Great hotel. The rooms are super beautiful and very well decorated. On top of that, C is super clean. Nothing to reproach, except maybe the condition of the pool which is degraded and the breakfast is a little limited for the big eaters.

I loved the rooms, the garden and the pool. Good breakfast.

Quiet in the middle of the noisy city (thousands of birds among others)

The rooms are well lit, designed with full frame glass that allows natural lights, good and bad. Good for natural lights and bad for privacy but fear not, full frame curtains are available too. I took the family room that has 2 rooms with two bathrooms plus a living room for a mere of less than Baht2500 per night. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. When arrived offered lots of info of Sukhothai. Good place to consider when you are looking for a night in Sukhothai.

Location: The Guest house is located on a quiet Side Street in the Centre of Sukhothai. You get everywhere at the moment.

Rooms: Our Room was freshly renovated and spacious. There was a small, totally icy Fridge, Air Conditioning, a Water Stool with Wobble contact us a TV (no German or English Transmitters).
There was a Closet and Bedside tables with Drawers.
It was bright enough.
There were no Fly screens in front of the Windows, unfortunately.
Bed: The Bed was a bit hard. We slept well bath: New, beautifully made. Towels were changed daily.
It frequently stinks from the Drains.
Outdoor complex: Beautiful but run down. They we probably will be renovated next.
The Saltwater Pool was refreshing. He, too, has already seen better Times.
Breakfast: No Buffet. Something little. Too little to drink.
Breakfast is served outside with a view of the Garden. Very nice.
Wi-Fi: Stable and fast enough.
Cleanliness: Ok. The Room was pretty dusted in when we had sourced it. There was a thick Layer of Dust on the Shelf, the Refrigerator was totally rushed. As if the Room had long been empty.
The Rest of the Complex and the Rooms were constantly swept.
Volume: The whole Facility is very quiet.
The Rooms are light Polite over the Bathrooms.
Staff: Friendly and helpful.

This is completely wrong for me and pale!

Room was nice and clean, shower was broken but we dident tel. Most people of the resort are friendly but not more than that. Especialy the mother, ik think has never learn to laugh, Breakfast is so so, nothing special. I have the feeling they dont needed eanymore.

Amazing hotel in sukhotai! It has a good situatikn near the river with lot of places to have dinner and lunch near. The best the room… A amazing room at a really good prize!

We absolutely loved the 3 night's at Foresto Sukhothai. What a fantastic room it is! The owner has done some clever thinking with designing the rooms like this. We stayed here in december and with the AC off it's still not very warm during the day. We booked without breakfast but in the morning when we were going out, he was waiting for us to tell he has a promo that breakfast is now included! Very thoughtfull (thumbs up:-) ). We also appreciated the big coach in the room. Unfortunately, by accident, I left the cap of a bottle of musquito repellant on the coach which caused a circle on the material. I noticed the owner about this and his reaction was full of understanding. To the owner: if you read this, sorry again but I love your Guesthouse!

Good location, nice big rooms. Some things need a little repair but still a good place.

Very welcoming. Room very comfortable and staff friendly. Quick service dining and delicious food. The boss of the hotel, Sun, is a very considerate boy and his family to always care to satisfy its customers. We couldn't ask for more in New Sukhothai.

Nice resort with fair prices. Always stop there when on the way to north. I recommend to everybody.

Very nice House watchtower. The rooms are comfortable and very good air conditioning.
The restaurant is one of the best in the city at very reasonable prices.
Two points of improvement: the Wi — Fi often feeble and poor breakfast. (juice very chemical, like jam)

Spacious bedroom & shower room, relaxing clean, quiet with car park. Thb 800 per night a little overpriced, breakfast not included, about Thb 150 /person.
