Awesome place, super friendly staff. Large sprawling grounds are always well kept and their traditional style rooms are spacious and a little bit different (in a good way! ). Really good food places directly across the road or a very short walk into town.

Khao lak laguna resort is by far the best hotel we ever visited. We stayed at this hotel during 2 weeks at the end of April, first week of May. This was our first time in Thailand. The hotel : the hotel is very calm and relaxing, situated next to a private beach and along a large road with a lot of little shops and restaurants/bars. The architecture of the hotel has some Chinese influences. The whole stay we had the impression of being in a Chinese castle. The vegetation inside the hotel is very beautiful and well maintained with a lot of animals in and around them (birds, frogs, geckos, lizards, butterflies) Rooms: (we stayed in the oriental villa) the rooms were very clean and nice. The bed was really comfortable with multiple pillows to choose from. There is a minibar which is refilled every day, a balcony to relax, a bathtub and shower. Also kimonos, beach slippers and towels were provided. The rooms could use some more light though. Food: although the food in Thailand is very cheap we opted for an all inclusive, this saved us the effort of having to walk around to look for food. Also all drinks were included (except bottles of wines), the mini bar and room service were also included. For breakfast there was a wide variety of things to eat, lunch and dinner were served at the oriental restaurant (inside the hotel) or at the sundowner (at the beach with a nice view) depending on the weather. Both were very nice to eat.

Great Resort, idyllically located bungalows. Also, there is nothing to complain about in the food. Only the variety could still be worked on, but all in all definitely recommend further!

Great place to welcome nice food is very good.

The hotel is exactly as described in the brochures. I had a fabulously in the main building. Everything was neat and clean. The food is quite expensive compared to the restaurants nearby. It is advisable to reserve the pool before breakfast. During breakfast, waiting times should be scheduled on the coffee machine and the omelette. The buffet is cleared on time at 10am.

We spent 10 days with the family in this manifique resort. Lots of greenery, very authentic. The breakfast buffet was very good. Thank you very much to AOK and the whole team for its warm welcome. Not far from the village on foot. We highly recommend.

Is a good beach with a restaurant where sunbeds and toilets are free!

Large and magnificent hotel and it’s areas just by the sea with good beach to swim and walk long distances. Close to town’s other restaurants. Peters bar 300 meters from hotel has the best Mohitos ever.

It was an amazing hotel, nice people, good service, etc. The only inconvinient is that the food for dinner is not very good and there isnt a large range of choice. There are shops up the road, conviniently. I recommend this hotel.

Super Hotel highly recommended, spacious & spacious rooms with great amenities, large pool complex (2 pool's) with whirlpool bath, food versatile (but expensive if not All-Inclusive booked, outside the hotel's much cheaper), Restaurant's & various shop's to Fat can be reached in a few minutes. The best hotel in Khao Lak very friendly and helpful hotel staff. We don't need a hotel in Thailand anymore because we are now always staying with good friends, but every year we treat ourselves to the Laguna for 3 days as it was our first hotel in Thailand and we are now good friends with the staff we are always happy to ve there a few days Bringing up. It is a very clean and very good hotel that is located right on the beach the breakfast buffet is very rich and fresh until the end who finds nix here is itself to blame. The rooms are equipped with everything you need to be fulfilled all wishes you only have to ask if you need what. Of course the staff does not speak German that English is completely sufficient the rest that you are here in Thailand as you usually speak Thai that still have to learn many tourists or do you speak Thai if a Thai would ask you in your country? The restaurant in the evening we can only recommend as 5 stars the chefs understand their craft. A hotel that we can only recommend for your stay in Khao Lak.

Great place for a relaxing holiday. The only minus is the big wolves on the beach.

Very nice and well located hotel of the upper middle class. But the hotel is well maintained tip top and it is constantly being renovated again. A huge and very child-friendly hotel complex with a family touch or feeling. And I am now after about 7 years, the 2 times in this beautiful hotel Resort & Spa!

Good place to stay. Nice rooms. Realy close to the beach. Unfortunately expensive for eating (however good food) up to double or triple of price. In the low season at least no poolseat rush. During the most bussy month I can guess it is a real rush. Adviceable: yes for couples seeking rest in the calmer months. The promised botle of bubbles during reservation @ neckermann we have not seen. Friendly team. Note, the bills presented already include 10% tip automaticaly and then you see a line to add extra tip.

A very nice place to stay with a family. We spent there two weeks and it was not enough ;). The staff is very friendly and quick in resolving any problems. The restaurant is amazing.

This resort is incredible! We stayed at the beautiful Khaolak Laguna Resort for 3 days and had a really great time! The resort has a tropical garden and an awesome pool, which is right in front of the ocean! The breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of local and international food and is very delicious. Our room was super big, clean and with a view of the garden from the balcony. We can highly recommend it to everybody and want to come back soon ❤️️

We stayed at laguna resort for our honeymoon trip, in oriental villa, it was amazing. The beach was very beautiful the restaurants at the hotel (sundowners and oriental) are very delicious. The resort atmosphere and nature look stunning with all the trees and small lakes. The staff are polite and helpful. Khaolak in general is recommended for those who look for adventures in the forests and laguna is a sweet resort to go back to after a full of activities day. S̄wạs̄dīkup.

I am Travel Agent for Europes largest Tour Operator. So I get around a lot and I sure know what makes a difference to have an amazing vacation. The Hotel is located on the entrance of Khaolak, right next to the beach. When you do the check-in you get a delicious Welcome drink and a cold towel to refresh yourself. After the paperwork is done you get accompanied to your room by one of the friendly receptionist. On the way there you get all the background Informations you need e. G. Where to find the Restaurant, the SPA, the Sundowner Bar or what kind of leisure activities the Hotels offers. The Laguna Resort owns a huge garden area with many palm trees, bushes, hedges and flowers. The gardeners are doing a great job and the whole site is just amazing. All room categories are huge and offer a lot of space and amenities like a Flat Screen TV, a three-piece suite, a balcony/terrace with furniture and a comfortable bed. The bathroom offers a shower and a bathtub. The pool area offers two pools to cool down a bit with a great view over the ocean and the beach of Khaolak. Drinks and food are offered at the Sundowner Bar. In the evening you can have dinner from the Buffet and enjoy the sunset at the beach. The SPA is very nice and offers all kind of treatments, Sauna and a Gym. After dinner you can relax at the Bar and have drink or two, get some of the free Popcorn and listen to the live Piano music.

A very nice Hotel. Everything is well maintained, staff super friendly. Card to eat there, it's even in German. Who, it should be in this Hotel to feel comfortable. Bungalow s I can only recommend!

Everything in Laguna Resort was amazing. Staffs were helpful, kind, polite and still smiling. That holiday was just excellently perfect. All of us can warmly recommend this hotel.

Going on cleanliness in the room-
CLEANLINESS in the bathroom — rather schelcht. In the 3 weeks of my presence, various stains from previous owners have no little changed (e. G. ). The verkäste shelf in the shower)
STAFF: Very friendly and strives to fully unable to respond to simple English sentences.
THE food: My Falmilie and I were 1-3 days sick! The food is obviously prepared in the afternoon and kept moderately warm in the evening. Mostly it was until it was at the table — cold. Cold food in Asia is not uncommon. But it has never managed to me in various holidays, to disgust me so before dinner
We had half board. This is not absolutely necessary. Opposite there is a tasty meal in the "Golden elephant", that's hot and which you are not ill! Also significantly cheaper!
From various other guests, we have met over the course of 3 weeks, we have concerning The food and the subsequent extreme discomfort, by the way, the same belongs.
Tip: A good doctor with useful tablets is not far away and is also 'home visits': Clinic Dr. Chusak (reception knows).
OTHERWISE: Khaolak Laguna quiet again. BUT: Only with breakfast (which was excellent), and pretty quiet (long not so fair in terms of Patong or even Pattaya.
2 hotels — Khaolak resort — looked like by the way purely externally also very appealing before :).

In this place is all you or your familie needs, it unbelievable.
