Even though I only stayed here for a night, I am so impressed with their excellent hospitality service and food was great tho! Thank you for the complimentary birthday cake! highly recommend!

A little gem hidden just 10 min from the city. I stayed for 1 month and I can only highly recommend this place. It's located by the Ping River and 10 min. From Nimman. you will immediately feel welcome and relaxed and properbly want to stay more than just one day. Very cozy and clean good quality rooms with good beds. Cleaning every day. Staff is good and speak english very well and will always try to do extra to make it the best stay for you. You can enjoy swimming pool and small gym for free and borrow canoes and fishing pole for free too if you want to explore the ping river. You get the more local feeling in this area, but you are only 10 min. From Nimman area and about the same 5-10 min. Away to the nearest shopping malls and local markets. The price was very good, but in these covid times, you should contact for more info, maybe they can give you a speciel price.

Best place in Chiang Mai! Big beautiful garden on the riverside, great rooms, pool, gym, food, friendly staff etc I would totally recommend this place!

Its a amazing place. Good pool nice rooms facing the river so many extra s given. And the staff are so help full go the extra mile for everyone 100 percent from us.

Excellent resort to chill out next to the ping river, friendly and very kind staff always smiling at you, spacious room very practical, many games and fresh coffee always ready for you, the price is beyond the value. Breakfast is the best ever! Strongly recommended to friends and family, hope to see you again.

Recommend it. Very welcome at the front desk, the guest feels on holiday. You can kayak, fish and other activuted. The front desk finds taxis at very attractive prices to go visit the city and go for a walk at night. Ideal for going with your family and spending some good time. Good advice. The staff would like to help you and your well-being.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They make you feel at home. Breakfast on the borders of the river. Large rooms. Good start to do things North of or in Chiang Mai.

My deluxe room had deep dark wood floors with unique furniture and a balcony where I would take some food or drink overlooking the rich foilage and river. The people at the desk we're very helpful and always welcoming. It's not a large impersonal hotel but more like a cozy bed and breakfast. If you don't mind being 20 minutes outside of Chiang Mai (where the only sounds are of animals) it's great.

Creative… Peace… A place to visit if u lik to be disconnected from the world. Lil away from city but connected to nature… very helpful nd lovely staff…

It was very nice and homy and the people were very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone the location could be better but they can arrange a Uber or a taxi to get you to where you want to go.

Hotel immersed in the green with many services. From the airport shuttle, to massages, scooter rental, laundry etc. Excellent and varied breakfast.

Incredibly good! A better organization from the water in the room to a rented mobile phone and a taxi call service is really all there! The staff are incredibly friendly and you realize that your work is really fun!

This is an elegant and lovely small hotel, there is a warm and polite waiter, breakfast on the grass by the river, there are delicious, rich food as a day to carry out, it is happy and full!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. It was massive and had beautiful views of the river. Staff are exceptional. Very helpful. Heaps to do there and not too far from the old city. And they have a coffee machine with coffee beans. Staff made every attempt to ensure our stay was fantastic. We stay here again.

Nice small hotel at reasonable price.

Very shallow pool and in decrepitude. Regular aircraft pass over the hotel. The establishment is relatively far from everything, but a shuttle service is offered. The staff is adorable and the rooms are spacious and pleasant.

The place is amazing, chilled and beautiful. Beds are a bit hard and you've got to work around no bench space if you have a infant/toddler but the staff are so friendly and helpful, there's free coffee, tea and coco, can use their bikes or DVD player for free. Cost about 80-90baht to go by grab car to the night bazaar. Definitely worth high consideration.

Prae and the team at the villa are totes awesome! For me it was like being on holiday but feeling very at home. Prae was super helpful with our itinerary. The other staff were always happy to try and help us with our enquiries. It's not smack bang in town but I like that you can escape from the bustle and it's a pretty quick trip back in one the red cars! Also check out the noodle bar down the road and the local market! I hope to visit Chiang Mai again soon and stay here for the third time!

Not luxury accommodation and a bit outside Chiang Mai city center (25 min drive), however very spacious rooms and extremely good, personal service. You really feel welcome. A place we would highly recommend, especially when travelling with children. Lovely breakfast in the garden.

Villa San Pee-Seua is like our home in Chiang Mai. This is our second time here and both have been wonderful. Beautiful relaxed place, super helpful and friendly staff and great local markets and noodle bars down the road. I'm sure we will be here for a third time in the future.

Great hotel, really friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast, reasonable price for laundry. Only downside is it is a little way out of Chiang mai but a shuttle bus is provided and it is easy enough to get a taxi or tuk tuk back at night.

Far away in the suburbs, but the hotel in a beautiful environment. Hotel also has services such as taxi ~

Fantastic stay, great service!

Stayed here 3 nights, two years ago. Great experience and owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will be staying here in Nov, 2015 upon return to Chiang Mai.

I have booked the townhouse but the owner gave the room to another guest who is long-stay guest. So they gave me 2 room which are different building so it is very uncomfortable because I come with my family and we cannot connect to each other. It is very upset me because I have booked for 2 months. And they should communicate with guest before make the bad decision. Room is okay and the atmosphere is good.

Location is very far from the Center, in a Yellow River and it is difficult to find, to play a major inconvenience. Price difference, the worst room we have 1350 in Thai currency. Don't know how book online at home …
