The lazy bar and guest house, is really cool, the guy's here are so welcoming and friendly, the food is amazing, im here for Christmas.

Over priced drinks and food. Owner Bob very pushy with drinks a small Chang will set you back a 100 baht, we're you can get a large one for 80 anywhere else. Don't go here read all the negative reviews they are true.

Manager initially nice and then total failure — prices overpriced — promises private bathroom and absolutely mosquitoes/animal-free room all right.

Wouldn’t even give it a one star. Booked shard dorm room with my friend via Airbnb and the room was ok but nothing body was there for check in even tho they made us give them a three hour window for when we’d be arriving and then we had to pay extra as there was two of us staying not just one and Airbnb had only specified one … apparently. Showers are on ground floor, wanted a shower when we first arrived as had been travelling for over 12 hours, couldn’t find light switch, place was completely empty, nobody in sight so I decided we couldn’t stay there so we up and left. Would not recommend. I know hostels are meant to be slumming it and I have been at other hostels in Thailand but this was something else.

If you want a welcoming and relaxing place to stay in Krabi, then the Lazy bar is perfect. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach, amazing Thai food, lots of areas to relax in and the best long island iced teas we have ever had. We wanted somewhere away from the tourist trap further up the coast and this was perfect!

Excellent place to stay in Krabi. A more authentic feel to this area than the touristy filled Ao Nang beach. Best long island teas we have ever had and the food was some of the best we have ever had on the island. A really chilled and relaxed atmosphere at this location! Great hospitality from the owner Bob and we hope to visit again in the future.

Great place we found by our hotel, Bob was amazing so was the food, best food in krabi!

Rented room : state a very basic and not clean. No hot water for the overall health. Impossible to sleep before 2am because of the music on the ground floor. Very disappointed. Exorbitant fee for drinks and excursions, it is better to be closer to the city.
