The staff’s hospitality is beyond expectation, particularly for Miss Supa and Mr. Charat. Moreover, I love every detail that reflects the eco-friendly concept of the hotel.

I like everything from places, service, staff, food, beach atmosphere, cruise trips, everything from the drawbacks, but there are a few drawbacks. The room will not be able to sound, you can hear it from the side and top rooms.

Excellent breakfast. I loved the homemade bread & condiments. The location is nice & quiet, near the dragon crest mountain. Staffs are attentive too.

Great friendly professional service with attention to detail. Fantastic accommodation. Wholeheartedly recommended.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in: comfortable room with thoughtful amenities; beautiful, quiet beach; overall friendly, polite and attentive staff in the whole resort who paid attention to small details and made sure we had the best stay. The GM, Khun Jan, was available and greeted guests individually. I'd certainly go back/recommend this resort. One small comment would be to ask guests in advance to choose their dinner menu. We had 2 dinners included in our reservation but upon arrival many things we wanted to order had run out (drinks, main as well as dessert).

All so called "boutique" hotels should take an example here! The Tubkaak Krabi is by far, one of the best Boutique Resorts, I have ever bin. Every single staff member is working here with pleasure and joy. That reflects to quality of service to the guests. Even the manager is helping cleaning the beach on a daily routine here! I didn't see a single associate who was not being friendly and helpful on our 3 nights stay. Special regards though for the beyond efforts that Khun Trach makes. He is a real pearl of courtesy and a real indispensable link in the perfect chain that gives you such an impressive experience in this hotel. The resort give you the impression to be in an early years Thai style architecture. The beautiful wood that is used generously all over the hotel and the many water falls, natural creeks and pontes. Even the door locks are made of wood. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds and mattresses giving you a extraordinary night sleep. The beautiful outdoor bathroom with rain shower and double bath are the final touch in these rooms. Perfect! That's all we need to say about the breakfast. No buffet here, you order from the menu as many as you like and even then, the associates manages it to bring some extra surprises. Don't forget to try the rice soup! Another detail that we liked so much, the night before checkout, you get a "goodbye " letter under the door, in which you are thanked for the visit.

The most amazing property. We were blessed to experience this exceptional property in March 2020 and it was an absolute memorable stay. Both my husband and myself have been working in top 5*star hotels for the last 20 years and this hotel ticks all the boxes for what 5* is. You will leave feeling inspired, renewed, new friends made for life, great new memories and experiences, grateful and very relaxed. We wish you the best and thank you for the most memorable holiday.

Awesome Resort in beautiful secluded surroundings where you can enjoy a peaceful and quiet holiday. Everything that you can ask for in terms of hospitality from the very attentive staff, great service, good food in the two restaurants, super spa and massage treatments, free paddleboards and kayaks on the Beach, stunning views of the Islands in the Bay from the Beach, Nice pool Area, Longtale boattrips to the Islands can be organized, shuttle bus service to AoNang (city with too many turists if you ask us). The rooms were great and we loved our outdoor bathtub. Nice design of the buildings which blended Perfect in with the gardens. We had a fantastic time at the Tubkaak Krabi Boutique Resort. This is definately a place we would consider to return to.

My husband and I stayed here for a night but we loved every bit of our stay! They took care of all the minutest details which I loved! Their rooms, food, ambience and hospitality are all very well done. Their shower area has a beautiful bath tub that they fill up and top it with flowers which is utterly soothing and relaxing after a long day out in the sea for excursions. Food is great and so is the breakfast menu. Their pool villas with private infinity pool looked great (though we didn't stay there). Loved their sculptures too. Highly recommend staying with them!

5 stars, only because higher is not an option. Everything about this place is amazing. The resort, room, bathrooms, beach location. The Thai and Italian restaurants serve food as excellent as their views of the beach. Yoga, kayak, surfing available, as is a library. Absolutely recommended.

I have worked in the hotel industry and at 4-5 star resorts. I must say the service we received here is truly what great hospitality is all about. They made us feel so welcome and answered all of our questions. The staff and grounds are so soothing and beautiful. Both restaurants serve excellent food and drinks. Our room was like a private oasis. We would love to return again. We enjoyed the beach and the boat tour they arranged for us also. Thank you again.

Amazing resort! It has a very unique design. Their welcome tour is very detailed. We enjoyed the welcome drink and was greeted by two kittens at our door. The room is super clean and very nice. Highly recommended for couples to stay as the sunset view on tubkaek beach is fabulous!

Amazing hotel. We were there for our honeymoon. Beautiful rooms, emaculately maintained, and right on a beautiful beach with a ride that recedes super far out so you can explore all the beach critters, especially the thousands of mini crabs during low tide. Hotel also has great food, and great service. You can book pretty much any typical Thailand excursion through the front desk.

Good experience at the hotel. Staff was friendly and nice and rooms were kept clean. I had a good time at the resort. I do think the beach could be improved and the hotel could use a larger pool.

Great location in the middle of the old City. FYI the rooms are pretty small and anything purchased/dined is subject to service charges. Giving less than 5 stars because of the roosters in the am that started making noise at 3AM every day. We told the front desk and they apologized and offered ear plugs but the roosters are way louder and woke us up daily. Staff is attentive and truely kind. They even allowed me to use the spa shower before my evening flight.

This place is beautiful. They have paid such great attention to little details. Our from has a private pool and they do little things like bringing you afternoon Thai cakes. It has private access to the beach and is walking distance to a brilliant national park hike. Just brilliant.

The most relaxing holiday I've ever had, amazing place right from the introductory drink and iced menthol towel! Facilities and staff are excellent, the spa is excellent, and the resort is quiet and relaxing (no children are allowed at certain times of year (thank god) ). Breakfast has a very nice selection, it's just a shame there is no authentic Thai food at the resort, but there is a lovely little place literally 100m down the road. I strongly advise going on the long boat island hopping day trip, picked up straight from the beach.

Everything about this place was above and beyond. The staff are friendly, polite, attentive. The grounds are stunning, the beach fantastic. The food was exceptional. The pool area is beautiful. Yet you feel like you are in a calm oasis in the jungle not a much too stuffy fancy hotel. I had a pedicure in the spa and it was immaculate. I love the cold towels and drinks before and lovely tea and treats after. I highly recommend staying here.

If you're looking for peace, here's the place. A nicely adapted resort with very friendly staff. A breakfast overlooking the sea is a good start to the day.

Amazing place, really can't recommend it enough! Quiet, peaceful, very very tasteful architecture and design, superb service. One of the best food we had in Thailand, too. I saw people complaining about the SPA prices, but truth be told, quality of service is just as high. Looking back now at our 2 weeks of island hopping, I can easily say that Tubkaak resort was by far the biggest highlight.

A very happy experience! Relaxing and welcoming staff! With happy hour every night watching a gorgeous sunset! Beach bags, beach towels, fans, flip flops and mozzy cream all provided! Very comfy bean bags on the beach. Loved it all!

Very nice hotel, good service. We took 1 night in the haven suite. First time in such a high-end room and we were blown away.

Totally spoilt, staff are so friendly, you feel so relaxed, I loved the buffet breakfast, you gotta have the Thai noodle soup, get them to fry an egg and place it on top, and break up the crispy bacon and put on top, classic Thai breakfast, with of course a bit of an English twist, tastes amazing. Enjoy.

We must be there to believe that nature and structure are founded with a masterful balance. Nothing out of place. In the absolute relaxation of a beautiful Hotel.

The strong point of this resort is not only what mother nature gave them which is the spectacular view but its people! The staffs are so very lovely from the front desk staffs to the gardeners. They are helpful, thoughtful, always energetic, and most of all they wear a smile on there faces all the time. They know what they're doing and I can tell that they love their job. 2 Thumbs up for the management team!
As for the resort itself; very peaceful, beautiful beach and calm sea with clear water. Well situated among tall trees so it gives you feeling of tropical rain forest kind of resort. Southern-Thai food was great and Italian restaurant there is superb too.
I will definitely come back :)

One of the most beautiful and comfortable boutique hotel around Krabi. We spent Christmas with my family there and it was a really nice experience. Restaurant does prepare and serve delicious Thaï food. Private beach is gorgeous — with a fantastic view.

Loved this place. May want to consider water shoes as there is a lot of coral in the beach. Or just venture out on one of the hotels paddle boards / kayaks. Food was great and not over priced. Wonderful stay.

Here's the best Thai food I've eaten on holiday!

We only went to the restaurant of this very nice establishment.
I had gone beforehand to find out if it was possible to eat there without being resident, there was no problem… So we go back to two a moment after and there, they don't tell me right away! I went in a swimsuit, shirtless, it was OK and after a good toilet, trousers shirt and dress for Madame, it was not safe! : — (Finally, we settle down. We command 2 cocktails, 2 appetizers, a seafood platter with lobster, prawns, cuttlefish and a whole fish, a bottle of white wine. Everything was very good but not always well cooked (mostly crustaceans).
The most unpleasant was the payment… After 15 days in Thailand, this was the first restaurant to display duty-free and off-duty prices! + 17% in all! Fills the attic, when settling by card (4755 baht, or €125, days of work in Thailand), I am told that the map does not work… So we'll look for another card (supplied for sure) and that one doesn't work either. I congratulate the server for his scam and suggests that he offers us a drink to apologize for the wasted time with these stories of Blue Card… Nothing except a silly smile…
We thought that in a place like this, there would be no vice that can be found in some streets or ports… Like what!
Here you are charged a quasi European rate, to which we add 17%, and you have to pay cash!

Every wish will be met even free bikes the top in shot are there.
Water is always free and the mini bar was with the first filling also free.

The hotel is great for a few days rest, the room "sea view" very nice and the breakfasts great. The beach is awesome, it has a couple of hammocks, and some cushions to put the towel that are very comfortable. You can take kayaks and do paddle surfing for free. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic! vibe is incredible. Pool and beach are awesome. They had a full book of activities and clear pricing. Food was super expensive and there are no other options nearby. Had a lovely honeymoon here!

The staff will look after your every needs without being intrusive, the views & amazing sunsets, the rooms are delightful with a private beach less than 1 mn away. Absolutely recommend!

Fabulous five-day stay at this luxury resort on a relatively secluded and extremely beautiful beach 30 minutes north of Krabi. Sea view room was spacious and gorgeous, staff were incredible and the grounds, facilities and beachfront are spectacular. One downside is the cost of extras — expect to pay high European/North American prices for meals in particular. The secluded spot makes it harder to escape this as everything is a taxi ride away. Even so, I'd love to think I will be back here soon. An unforgettable stay.

From the moment we landed in Krabi airport we felt we had found heaven. The driver went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the gorgeous resort we felt welcomed. We were speechless when we were shown our room — we booked the haven suite (appropriately named) it was enormous and beautifully styled. The room opens up onto a magnificent deck and a private 10m infinity pool looking onto the beach and islands beyond. It was my birthday gift from my wonderful partner — 4 days and nights in what we both believe one is f the best resorts in the world. Briefly the food breakfast and dinner was sensational — we stayed with the Thai (when in Rome) and we were never disappointed — we — after trying several other restaurant in a the area (so you have got choice in Tubkaak beach) decided in the resort Thai for my birthday — we had a table right on the beach and was spoilt with a delicious birthday cake accompanied with the resident musicians singing happy birthday. BUT what makes this resort so special is the Staff "it's all about the people" if you don't have the staff you don't have the resort. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were attended to at all times. I requested decaf coffee pods for the Nespresso coffee machine — within minutes we had them. The outstanding staff members worth mention in person : 1. Sunyadech (Sunny) resident manager — he went way beyond to make sure we were catered for in every way. He circulates with all guests.

This is a really beautiful resort with amazing staff. If you want to enjoy the serenity of the beaches and nature and spend quality time with your loved ones then this is the best place in Krabi. Only demerit is it's quite far away from the town and there's no shop in the vicinity. Nonetheless it was a wonderful experience being there!

We honeymooned here in July'17. I must say stay was fantastic, the resort is every inch what you expect from a 4-star, staff are very detail-oriented, helpful and genuinely caring. The view from the restaurant onto the beach is a dream! Highly recommend for a quiet beach resort!

My wife and I had a lovely experience at the Tubkaak Resort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The service is excellent throughout the entire resort. The food is reasonably priced, and the beach is nice. The rooms are very clean, and this is the perfect spot for a honeymoon. Very relaxing and romantic.

Staff is very helpful and can speak English very well. I am very impressed with the quality of rooms and service that is received. This hotel is doing it right, whereas others are flashy and can be seen from the shore, this one surrounds itself in vegetation and and has an atmosphere that is easy to relax in.

Not all four are so awesome! The territory loved it, there's room for walks, but at first I around in many paths. Unrealistic number of plants and flowers! All nerd lovers will be vosterge from flowers and green! It's a memorable thing.

Amazing. The location is stunning, right on the water. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well laid out. The service is impeccable… the staff really will go out of their way to make sure your stay is what you want it to be. The restaurant is fantastic… drinks are great, food is great, table locations are perfect. Free breakfast is different everyday and always good. You're a bit far from town, but that's what we came here for. If you want a getaway, this place can't be beat.

The appointed boutique Resort hotel is absolutely superb and beautiful in the middle of a space of greenery and trees.
The staff is friendly with you, and location.
It looks guess all small needs that concerns you. I really recommend this hotel!
the food's excellent, small lunch there are rich and varied, take his breakfast, lunch and dinner the feet in the sand is incredible.
A carp KOI pool near the restaurant, the staff you put even food to feed them.
The nights are quiet and peaceful, no vehicles are on the road nearby since this road is going nowhere a by in the jungle.
In cases where you would like to plan a trip on your own, I would recommend it! The hotel offers excursions, be a little more expensive but much better organized and more select, so for a few hundred baht not what craner.
We hope to return as quickly as possible, in any case next year.

This was our first time in Thailand, and after a couple of days in Bangkok, the Tubkaak was exactly what we needed. We stayed in a pool villa and the service, staff, accommodations, and abundance of options to explore & stay entertained both on the resort and nearby, made this place one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything was very clean, the staff offered helpful recommendations. I will 100% be returning one day! Highly recommended.

Impeccable boutique resort, fabulous personal service and mouth watering food that is second to none! They really looked after us on our honeymoon 5 years ago, got a lovely food hamper and a get well card from the manager for my unwell husband! Highly recommended :) enjoyed our complimentary romantic candlelit dinner on the beach.

Delightful hotel with charming tropical gardens that lead onto the beach. The view from the beach — especially at sunset — out towards the islands is wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is very good in both the main Thai restaurant and the Italian restaurant at the far end of the hotel grounds. We took a boat trip from the hotel and also took aThai cooking lessons from the chef. The staff were very charming and service was good. Overall very relaxing and the best place I have stayed at in Thailand.
