Third time staying here, three years in a row. Love the detached beachfront villa, love the incredible ocean view, delicious food & friendly waitstaff. This is a very quiet and secluded location. Nothing to do but relax and enjoy; not for everyone. If you want loud party, this is not the place. Go to Patong and leave Ko Yao Yai for me! 5 Stars ❤️

Friendly staff, very relaxing stay.

I went there with my friends for just one day trip. We got villa with access pool up the hill. It was really amazing trip.
the staffs are pretty nice, kind, and friendly. If you don't know how to get to the resort just call them and they will pick you up at the pier (300 THB / way). the restaurant is so good the shrimps and fish very fresh and tasty. I very recommend you to try seafood. … in the night there are lots of mosquitoes you should be prepared mosquitoes spay but we didn't have it so we ask for mosquito coils. if I go back to Koh Yao again I might stay here again.

We went fr our honeymoon nd stayed over there for 2days. We booked hilltop room which was awesome but bit scary at night. Resort is awesome one can spend time sitting next to the beach. There behaviour is very good, they offer very tasty breakfast. Best destination for honeymoon.

A great low key resort right on the water. The wooden bungalows are very comfy. They do a great breakfast.

Very nice location at the beach. Easy to reach other sightseeing points from here. Great pool, very useful for when the tide is low. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Almost 5 stars, just the room and bed could be better and the lunch/dinner could be better price/value.

Beautiful resort. It's hard not to take a photo of everything you see but a picture will never capture what your eyes see. Take them up on the offer to tour the island by boat. You won't regret it.

Amazing resort! We booked the Deluxe hilltop and they were great. There is an ATM and a shop with all you need including booze and cigarets. The resuatrant and the bare is also great. This is worth at visit if you go to KYY.
The only thing that was more expensive than on the mainland (Ao Nang) was massage.

Such a dissapointment — we were given a notcheepatall room so close to a stinking sewer. Horrible horrible smell… Also our room was so damp that we could hardly breathe. It was the most horrendous experience ever.

This is the most relaxing and amazing place I had been, the food is good the prices are cheap and the location is wonderful! very recomended.

Great Bungalow, and adequate breakfast for the price. Nice views and easy to reach from Klong Hia Pier. Pool decking being replaced which made using the pool awkward. Overpriced bike rental (we paid almost half price elsewhere) Not the most friendly staff as they were quite patronising when we asked about getting back to the pier.

Good place, good service, good breakfast :) rent a motorbike on the pier upon arrival to start exploring the island right away and to save some money :)

Very nice little resort with beautiful all-teak bungalows (dimmable lights, open sky shower etc). Also great: no plastic chairs or neon light! Breathtaking views to other islands! If beach weren't so shallow and breakfast not so minimum (eggs, toast, fruits) it could be 5 stars. PS: beds are very hard.
