The room is nice but the service staff is quite a bit. Book a plum wine room which is on top. There's only one porter…
And there's something that shouldn't have happened at all: the staff who prepared the room was very flawed: when I checked out, the room inspector came to report that one towel was missing, but the sister said that there was only one towel in the room, and the room attendant confirmed in a hard voice that two were prepared. But luckily, the sisters recalled the video from opening the door to the room, and there was evidence that there was only one towel in the room. In summary, it's an apology, and it doesn't take anything for granted.
But I think if something like this happens again, and there's no evidence of that. What's the conclusion is that the customer has to pay for the missing towel?
