Large spacious bungalow with a nice big balcony outside and one at the back. A bit dated but good value for cost. Kettle and fridge. Bungalows are well spaced and the grounds (apart from the small pool at the bottom) are very well kept. Seems to be a resort/apartment complex with people living higher up the hill. Close to main road yet very quiet with lots of birds, geckos and frogs. Pool at the top of the hill was wonderful even though a bit of a walk. People with mobility issues would find it difficult to get to the pool. Close to 7-11. Would better suit couples who want to be a bit away from the beach in more of a quieter area. There is no shade on this part of the beach and not a lot of places to sit except the sand. This beach is great for swimming however.
➜ Very nice owner and staff, very well maintained facility with clean pool. Beautifully shaded in a well-tended garden. Very clean bungalows, either with or without AC. Price performance is unbeatable, above all also measured at the other resorts here at Klong Khong.
Comfortable mattresses, furnishings very new. Each bungalow has a small refrigerator, which is equipped daily with fresh drinking water, which is free of charge, as well as daily fresh towels.
The property is right on the beach and there is a small, pretty beach bar with very friendly staff. I originally wanted to stay only one night, Jez I'll stay here for weeks.
All in all, only recommended!

F you are looking for somewhat economical beachside accommodation on Koh Lanta, this is good option. The resort is located on Klong Khong Beach, and nestled amongst the many beachfront restaurant. It has atmosphere, even if it is slightly rundown. Breakfast is not much to speak of, however you can still get eggs any way you like them. … The pool is a big plus, there are few beachfront properties with this feature, as such it is great for families, of which there were many. The Superior bungalows are in an avenue at the back of the resort. They are basic, but airconditioned, and serviced daily. There are minimarts within easy walking distance, and plenty of food options both on the beach and the street. We didn’t try the restaurant at the hotel as we found it quite pricey, particularly the bar, however it was very busy. Overall, I would classify as value for money given the location. We spent a week, and would probably go back if a better alternative for the price was not available.
