It was amazing. They have good swimming pool and gim. All staff is very kind. You have to be there.

This is a beautiful complex in a great location, close to everything in Ao Nang. Probably a well kept secret of the Lai Thai is the Grape Escape Wine & Sake Bar. This is a very unique little Bar, popular with local expats. Every Friday night they have a Theme Night, featuring wine from different countries, accompanied by a free bbq. I can thoroughly recommend a visit!

We stayed 1 week here and can honestly recommend this hotel. The place is located about a 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way yet still being far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are absolutely spotless and cleaned daily, the pool is large enough for a decent swim with a kids pool too and plenty of sunbeds. Yep I'm giving this place a 5 star base on friendly of staff, cleanest of rooms and good location.

Nice location and good service There are many shops, travel agencies, restaurants and bars nearby. The pool is very clean. The room is large and kitchenware is provided. The hotel provides free travel brochures. The staff is very polite. Strongly recommended here. Very convenient. Will choose to stay here again next time!

Wine Bar: Decent selection of better wines, especially for Thailand. Enjoyed the patrons, too. Prices are reasonable.

The place is lovely. All the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Front desk is open 24h. They have a great spacious swimming pool. The room I stayed was spacious and very clean with good conditions and fitted with a small kitchen and a balcony. Maid cleans the room everyday. They have a few restaurants and a massage room with ok prices. They also provide taxi to various places. Very secure and is a quiet place even tho is located on a busy road. Its only a 10min walk to Ao Nang beach in a chilled pace.

Spent 2 weeks at Lai Thai with the family. 10 persons in total. The Food, Bar, Pool, Rooms, Staff all great. Will be returning.

Best in Thailand, clear and perfect size, well equipped rooms. Amazing staff. Ao Nang beach is 10 minutes by walk. You can skip the breakfast, its al a carte, not buffet.

For the price I pay n what I get im very happy. With pool, gym and new clean nice room. Although my room dont hv nice view, but can just relax at the pool. Very helpful and polite staff. At 1st I booked 2 days, in the end we continue to stay another 3 days n the reception gave us the same rate what we get from agoda before for the next 3 days stay.

Self contained condominium — Kitchen, Dining and lounge. Just been built. Friendly and helpful staff. The walk to the beach is about 800m, so it is nice and quiet.

Had a great stay! The rooms are modern and equipped with many amenities, the staff members are friendly and very helpful. The place is conveniently located in the center of Ao Nang, close to many shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Would recommend this to anybody who seeks a comfortable place to stay in Ao Nang.

Luxurious accommodation, great location. Comfortable and well equipped studio. Beautiful pool and garden. Not cheap but well worth the money.

On April 26th at 10am, We visited "The Lai Thai” in Ao Nang Beach Krabi. The reason for this visit was the interest in remaining in Krabi for a couple of months to explore this beautiful place. During our visit, we completed a walk-through of the studio they have available. Prices for the studio are as followed: Slow (rainy) Season rate is 33, 000thb per month. High Season rate is 50, 000thb per month. This included two visits by housekeeping per week. Community Wifi, along with access to pool and gym. The room is fully equipped with iron, ironing board. Cooking equipment to make and eat dishes in your unit. It did not include water or electricity; which were much higher than government rate. Prices you would normally pay if you were living in a serviced apartment, so no surprise for the higher pricing. When we returned to the front office, I requested access to their internet in order to test the speed. The test revealed: Download 15.66 Mbps Upload 4.91 Mbps Not the fastest, but if you were just needed the internet to browse, I think you should be fine. Anything else, you will have some lag time; otherwise, you can simply find yourself at a coffee shop/nomad hangout, if needing higher. We did have the opportunity to speak directly with the Developer and his lovely Wife. They mentioned they were holding weekly cookouts that residences were invited to attend; which was pleasant to hear.
