I am strongly recommended this hotel to those especially with kids — is totally kid friendly hotel Besides the feature, the receptionist and staff are very friendly and professional. I am a person who very demanding and putting a lot of requests to them before depart. Surprisingly, all the request been full fill — check in earlier (they even ready the rooms to us before 11am), details explanation and introduction of the hotel features. Special thanks to the receptionist Ms Joy …as she is very professional to guide us Although not a five star hotel, but the impression given is better than most of the 5 star hotels stay before Thanks for the arrangement.

I would've given this hotel 5 stars if the mattress wasn't as hard. It left me with a backache. The room was clean, but in the bathroom the was mold in the shower area… ieuw! The overal stay was nice, it's a good hotel without any fuss. Great location, nearby the sea and lots of restaurants. The breakfast was fine. For just 100 baht you can do one load of laundry. The service was good.

Great location, breakfast is good. More of Thai cuisine spread, if you're not the adventurous kind, there's bread and butter, and other typical breakfast spread. It's about 2km to Ao Nang Centre if I'm not wrong. Nice local food outside of the hotel and massage places.

Great hotel, very clean and well maintained. Hotel entrance is just opposite to the Ao Nang beach, though none of the rooms are beach facing. Rooms were very good and breakfast was just awesome. So much variety for vegetarians. Place is just minute walking from ao nang beach and endless market on the left side. You will get wonderful restaurants, massage parlours, places for shopping.

Really loved it. From room to everything was really nice. There breakfast was also very nice. There is food court and stores nearby. Worth to spend your krabi days here.

Very well designed rooms, all amenities available in a compact size. Swimming pool is of a good size and well maintained. Courteous staff. For Indian vegetarian breakfast options were very limited in comparison to other hotels.

Pros. Rooms are good and spacious too. Perfect locality, the beach is just opposite the hotel… Cons… very few veg options in the complimentary breakfast spread… But the surprise is that there is no kitchen/ restaurant on the hotel. So they dont serve lunch and dinner… there are small shops outside the hotel who serve good food but highly priced… high amt of chlorine in the pool.

Location is perfect. Straight across the street from a beach. Laundry is perfect, just 100 baht to do a load. It was perfect for our long vacation. The croissants for breakfast were phenomenal! As was the pineapple juice. The pool was pretty and the service was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, tranquille et proximité de restaurants très bon marché. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé? Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, l'hôtel n'est pas des plus modernes contrairement aux jolies photos… et la clientèle chinoise qui se croit seule au monde (mais ça n'est pas spécifique à l'hôtel)

Without a doubt, the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever seen. Lovely light modern room. Decent size with Comfy bed. Nice grounds with a big swimming pool. Didn’t expect a HIX to be so nice. Location looked pretty good. Very close to beach. Lots of restaurants etc around.

On my visit to Krabi, I was very much excited to stay in Holiday Inn Express. But all the excitement finished within no time.
The staff here are not helpful, Girl Staff at reception are not cooperative. Behaves like as if the guests are fools. They talk in their own language/Code words and laugh at guest. No promises. We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights and were told that we will get connected rooms on same floors but later on got rooms on different floors. There was no one to guide us as to where the rooms are.
No stewards/waiters/room boys in Hotel, Also we had to carry our own luggage to the room.
Hotel is good, well maintained but rooms and bathrooms are very small. No amenities in rooms like toothbrush, vanity kits, shaving kits, no room service, everytime we have to go to reception for our needs. Well its a self serviced hotel, the breakfast was served the same everyday,
neither do they have a bar! The pool is alright, if you want to have your room cleaned you have to request it so many times. The cleaning staff are a little rude.
I feel one can get better services in a different hotel with the amount paid here!

Vacationing family from 6-17 January 2018. The hotel is clean, comfortable. Hearty Breakfast, plenty of dishes (for Breakfast). The Russians very little. Is well: 3 min to boat and catering. Forgotten phone is returned to me.

Best place location is just perfect. I was there for my wedding anniversary… Place is clean and served well. Ambience is just perfect. Beach and street food is at walkable distance.

Simple, clean, greenery hotel! Feel so relaxing while staying in this hotel! Friendly staff. Breakfast selection is limited but still reasonable! I will choose to come back if I visit here again.

This is a great hotel with THE perfect location. It has one swimming pool which I think is small for whole hotel. The rooms are small but nice. The only reason that stops me to give them a perfect 5 star is there is no lock in bathroom. Being an indian it makes me uncomfortable.

I've spent for 2 nights here and felt very much in love with this hotel. The cleanliness was super! Room price was cheap if compare to the quality of my stay. I enjoyed with the beach in front of hotel as well. Long Beach is good for relaxing. I would recommend for the couple like us. :) P. S I love the bed! :)

Stayed for 5 nights here. Nice free breakfast daily and a little more spacious rooms than other 3 stars. Haven't tried the pool but it looked good. Great location near the beach (cross the road). Good plaza and grocery store nearby. 10 min walk to a more crowded Ao Nang Plaza area. There is a tour desk at the lobby so you can just schedule your island tour and all at the hotel at quite a decent price. All in all a good stay.

Well its fine, close to (not so great) beach, cafés, resturants etc, landed here and found that it is mostly a self serviced hotel, so you can expect mostly every thing starting from taking your own luggage to your room, doing you own laundry, ironing etc to be done by yourself, was served the same breakfast everyday : (, no room service provided and neither do they have a bar! Great hotel with amazing location few steps to the beach, and 5 minute walk to coffee shops, gift shops, currency exchange and seafood restaurants at center point. It will be the brand I stay whenever I travel to Ao Nang. Room is in good size with balcony and Wi-Fi signal strong. Breakfast limited spread but included in the room rate. All meet my expectation highly recommended!
