Very Very good hotel big room comfortable room big bed big shower. And swimming pool very big and nice. Can have nice food here for not expensive and breakfast superb food have Indian food also. Staff all very nice especially Zonya. They are present 🎁.

We recently stayed 4 days at your hotel. The staff were all great. But, I'd like to mention 3 staff members that realĺy stood out above the rest, Tae, Thip and Sonya. They were all extremely nice helpful and and always had a smile on their faces. We would like thank them and all the staff for making our stay an enjoyable and plesant one. Room was spacious and clean. Great pool area. Staff not always the friendliest but could be the language barrier. Will definitely come again.

Impressed by the service of the hotel is very good, everything. The hotel is pretty clean, spacious rooms, pool staff, each spot, the customers very good night we came back from outside, walked into the hotel we stay in and take advantage with safe food, the Japanese ordered the finish I stand waiting to order the ice cream cone to eat, then she got to drop us, I blasen like women. Then Joseph Japanese food, hear us, I run come see enough to know that we made ice cream, drop safe, he said, wait, let's come to us saying that it's okay, brother, we do drop itself, but Joseph ran to go get ice cream's new brother, we are very impressed what is he cares what the real truth, it's the fault of our own, but he cares nothing really to stay several excellent hotels. The very most attentive staff, and very cute.

Great hotel with good location and nice facilities.

The staff are amongst the best I have ever came across in 7 years coming to Thailand! In this unique situation and pandemic they have been incredible the whole way, keeping professional, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The resort itself is beautiful, rooms are large, modern, clean with lovely views. Food here is fantastic but for me the staff are the icing on the cake making this resort stand out a mile off! Thank you, all of you!

Fabulous hotel, short walk to the beach. Amazing floating breakfast experience. Clean rooms, helpful staff all at a reasonable rate. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely the best hotel I've ever had visit before.
The lovely staff, amazing services. We got one breakfast bag whith us then we leave eirley in the morning. Room was clean, big and don't talk about the bed… Wow.

From checked in to check out, EVERYTHING have been above par and expectations. Special shout out must be given to front desk and concierge staff for their excellent services rendered throughout my young family stay in the hotel. Definitely a must for future stays. Land of thousand smiles, indeed.

Family-friendly, decent breakfast spread and hours (6.30-11.30am), superb pools (one ground floor and one rooftop) and pretty new infrastructure. It also has a playroom for kids. Great price. however, the finer details could have been better attended to. For example, when I arrived, our rooms were dusty and I had to get housekeeping to do a quick mop when we settled in. The bathroom mirror was also not cleaned on a daily basis. For our rooms with 3 and 4 people declared (and paid for), we were only given 2 bottles of water per room and 2 sets of towels for the room of 4. Between our 2 rooms, only one umbrella was provided and only one safe was working. Out of 3 errand calls to housekeeping, they only fulfilled 1.

Nice place, I stayed 7days in swimming pool view deluxe room and my friend stayed sea view deluxe room. We both agree with pool view deluxe room is better cause there is bath and bigger bathroom. Every facilities are good enough, nice rooftop swimming pool and swimming pool, bar especially breakfast time is good (~11:45am) and quality also nice. Employees are nice, location also great. But gym need more equipment especially running machine. Generally there is fully recommendable resort in aonang.

This hotel did not wow me but it is recommended to families. They offer kids pool area and also children activity room. Breakfast is good lots of selections. The only problem to me is cleanliness. Hope that they clean the surfaces thoroughly as obviously there are stain everywhere on the counters and floor. Still need some improvement as like other reviews said.

Good memory! Stay at Panan Krabi Resort for 3 days 2 nights, great&best hotel&resort in Krabi, good location which near the beach, shops and cafe. Easy to go to attraction places in Krabi. Delicious Breakfast, cannot eat all, great local breakfast. Staffs are very friendly& support. Big Swimming Pool & roof top swimming pool are very surprising (Mountain View). The hotel arranged the private tour to Hong Island for our group. Half Day tour to Island, but still in my memory. Promise to come back again.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! We got the deluxe room with the sea view… the view could have been more “sea like” due to another hotel in front of us, but it was nice. The breakfast was yummy and extended until 11:30 am which was nice because we didn’t have to rush down there. The hotel is placed right in the middle of the town, so it was a short walk to everything we did! The pools were great with bars at each! We will definitely come back.

Nice enough place but really isn't quite finished. During our stay the kids pool wasn't completed and they were still cementing steps etc. The staff are very friendly and want to be helpful but the systems aren't quite there yet! View from the roof pool is lovely. Breakfast was included, was a OK selection and good food. Had food at the pool and in the evening once and was very good. Location is great, 10mins stroll to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars around but hotel is set back from main road so no noise.

Good hospitality and staffs are helpful but we booked the room with small pool outside the balcony. The pool was not clean and dirty with all the sands and small rocks. The pool did not fully function with broken jacuzzi button. The AC in the room did not function well with 20 degree we still felt the heat in the room. However, you should give it a try to stay here nice atmosphere.

Breakfast was good.
The hotel grounds and corridors no one cleans-everywhere you can see the prints of dirty palms on the dark walls of the hotel. During the week of my stay, I never saw someone wash wooden walkways, which, by the way, pass over the pool, and all the dirt from them flies into the water.
In the final the only pre-ordered service of the hotel was also not carried out at the proper level. Booked in advance for 800 baht taxi to the airport came with a delay of 20 minutes, and it was not a comfortable sedan, and a regular minivan-shuttle, which I could leave 15 minutes earlier and 7 times cheaper.
In general, Pana Hotel characterizes this picture of their own toilet in the room overlooking the pool. Not by Senke hat. It seems to be all with a request for success, but there will be a regular network troika. Your money is not worth it unambiguously.

Wonderful, most comfortable, perfect, magical and just the most beautiful Hotel Nang! Great Staf, clean and sophisticated pool, super comfortable rooms, amenities! Honestly, this is the best and newest hotel in Krabi! Definitely recommend! For 4 days of arrival at all never wanted to leave this naiprekrasnejshee place! )

This is a modern and very new hotel so some areas of the hotel are being developed but it didn't bother us at all. Very well placed a 5 minute walk to the beach of Ao Nang. Staff listening and friendly they allowed us to pay in cash a reservation per cb (the price is more interesting on booking). 2 beautiful pools including 1 in rooftop with views of the cliff and the beach. Comfortable beds and daily cleaning. Finally the hotel offers a varied and very good breakfast. The restaurant is very affordable and the dishes are plentiful and very good. I recommend with my eyes closed.

This place is a gem in Krabi. Such a wonderful resort, good location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous pool areas etc etc… The hotel is still partly under construction which was probably a reason for good prices and free upgrade to room with a pool access. This took our holiday to the next level. As the hotel is brand new you can really see and feel the great effort in the service. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and would love to come back.
