I have to cancel my reservation due to Covid, and nobody answers my emails and Messages. I made a reservation for 12 people, 6 nights and Need the money back. This is not a reliable and serious company.

I stayed here for a little over a week. I think 12 days in total. For me I thought the place was great. Amazing location right on the sea. The staff were so feiendly all of them always had a smile. But the guy on recpetion Dec was very very helpful. Nothing was a problem to ask and he was always clear and concise in his answer. Greeting you with a smile every morning. The place was clean. Amd the food was fantastic with the best prices to match. If I was to come to koh phangan I would def be staying here. And a shout out also to the waiter spider man who also was great. Friendly and funny!

Great location, and really nice rooms if you choose the AC-equipped rooms. Restaurant offers delicious food at a low price. The hard-working waiters provides a service level beyond expectations — and I need to highlight Chai, his always happy mood and fun interacting with us, made our stay even better. If we ever come back, I truly hope he’ll still be around!

Simply nice right by the sea very friendly staff pool and the prices just super.

100% recommend it. I've spent here a couple of days and I'll deffo come back! Olly (waiter) is just 10/10.

Coral bungalows is well worth the money! there is an affordable restaurant, a huge pool and the staff make the experience genuine and fun. They offer bargain massages and deals on many other amenities.

Excellent place. Good prices and clean rooms. A good place to meet people when traveling alone.

2nd time here. Good value. Cheap and good food. Nice and usefull personal. Big rooms with AC and a very good price for them. Near the beach. Rating 4 me: Fivestar object if you stay longer. Brand new Honda motorbikes for rent for 250 BHT per day.

The beach is lazy. The restaurant is not expensive but the portions are very small. They are too suspicious for having to leave them the 2 passports and check everything out. They pour a cauldron of chlorine every night into the pool.

Good food for the price of nothing and Good variety.

Also, because of size, a bit impersonal. Trimmed to efficiency and mass and young people. But somewhere the cheap prices have to come from.
Less suitable for families with children. A top tip for the award-winning adolescent traveler or groups.

The worst hole I've ever stayed in … Had booked for 3 nights but left 2 derelict and departed.
Sure, €12, €50/night what you want to expect. But this is a rat hole.
Dark room, climate is on, but just crash does not make cold air. 5000 Bath Deposit for room or passport. 300 Bath Deposit extra for the key.
The beds are all spotty, for the towel even my feet are too bad. Wi-Fi in the rooms is a mega-joke.
Breeds off constantly, every 10 minutes the Whtasapp messages go out, then again is broadcast break. There is no way to think about making phone calls or surfing/streaming.
The stairs to the room is the hell mega steep … With 20kg suitcases alone, it is hard to manage. Upon arrival, you have to check the room and subsign it if you find a defect on departure you have to pay and not too short of it.
No beach! You walk over a small staircase ditet into the sea. Pool I didn't try, I just wasn't like that after a venereal disease …
Restaurant is cheap, from food as well as from the presentation. Half discoated, sticky "tablecloths … " Bah… Never again!
Leave your fingers off it, do yourself and your health the favor.

I was here only for massage, did not live here, nor ate. The traditional Thai massage is unbeatable here with 150 baht/1 hour. She wasn't the best I had, but pleasant and relaxing in any case. To relax, I will definitely go there again. 4 stars.

Overall we had a good stay at the Coral Bungalows. The room was good for the price and the location was also fantastic. My main concern with staying at this place was that they wanted to take all three of our passports as a deposit as well as 300 baht as a key deposit which wasn’t stated online or in our booking confirmation. We felt it was a bit over the top to ask for 3 passports and convinced reception to let us pay 2000 baht instead (after a few choice words I’m sure in Thai between staff members). Before staying staff made us check the room and sign off that nothing was broken, it kind of felt like if the tiniest scratch was made in anything our passports would have been held ransom (if we’d left them) until we paid ridiculous repair prices which were listed on the wall. Overall, facilities were great but staff and policies let this place down.

We had a nice stay. Restaurant is good and pretty cheap prices too, we went 3 times during our stay. Staff at the restaurant was nice and friendly. We booked the aircon room as it was the only available online, then decided to extend our stay but moving to a fan room as we didn't need the air con. The room was big, a bit dark and with only 1 electricity plug. You can book ferry tickets at their travel agency for a good price. The pool area is nice and you can see an amazing sunset every night. Staff at the front desk was a bit unorganized but try to do their best to satisfy our needs. You need to leave your passport at reception along with 300 key deposit. You can rent motorbikes for 250 bath a day. We didn't go during full moon so prices were affordable. There was a pool party while we were day but we disnt attend as my partner was with the flu, we were able to sleep well. We had a nice stay.

We only went to eat a couple of times at the restaurant. It's very economical… and it goes in relation to quality. The zafa food. The staff is cool.

Basic hotel for best price you could get. When you check in you need to check everything in number. Don't forget about blankets, pillow cases, sheets. The only thing you should keep in your mind is that they take your passports when you live in this hotel. Hotel can also provide you a laundry, bike rental, travel agency. I find it very good. If I ever come back to Koh Phangan I will live in this hotel.

Bit smelly rooms, could be cleaner. Only accomodation in Thailand I visited where they needed the passport or 5000BHT deposit to be left at reception. Swimming pool closed after 10PM — don't see a reason for that. Bit far from city centre — Real beach is about 15minutes by walk into centre of Haad Rin, same for some restaurants etc.

Best to stay in Koh Phangan when price taken into consideration. Room with AC, balcony, ensuite bathroom + on the beach + pool for 12dolars? Friendly staff, good restaurant with street food prices, from bike rent to masage with lowest prices in island, transportation service (again cheaper than any agency in the island). Their beach infront is not the best but everything else compensates it.

Dirty, dark, smelly rooms, rude staff, noisy disrespectful crowd. The restaurant was cheap and ok, but nothing special. They have an exhaustive and exhausting list of charges for small damages in the room, but they don't care to fix anything, the furniture was old and full of paintings, the bathroom was filthu with defect equipment. They apparently use it as a pretext to pocket the money. Had booked 5 days, left after 15 hours, because I simply wanted to breathe.

Value for money incredible… with 5 euros you can not expect anything.

The restaurant sells delicious and affordable food and the accomodation is affordable, situated on the beach.

One of the Cheapest chalet in town with a indoor swimming pool and in front of beach. This chalet also have their own restaurant that close at 10pm.

Priced "right", Not the best service, food, location, amenities. A party hotel. With fees & fines for everything from toilet paper to towels & windows/ doors. When they rent you a bike, it's empty. Even if you bring it back with fuel in tank, they siphon out overnight, so tomorrow it's empty again!

Room very nice. I sleep well and love the beach. Thai food is so good. I relax here very well.

Good room size however quite dark and the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. You can't close the blinds or windows properly so the light wakes you up in the morning. They had two pool parties in the five days I was there, which is nice but very loud into the late hours. You get what you pay for.

It was the best place I had been in Koh Phangan. The pool is so nice. The view from the hotel is stunning. It is a very good location. And the staff is so lovely. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a good memory!

Such a nice place to stay for a holiday on Koh Phangan. This place is good for relaxing because they have outdoor swimming pool and other facilities such as fitness gym, massage, good restaurant and motorbike for you to rent. Especially for the Fullmoon period they also have their own famous The original pool party every week. It's a good choice for you to make your decision.

Poor Wi-Fi and location a little far from main areas, but manageable. Nice little pool and good facilities on site. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Coral Bungalows is by far the best place ive stayed in Thailand so far. Amazing helpful staff. Especially mum in reception nothing was too much to ask, even bought us a bottle of tequilla on our last night. Highly recommend. Great staff, good pool, good cheap food and drinks and right on the beach. Will 100% be going back x.

I think this is the best bungalow because it helps me to save my budget :) and friendly welcome! Room is so clean and simply with cheap price. It's near fullmoon party. So if you want to go to fullmoon party at Pagnan, this is very suitable!

Absolutely terrible. Dark and dingy accommodation and customer service just as uninspiring — I stayed 3 nights with 3 friends (no idea why I endured it so long). AC leaked dirty water all over our belongings on the first night having to request another room no discount or compensation was offered for the damage to our belongings. On moving into the second room the small bathroom mirror worth approx 250baht, broke at the touch of a finger (apparently they conduct a check list before and after arrival — I highly doubt this, if they do I think they may need to conduct this more thoroughly) the mirror was already cracked and I had to pay 1000baht to replace a problem I barely created, again no discount or compensation considering the previous damage. 1000baht seems a lot to pay for a 250baht mirror. The phrase 'money grabbers' comes to mind. Tourists office over priced, restaurant/bar not up to standard. There's much better places to stay in the Haad Rin area of Koh Phangan I would definitely recommend checking these out before wasting a lot of money on this nothing but average venue.

This is the best (by far) of the cheap bungalows we've been to on Koh Phangan. Each room has a double and a single bed, so you could potentially share with 3 friends to really make it even cheaper. It's a 10 minute walk from where the full moon party takes place, but is far enough away that you don't hear any noise from the party area of Haad Rin. It's not really a bungalow, but a hotel-style rooms each with a balcony/terrace sitting area. The pool is nice, the buckets and drinks are good. The restaurant has a huge menu which sort of makes everything mediocre, and they charge separately for rice so the prices are a little deceptive. Also, the portions are kind of small. But generally, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the vibe is good. More private than a hostel, but a similar friendly feeling.

Really cheap stay, mostly because there are facilities (restaurant, bar, bike rent) you're going to use and pay for. Rooms look weird but they're enough really. There's nice balcony in front of every room with nice, jungly surrounding. Thing is, you get what you paid cheap for.

Room was shabby. Might be good for party goers and hangover lovers.

Very cheap and you can tell that from the old and dirty interiors. You get what you pay for, which not is a lot here. Friendly staff helps though.
