compare. The hotel is quiet, the staff are friendly and very polite. It was created that people work not just for money, and they really enjoy their work. Always smiling and helping, did everything to brighten up the pastime of the holidaymaker, even if it is not part of their official duties (within the reasonable course). Repeatedly wrote about the location of the hotel. The hotel really doesn't have its own beach, and the one that is unsuitable for swimming. But it in no way overshadows the hotel experience. We took just breakfasts and on them I can say that the food is delicious. They didn't stay hungry. There is a local cafeteria nearby, and you can recognize it by the abundance of Germans on 1 sq. All the completeness and welcoming cuisines of Thailand are concentrated in this cafe. So I highly recommend it. The hotel is recommended for quiet and quiet rest and for active people who can take a bike and 15 minutes to get to the patong.

We had villa with sea view and it was nice. It was two steps to the pool. Sea was more for viewing since hotel is almost in harbor and “beach” is really not suitable for swimming. Service in the hotel was OK. Look for guy named Steve he will give you quick guide of island in 10 minutes (if you need so).

The room was clean and comfortable. 2 swimming pools, a patio surrounded by greenery. An ideal place to relax.

A lovely place to stay. Pleasant, has a restaurant, 2 pools. Located on the southeastern side of Phuket island so it is quieter. Pretty good prices.

The best place we stayed in Phuket. Our villa was lovely, clean and very comfortable with fantastic new air con! The pools are gorgeous surrounded by gardens and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and friendly but some don't speak much English which can be a challenge. Special mention has to go to Steve not just for all tips on where to go and what to see and helping us sort out taxis etc. But for the great charity work he does with a local school and letting us be part of that. Truly a memorable holiday experience. Thank you.

This place is not 4 star. The beach is not very nice and the restaurant would benefit for a revamp as very dated. The rooms vary significantly, ours had a view of a dirty, rubbish filled stream outside the window, which meant high levels of mosquitoes. The room was clean and spacious. This is the second time I have stayed at this resort and it has deteriorated, very expensive for drinks!

2 beautiful pools and great nice rooms with great bathroom and kitchen. The big Budda is very close. It is very quiet and in the restaurant you can eat good Thai food. Good value for money.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we really liked it. Although its a little far from all the interesting places in Phuket but we rented a scooter so it was quite convenient for us. If you book the island tours they any ways provide pickup and drop facility to your hotel. They have 2 swimming pools and a Jacuzzi! The Staff members were really friendly. The room was big. The internet was fast. I would recommend this place.

I am so confused how anyone had a good time here. This is not a 4 star resort. When I arrived after an hour drive from Phuket airport the lady apologized for the room being in the back which I was like okay whatever in the back. When we got into the room it smelled really old. There were roaches on the walls. It was so humid and the a/c blew hot air. I literally got my stuff and booked another place because it was so terrible. I am also not a luxurious traveler so I definitely know what quality is.

This place is a remote, but a haven if you're looking for some peace and quiet. The pools are amazing and the staff service is excellent. If you ask they will drive you down to the street where you can go to local restaurants.

Great Hotel. Polite staff, lovely Wi-Fi, clean and cozy rooms, which offer a beautiful view. Minus-far from the sea, in Chalong not bathe, but there is a free shuttle to kata Beach. However, It is not very convenient to Walk. Because 4 Stars.

The hotel itself is very much even nothing, but the beach nor any, a huge number of noisy Chinese straining, as they are heard from 5 am, screaming and do not give sleep.

Near between Phuket and Patong, in Chalong, this hotel, a little hidden and hard to find is nice, clean, decent in price.

WOW absolutely loved my time at Aochalong! Amazing customer service… they cared about every detail. Best shrimp cocktail I’ve ever had and gorgeous infinity pools facing the water. Beautiful overall, and as a female traveling alone I felt super safe here.

The hotel as such is nice. There were various curiosities at the service. Initially our reservation could not be found, then we wanted to accommodate us in a backpacker room, then to outsource to another hotel. After protest we got the rooms booked by us, Strange.
The next morning we had to give coupons at breakfast, which we had not received, afterwards we would be informed that only fürb2 people included breakfast (we were four). After clarification that we had 2 rooms, then finally everything I. O. Ok, can happen, but after 2 days there was the same game again. Can happen, but by the same person?
Otherwise: room OK, breakfast ok, pools good to very good, sea available but not for swimming. Restaurants etc. Good walking distance.

Rooms were small and when we asked for the business area to do some work in we were told there isn't one. Needed it for 3 hours only. They wanted to charge us for a whole new room for the night at full price. Even though all we wanted was a quiet place to work on our laptops for 3 hours. The view from the pool is good. Looking over the bay and the spa is very nice with a stunning view aswell. But it could definitely be better run and have more English speaking staff.

A great place to stay. Beautiful gardens and swimming pools small houses or bungalows you can rent. Nice restaurant with great view and very good food. Quality service, friendly and helpful personnel. Just have in mind that this place is an oasis in the dessert ;) the area is not so good tourist-wise and there is a beach near the hotel but you cannot swim there! The "sand" was in fact mud and all the surrounding shores were not swimmable. Consider hiring car or organise a boat transfer if you wish to go to a beach.

Great hotel, very friendly and willing to help the staff. We loved it! The front desk speaks English, and there is one staff member who speaks Russian, his name is Ti, in the photo on the left. There are 2 large pools. The sea is, but it does not bathe. At the same time every day, except Sundays, at 14 o'clock drive free to the beaches of Karon and Kata, then at 17 o'clock bring back. The road is free of charge on the golf car, then when you return to call, they will take. Every day cleaning in the room, replaced towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Delicious breakfast buffet, choice is great. You can order a car to the sights, the price of 30% more advantageous taxi. There is no safe in the room, but there is a security camera.

What a stunning resort! The service is always given with a smile and Steve was only too happy to give us amazing advice and good laughs! I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone — from those who just want to sit and relax around the pools to those in the mood for an adventure. The rooms are both beautiful and comfortable. We would go back there in a heartbeat!

Quiet clean elegant… dream! The staff was very helpful.

A nice hotel. We got a free upgrade to a small "villa" with Jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was good, and food offered later was alright, but it could take them a LONG time to make the dishes. Sometimes we almost left without eating to go somewhere else because it took so long. When it finally came, it was alright. We're pretty sure they sprayed to keep insects away, since we saw none except for a single cockroach that almost died too. We even saw small birds fall from the trees sometimes.

It has 2 pools and good food! The staff are very kind and helpful! :-)

Take the hotels free golf car to the main road. Go 50 m left and try Nannas Kitchen. Very good food!
